Pls don't get tired mentors in the house because many people are learning and strengthening their faith

Wallahi, had it not been for EmekaRaj who began this thread and a host of people who contributed immensely to this thread for over two years, I don't think I would know or be where I am now by God's leave.
An example is the q&a between Ikupakuti and LadunaI. So much knowledge has been compressed in their communications that every time I go back, I learn something new! I am actually taking each page line by line now! Thier discussions exposed me to information out there that is hidden unless you go sincerely seeking.I am constantly in the company of a dictionary (english and arabic spiritual terms).
Ikupakuti clearly explained the concept of the straight path (Ihdina Sirat Al Mustakym) and since then, my iman got way stronger...there is nothing we see the babalawo's, miracle makers, etc doing that Islam has not made a provision for! Allah knows that humans will outstretch their necks to what is out there and for that, he made ample provisions in Islam, through Ihsan via Iman.
Or is it Empiree who brought to light the world of Ruhanniyya's, the value of sincerity in one's spiritual life and practices, never placing a lid on the possibilities and abilities of what we don't see with our naked eyes, the sweetness of dua and zikr, etc?
Or AlBaqir who made me see some verses such as in Surah Maryam afresh by deliberately asking common sense questions?
Or EmekaRaj who narrated one of his encounters that shook me to my very core and made me appreciate Islam even more and the gift of the Quran by Allah to us Muslims? That story also verified what Allah said in the Quran - "they see you from where you don't see them!" Q7:27.
Where does one start from, really? My relationship with the Quran is no longer the same! The blinds are gradually falling off due to you all!
I am saying all these because I don't want the door of knowledge to be closed on this wonderful thread. If there's a way narratives/ encounters/stories can continue without compromising ones-self, that would be really great.
May Allah be with us all and grant us our heart desires, Amin.
Allah has really blessed you with hikma.

Albaqir is something else. He's the very reason I dumped labels.
You see that Empiree, ehn, I am already doing khidima under him. He's opened my eyes to the deep meanings of Allah's words

Salamun aleikum brothers, it's been a while, like Hausa ppl will say knwana biyu (2days) I haven't totally forgotten d thread , it's been busy filled yrs, got married, first baby twins (all tnx 2 Allah) so it's been struggle, hustle and dis Buhari administration no be here oo. So haven't had much time to write, my diary is kinda Empty, my memories is filled with experience tho. But I hav grown much in my spiritual journey, or should I say matured, but still learning. One of the tins I learned over the years which is very important and I hold their to me is that maters of the unseen are secret and should be kept that way, although there are few tins one can share with others but not personal experience. The maters of the unseen is a privilege giving to few, and wen u abuse it gets taking away from u. So over the yrs I hav learn that the more I reveal d less I see or know, especially wen I started dis thread, as a novice I thought I was opening up so I can learn and grow but I was actually weakening myself. despite not even sharing half of my experience, I was having different attack I didn't understand why, I tot it was just regular hate the shaytan has for believers, but it was deeper, battles upon battles, endless battles. Through d tough process I began to learn d art.

The fact is ppl can hardly comprehend anyway because its a personal experience, that should be kept so. the more u try to explain the more confusing it gets because to experience the unseen part of the world it's nt easy, Only few dat ar related or similar to d activities of dis world can easily be shared. As time goes I will share some plus the experience with some of my clients. An the research I did to know d effect of quran on sihr, Jinn, dua.

It's crazy crazy world out their. But Alhamdulilah
Congratulations on your wedding and the birth of your lovely twins, brother.
If sharing your spiritual experiences will have adverse effects on your spirituality, please don't share them anymore. However; you can share some confirm nakali. Congrats, once again.

The prayers vary depending on Niyah or purpose of prayer.

For instance, when you reach every mubin you recite

سَيُهْزَمُ الْجَمْعُ وَيُوَلُّونَ الدُّبُرَ (54:45

100 times, ya Qohar and ya jabar 100 times

Again it depends on what your prayer is about. I used this Ayah to dismiss court case. And the case stopped immidiately after case was filled till now. And In Sha Allah it will never rise again and I don't stop either. It not just for court cases but anything. And open your mouth and tell God that you want. You may also you use to distract evil people following you. But read the meaning of the Ayah if you can.

