No suprises with Lebron taking the MVP nod i wonder what took them so long.That boy is a star

As for Los Mavs i don't know what to say but its hard to fancy our chances in this series Denver just have too much offense and i don't know what kind of air they have in Denver maybe its the high-altitude but it always seems to sap the energy of our players every 4th quarter i also think we handled the ball poorly and gave them too many easy baskets i just hope we pick both games at home and at least make this a series
Howard also got his ass injured so its not looking good at all

The Orlando Boston game was funny me thinks the Magic took their foot off the gas a little and allowed Boston back but i still think Orlando would be too strong nobody in the Boston line-up can efficiently guard Rashad Lewis and Hedo Turkoglu y'all also got to watch out for Courtney Lee that boy can get hot in a New York minute

@bawomolo
Brad Miller is a Center how fast can he possibly be how many quick Centers are in the league or is it Kendrick Perkins you want? or do you prefer Dampier  grin grin at least he is not a starter and can give you 12-15 points off the bench i mean Brad Miller and also rebound so what else do you want

Of course Fab and Walcott are quality the problem is they are surrounded with loafers like Diaby,Denilson,Bendtner and a defence that leaks in goals quicker than a worn-out basket at Oyingbo Market

Crizzle, I feel you. . . . . AW has passed his peak. Marseille President used to call him 'the eternal bridesmaid' cos he always came second in Ligue1, never first. . . . . . . now that the strongmen of Arsenal such as Vieira are no longer at Arsenal, he has resorted to this nonsense tippy-tappy football. . . .

Fabregas is a don and will always remain one. Any coach can see that Fab is lacking a bit of physicality. But one thing I trust Fab4 for is his runs off the ball and his passing game. Therefore he needs to be at the point of a three-man central midfield. Theres no difference between him Lamps and Gerrard if played in the right position. 11 goals in 13 games in that position last season should attest to that. There's no point playing weaklings like Nasri in central midfield and shifting the burden to Fabregas to cover him. CR7 is also still at the top of his game. The only man who can play left-wing, right-wing or striker and make it look natural. He is a physical phenomenom. Height, strength, pace, skill. . . . and the most accurate shot in World football. . . . Messi may be more skillful and probably better. . . . . but Ronaldo is the most complete footballer alround.
You are right on the money i really do not understand Arsene these days but i am sure he has realized his mistake by playing Cesc out of his position and not getting him an able partner and a combative  DM that would enable him  focus on his playmaking duties and his quarter-back passes.Nasri is not a weakling unless you have not being paying attention!!! Arsene's irritating penchant for playing people outside the positions they are comfortable with is what is responsible for making him look that bad and when you observe his selection and tactics lately its hard  for you to say he's not losing it but make no mistake the players have also let him down that's for sure

Ronaldo's is good though no doubt he is a fantastic footballer when he chooses to stay on his feet and not practice synchronized diving so often i mean how could  anyone in their right senses blame Almunia for the 2nd goal? even Lev Yashin would not have caught that shot

@No2Atheism
Au contraire Mon Frere you can't possibly tell me Nasri has been better than Walcott over the past 2 months unless we have been watching a different Arsenal,Nasri started the season well but has either tired out or we simply can't seem to get the best out of him no thanks to Papa Wembas new and meddlesome formation
As for Song and Gallas that one is still up for debate i doubt they've made as much impact as Walcott since his return from injury

A good player is sporadic, and hence called a squad player.