In the same instance you use Ayah of rizq(sustenance) to draw wealth or favor like I did with loan
Now you're talking.. Frankly, I always knew you were a sheikh. A sheikh on a low key.

1. What is the small dua for every mubin?

3. Surahs Mulk and Kahf, are they just read from begining to end without stops in certain verses?

Your daftness is legendary. Has Messi already not played Atletico about a few weeks ago in La liga, where he was dribbling them at will and even scored from a run from midfield? Messi has already shined against Tottenham, Lyon (that beat PSG and Man City this season) and Man Utd in UCL this season, and you think these guys are not tough?

You are asking how many goals Zidane or Van Nistelrooy scored in the CL? I really cringe at the vacuum upstairs in yours truly, as you could not even understand that these guys I mentioned made significant impact in their careers from different skill sets.

How to recognise a Wali ( Friend Of Allah)
Bismillah
The method of recongnizing a Wali and a non Wali is to first rectify ones heart and mind and join his company. Thereafter, if you find that his company generates in your heart the thought and love of Allah Ta’Ala, then he is a Wali. On the contrary, if the heart indulges in wordly thoughts, then certainly he is not a Wali.
It is said: The heart is the mirror of another heart.
That is, whatever will be in his heart will reflect on your heart. So any non-virtuous image or thought will reflect and testify to his. It is recorded in ‘Ain al-Ma’ani that Awliya-Allah are that group whose company generates the remembrance of Allah Ta’Ala.
Imam Nawawi Radi Allahu anhu, and also Ibn Maja Radi Allahu anhu report that when Sayyadina Rasoolallah Salla Allahu ta’ala ‘alayhi wa Sallam was asked about the characteristics of the Awliya, he declared, “Allah is remembered when they are seen.”
One day, I asked my esteemed Murshid al-Kamil, Sayyid Ale’Rasul Ahmadi Radi Allahu anhu :”How can one estabblish whether a person is a Wali?”
He replied:”When a servant discards his qualities and existence and becomes lost in the Majestic Qualities and Divine Being of Almighty Allah, then for him only the Sublime Lord and His attributive Status exists.Everything esle in the universe, including himself, becomes non-existent.His love and attraction for the Sublime Lord reaches such a state that he breaks links with the entire Universe. When this happens, then one becomes a Wali of Allah Ta’Ala.If you find these qualities in a person, then regard him as a Wali, otherwise not”.

It is forbidden to accept a non-Wali(fake) as a Wali and reject a genuine Wali as not being a Wali. Such decisions are disrespectful and dangerous.
To mock or disregard a Prophet of Allah Almighty is certainly Kufr and rejecting a Wali makes one a Fasiq. But it is very difficult for the rejecter to safely die with Iman. There are numerous proof of this in the past and present times.

By Qutb al-Irshad Siraj al-Awliya Sayyid Abdul-Husain Ahmad al-Nuri al-Husaini al-Qadiri Barkati Merah’rawi Radi Allahu anhu.
It is of the utmost importance to be able to recognise a Kamil Wali.
When you come to know of a Kamil wali go and visit him with eagerness. Keep your intentions free from prejudice and do not go to scrutinise, to debate or endeavour to test him in any way.
Visit him with sincerity and sit respectfully when you arrive at his residence. Observe his character, manners and qualities from a religious viewpoint.
A genuine Kamil Wali should possess virtues such as those listed in the ?Genuine? column below and none of those, which are listed in the Impostor column

I never knew many of us were searching for the that Tirá thereafter grin grin I actually got it, it was the last on the shelf! This should be late last year in Ilorin.

Its really old, brown-papered and the calligraphy is of the highest standard (old styled) and most of us who learnt using the "normal" Arabic calligraphy will find it really hard to comprehend (I'm actually looking for someone who could help transcribe it to "simple" Arabic/English).

I took it to my Sheikh, when he started reading and explaining the first page to me, apparently contains the instruction, and some 10s upon tens of Rakat will be part of the preliminaries shocked shocked. Though he didn't go further with the explanations.