A World Class player is consistent, hence called a first 11 player.
Now you are talking oya now ask yourself how many consistent players do we have in our first 11?Walcott might be a right footer but there is nothing wrong with the coach having him switch wings since Evra and Rooney where making life difficult for him on the wings.Don't forget this dude is only 20 and besides Arshavin i want you to name me 3 players in that Arsenal squad that have been as good as Walcott since he came back from his shoulder injury

But come ohh does Eduardo have cancer? from ankle injury to thigh strain and now a groin injury  undecided undecided

No2Atheism:
I never said Walcott should be sold, I just said that in current situation Walcott is a squad player at best, cus he is simply not good enough. Infact in my opinion Aaron Lennon is way better than Walcott.
Walcott is a good player and he did his best abeg our rag-tag defence conceded a goal with Utd's first attack yesterday!! last season Walcott almost single-handedly won us the tie against Liverpool only for Kolo Toure to gift Liverpool a penalty thirty seconds later a few weeks back at Wembley this same Walcott gave us the lead against Chelsea and supplied a killer ball that RVP refused to finish only for another defensive blunder to cost us that match one man can only do so much offense wins you games defence wins you Championships!!

The team didn't even play like boys yesterday they played like mice besides Nasri,Almunia and Walcott the rest of the team was just gar-barge Vela couldn't do much he came in late
Cristalz:
@No2Atheism
  Sell Walcott? Nah.  .  .the lad is a really good player. Problem is, Arsene has no idea how to manage him, how to make good use of his pace. The boi is almost as fast as Ronaldo.
  Unfortunately, whether it's due to the other players' dullness or Arsene's, they just can't use his skills properly. Same way Arsene forgets how to use Cesc properly.  .  .that's Fergie's specialty. He understands his players' strengths and blends 'em all together in beautiful harmony.
Our players were so in sync last night, it was AWESOME!

Fergie should buy him sef. grin

Jeez WTF is wrong with these bunch of screw-ups i almost got my ass mobbed in school today  angry  people that have not spoken with me for months  shocked shocked all wanted to blow up ma digits last night because of these bloodclots what else do these players want from us fans? we support the team through thick and thin despite their obvious flaws and they go ahead and go down like punks against their bitter rivals just like they did about 2 weeks back.This team has definitely come to its crossroads and we the fans are sick of coming 4th every season if Wenger was in any doubt about that then the empty chairs after the 3rd goal is enough reason for conviction he should own up and admit his ludicrous experiment has failed and build a real team but not before facing an Oputa panel and explaining to Arsenal fans the reasons for the heartbreak we have endured for the past 4 seasons
Arsene must buy big in the summer and if the God-forsaken board is not willing to give Arsene money let them sell to Kroenke,Usmanov,Carlos Slim heck even RA's ex-wife

Yup had to get that off ma chest  grin grin  tongue tongue

ElRazur:
Ricky came up against a better boxer. Pacman out boxed him and delivered better punches. Ricky appear to have no plan and he just keeps falling. The first right hook that brought him down in the first round is a school boy error on hatton's part.

The knock out punch appeared well-time and Hatton just seem to walk right into it. It was reported that he needed a brain-scan after the match just to be on a safe side.

Overall, the Filipino was a better boxer - he delivered 53punches or so and Hatton only managed 18. It is funny how ricky was boasting before the match, while in contrast the Pacman was all humble.

Finally, I think the tattoo on the back of Ricky shouldn't be "HITMAN", it should be "SHITMAN".
Word!!! Pacquaio has always been a humble cat his boxing does the talking for him

I like Mayweather but i sincerely hope he does not get tempted to come out of retirement and fight Pacquaio it would be a fight for the ages though and i would love to see it

Well the Heat are out didn't see them upstaging the Hawks with Josh Smith and Joe Johnson running things

As for Los Mavs we made the cardinal mistake of trading baskets with the Nuggets only the Lakers can do that hopefully they learn their lesson and snag Game 2 at the Pepsi Center cos if we don't pick a game there it would be really be tough ahn ahn we are 0-5 against them already this losing sequence has to end sometime

@bawomolo
Don't be too harsh on your Bulls you guys tried remember Luol Dung was missing as well.Ben Gordon should be kept! looking at the way y'all ended the regular season your team has potential Salmons and Miller where solid additions and who knows what wonders pre-season training camp might bring as it is you guys have a decent roster with at least 6 players who could give you double digit scoring every night