Unfortunately, I left it in Ilorin, and I'm presently in another state. I'll send for it and when I lay my hands on it, I'll take some shots for Oga Empiree to verify if its "Daawatul Jabbarriyah" or one of its contemporaries.

The reason I asked those questions earlier on @ Empiree and movado19.
When my father was terribly ill, a few weeks before his death, my big bro would say to him: baba, try and say the kalimat from time to time now. Baba would not even look at him. He knew he was going to die and couldn't help feeling bad about it because he wanted to see his last two children (me and an older sis) achieve certain things in life, and had just moved into a new house one of the other big sis built for him in our home town. He said "if I had known death would come so early I would not have had this child spent so much money on this house". They (both parents) had just spent over two years in their massive new home.
He never did day the kalimat. But on the morning that he passed, he was lying on the floor of his room and suddenly asked to be helped to sit up. As I lifted him from the floor and was getting up, he said: Audhubika limatillah atamat minshari mankhalaqa. And that was it. It was his favourite line in the morning and evening adhkar found in the book- Hisnul Muslim. In fact, whenever he was doing his adhkar and got to that line he would say it three times and very loudly and joyously too. He would be loud that you could hear him his house compound.
I have thought about this for a while now and finally found the right platform to ask a question thereof.

Empiree:
brother, we live in a deceptive world. I will not be deceived by their antics. Why would they label the bottle champagne when they know for a fact that champagne denotes Haram drinks?.

I am always skeptical about all these things. It is not new to me. I went to a store with a "uncle" 4yrs ago. He's Christian. Actually he's Mr. A I talked about in his thread. He bought two bottles of beer and gave me one. I said no. He said it is not beer ómó Alhaji. They just wrote the name on it. Something like "beer water". I said nope and he smiled.

Shaytan is stupid. That's how they get you to drink alcohol even if the so called "Saudi champagne" is free of alcohol. How Will you know if in the future they actually mix alcohol in it?.

It is a trick and Qur'an warned us in sura Maida that shaytan has given up hope about our religion from leading us astray, therefore we should not follow him in small things. I don't know if you watched Sheikh Assim some years ago (still on YouTube) boasting about he drinks beer made in Saudi Arabia and he's proud of it?. He then tried to justify by saying alcohol content is only 2%?.

As far as I am concerned, I don't care if the content is halal for as long as the label is Haram. They want to mislead people, especially Muslims. It is worst when muslim leaders do things from back door than kufar who do it from front door.

Did Nabi Muhammad (saw) not say this ummah would commit Zina but they would give it another name?. It is the same with the so called "Saudi champagne" so that you think "it is Saudi it must be right. It is gotta be halal champagne". They play with our mental faculty. Shame on the devil.

Why don't they simply call it what it is, Tonic water, soda(soft drink), orange juice etc?. This is why oyinbo are honest sometimes (I'm not giving them credit) but they are usually sincere. When I went to Germany, in my hotel room's mini fridge it is a mini bar. They put in there side by side tonic water, orange juice, apple juice. Bottle water. And on the other side in the same fridge it is different types of beers they have there. This is clear. Why would Saudi or any muslim country attempts to create confusion?.

To in my opinion, and my opinion is not binding on anymore. I say avoid it 100% because this is what I do anytime I go to shop at superstore. I simply avoid alcohol beverages section altogether. Growing up I was trained to have nothing to do with beer, alcohol, champagne liquor etc and I maintained this standards till date. There are too much confusions in the world already. Ulama don't need to add more.

Go to France they now have halal pork. The poultry says on their building "halal meat". But the truck that came to deliver meat actually delivered pigs. See what I'm talking about? And it is Arab owned poultry.

As always, one may drink if no option left.
Hahaha!!! Halal pork kee dem there. A bunch of jokers

In my opinion, it is the same. For instance, someone is used to sending salawat on the Prophet (saw) to the point of death. The last minutes of his life he says, "Allaahuma Salli ala Sayyidina Muhammadin wasalim"

Obviously, there is evidence in the Qur'an which says whoever loves nabi Muhammad Allah loves him (her). So by default, it is acceptable. And ofcourse there are many ahadith to back this up too.

Likewise someone is used to saying, "Laa Hawla Walaquwata ila bilah" and he utters these words the last seconds of his life is acceptable as far as I am concerned because the person negates all powers, all sovereigns except Allahu.

This can be found in sura Al-Imran.

And Allaah knows best

Sheikh ke. Me no be sheikh ooo cheesy

Let me give my opinion on this but I can be wrong. OPC from what we know is their practices most likely are in conflict with Islamic Sharia. I mean their rituals not the essence. Essence is to protect whatever it is they protect. So being a member is implication on its own. We do not have details of Alfa in question.

My question is, is it possible to be a member and not practically involved with OPC ritual activities or swear allegiance to their deities that are not in harmony with Islam?. In my opinion, I believe it is possible unless if OPC policy says every member must perform these rituals regardless of their religion.

However if Alfa was just a nominal member but not involved in these rituals, it is possible he was pure muslim. The way I see it is that OPC is a group who sworn to protect lives and properties just like police force. But they are traditional. This means intention or essence is halal but activities may be haram and kufr if every members must perform kufr rituals.

I honestly do not know much about OPC beyond the name but I do know for sure that their activities lean on alawo stuff.

So if Alfa was just a nominal opc member for career only I don't see anything wrong here for as long as he was not involved in their kufr. Islam allows for all people living in the same nation regardless of religion to work together to ensure security and safety and development.

So for saying shahadah the last seconds of his life in this sense may avail him in the Hereafter. But if he was actively involved in their kufr and rituals that are in conflict with Islam, saying shahadah will not avail him one bit. However, La ilaha ila Allah is a very powerful phrase and a promise of Allah to aide whoever says the words.

But Quran teaches that when Pharaoh was drowing he declared his faith in Allah and became Muslim

And We took the Children of Israel across the sea, and Pharaoh and his soldiers pursued them in tyranny and enmity until, when drowning overtook him, he said, "I believe that there is no deity except that in whom the Children of Israel believe, and I am of the Muslims."

But Allah replied him (which only fir'aun could understand)

Now? And you had disobeyed [Him] before and were of the corrupters?

Now it gets interesting in the next Ayah to proof to us the power of La ilaha ila Allah

Allah respects the statement of shahadah and would not let it go in vain. Because of this it is La ilaha ila Allah that preserved Pharaoh's physical body not some chemical.

So today We will preserve your physical body that you may be sign to those who to come after you . And indeed, many among the people, of Our signs, are heedless sura 10

So Allah did not allow his pronunciation of shahadah to waste. He favored him by preserving his physical material body. This is the power of LA ILAHA ILA ALLAH.

So either of this is similar to condition of this Alfa. That's why it is difficult to pronounce a Muslim kafir if the person insist he's Muslim.

Although there was this story we were told that Pharaoh could not say shahada. He only said "laa" but Quran affirmed said he affirmed his faith but it was too late

Wallahu alam
I like your humility.
This is a wonderful angle to look at it from.
Please what about the second question: a Muslim says his favourite adhkar or du'a but not La ilaha illa lah as his last words, should that be seen as a positive sign?
IslamRe: ...... by aadoiza: 1:06pm On Apr 16, 2019
movado19:
The answer to your question may not be all that straight forward, but here is my angle:

(He wasn't even supposed to be killed with a gun.)
As per using dua for protection or using odeshi?

this guy was shot and reportedly screamed out "Lailaha illa lah" and fell in the battle.
Sometimes, the outer reality of someone is not the same as his/her inner reality. The way people may know someone is not the way Allah knows that person. Example, a poor man whom people regularly see at say the masjid but no one pays him any attention because he is not surrounded by the trappings of the world which would automatically make a lot of people accord his respect could very well be amongst the Wali's of Allah who are always in the company of Rasul in either his waking or sleeping state. Now, people around don't know this about him and if they were to be interviewed as to what they can say about him, they would never mention the fact that he is a wali or is always in the company of Rasul - this aspect of his reality is hidden. Only Allah and those he chooses to let know will be able to say that ah! this man is not an ordinary poor man oh! he is also a wali and so forth.
In essence, this OPC guy may have been doing something or some things pleasing to Allah that he kept hidden (between him and Allah) and he was later blessed with the attestation at the point of death. Allah knows best.