I don't see Jamison improving your lot maybe Stoudemire sha but that's still not a given

Y'all should leave Chris Bosh alone he is coming to the Mavs by the power of Mark Cuban's dinheiro grin grin

I am licking my lips at the Boston and Orlando series lets see how many people Rondo would K.O this time grin but whatever he does he better steer clear of Dwight Howard's elbow or else Leon Powe and K.G would not be the only Celts out for the season

We would need Van Persie tomorrow that game just could be decided by a moment of magic from him although i have not forgiven him for his miss against Chelsea i would act like i didn't see Silvestre's name lol grin grin

What on earth am i seeing on this thread? shocked shocked Scummies calling Arsenal players cheats? y'all must be high on cheap 3rd-class Reggie Miller

We all know Manchester United are the authors and finishers of cheating in the EPL from dodgy penalties Cristiano Ronaldo's synchronized diving against Bolton at OT and Michael Carrick who is actually planning to usurp C.Ronaldo's throne as the No1 diver at OT! games against Everton and Tottenham easily come to mind, to referees unjustly sending players off to give them undue advantage abeg the list is endless

There is no contesting Utd are the cheating kings of the EPL

Any clues on the lineup for Arsenal tomorrow? its all or nothing ooh and the players plus Arsene must up the ante!!!

Not had time to comment about Wednesday's game but i have to thank Almunia he is the reason why we are still in this tie my grouse is not with us losing but with us not scoring or even attempting to score and that is where Wenger is slacking again i think his year's of trophylessness has really shaken his psyche and has made him approach all big games with timidity and tactical nervousness

Playing Fabregas and Nasri out of position has probably been the highlight of his cluelessness all because of this ridiculous new formation he has created that only worked for one game! and why on earth does he play Diaby on the flanks? he has no pace or crossing ability why not deploy Nasri on the left,Walcott on the right and Diaby as support to Adebayor while Song and Fab4 man the middle? It would be a shame if we lose our 3rd straight tie to an English team all in Arsene's time at Arsenal

I still think we can win but only if we score first and get a second goal early as well i can't rely on just one goal as a commentator aptly said during the game Arsenal can score at any time and concede at any time

I don't recall who was or wasn't on the bench for NO last yr but what I do recall is that they didn't have offensive problems like they do this year and the addition of Posey was supposed to put them over the top, but that obviously didn't work. Who else did the Hornets lose in the offseason besides Pargo? You are right though that Paul makes West and Chandler look better but to be fair Chandler has been injured all yr, its West's disappearance I'm suprised at.
   The Bulls-Celtics series is what is driving and generating a lotta interestI dare A-40 to deny it cheesy . . . our teams should be getting extra checks cool

I still hear that some teams are in dire straits . . . I wonder if the Hornets are among them?  grin
JeSoul:
Yeah Rose def needs to work on his handling but mehn clutch shot after clutch shot from both sides shocked basketball at its purest cheesy common C's lets go home in peace and lose to the Magic cheesy

A-40 what was that u said again about the east coast being boring?
Of course its more interesting especially when your Ball games are starting to look more like Boxing matches between Floyd Mayweather and Oscar De la Hoya grin grin Eastern Conference still sucks jor we had a bout between Brad Miller and Rajon Rondo the last time Rajon Rondo won by T.K.O now we had Kirk Hinrich vs Rajon Rondo again and Hinrich won by a split decision grin

I didn't know Orlando could fare so well without Howard in Philly for that matter i am sure they would be enjoying the Celts and Bulls punishing themselves

The Hawks really killed the Heat lets see if they can close out the series in MIA

Nuggets vs Mavs i am really really scared for my team with the way they murdered the Hornets they are not a two-dimensional team like the Spurs they could hurt us with Chauncey,Melo,J.R Smith,Kenyon Martin and Nene and even Dante Jones plays well every now and then Los Mavs would really have to step it up but i am backing my team anyways even though they whooped us 4-0 in the regular season