should that be seen a positive sign?
Yes, yes and yes!
Wallahi, saying the attestation at the point of death no be moi-moi!
There are some people who when they get to this stage do nothing but scream like animals, some just grunt and poop on themselves, some are busy singing lewd verses of songs, etc
Two years ago, a man very close to the family was hit with cancer and then stroke, so he couldn't talk or move his body the day the stroke hit him. But guess what? Later that evening on his dying bed, this same man raised his right index finger and kept reciting Laa Illahi Ilallah over and over again, Subhanallah!
Every time people around him will raise their voices in tears, he would quickly move his hand up and down over his heart area, as a way of telling everyone around not to cry and that it is okay and then resume reciting the Kalima!
The Christians around didn't know what was going on but we the Muslims were just watching film! This was someone who could not talk or move his limbs now doing all these! He kept reciting the kalima and passed away as the Rasul described, (the eyes always look on as the soul ascends, so do close the eyes of the dead at this stage).
We were opportuned to see him immediately after he was washed. My brother, happiness was written all over this man. He had a gentle happy smile, he looked like he was just taking a nap and not dead, his skin was so shiny, smooth and velvety, like a light was placed within it - I mean, he was just glowing, even the men who washed him were commenting on it and very happy for him!
My uncle (who was not with us) got a confirmation dream about his status in a dream that night, so I knew that what we saw was indeed real.

So, being able to recite the kalima na very, very big deal oh! It is an unquantifiable blessing from Allah and may we all be opportuned to recite it at the end of our journeys, Amin.
Wow. This is actually more loaded than I thought. Thanks
What about the second part : a Muslim says his favourite adhkar or du'a but not La ilaha illa lah as his last words?

I have a question or two to ask our sheikhs here: Empiree, Ladunal, Lanrexlan, movado19, and other learned guys.

They say it's a great sign for he who is In the pangs of death to say: Lailaha illa lah as his last words before death overtakes him.
I heard of a guy, a friend of my brother's colleague. He's alfa and also OPC member, in fact, he was called alfa. This guy went to a battle along with some OPC members, including that colleague of my bro. Incase you don't know, OPC members do go to battles and wars. It could be factional, could be for the government; yes for the government. Some of them are trained militarily and go to war with our soldiers. This is no speculation but a fact. Some of those SSS guys you see guarding top politicians in this country are actually OPC members.
On the battlefield, this guy was shot and reportedly screamed out "Lailaha illa lah" and fell in the battle. (He wasn't even supposed to be killed with a gun.)

My questions go thus: Does it mean if anyone, be it Muslim or munafiq, is able to say Lailaha illa lah at the point of death, it's Jannah straight?
What if a true Muslim didn't say Lailaha illa lah but said his favourite adhkar or du'a as his/her last words, should that be seen a positive sign?
Please my brothers up to you.

I understand. If I do, unfortunately I won't say I do bcus of pressure here. Babas don't want this Dua to become yéyé.

This young Alfa I was talking about earlier told me he got jabbariya when I was talking about it. I was surprised actually. And I understood why he was about to get it. He's devoted one. He has all three (3).

Jabbariya

Yasin

Khutba Yasin

These are enough to make it in life. Again, I truly appreciate jamo90. The brother made me proud last year or 2017 when he sent me email and he even screenshot khutba Yasin and I know he got the right one when I read first few lines exactly like the one my Sheikh has. I think they gave him Khutba but they didn't give him jabbariya.

So this young Alfa I'm talking about served a sheik in Kano. From the way he talks and experiences he narrated to me shows he deserves to acquire jabbariya.

They won't give jabbariya to a part time muslim. They rather die with it than to give it up. You know many don't have strong muslim background which further makes it difficult. This doesn't mean they are being greedy. See what the world turned today. So scary.

My advice is to simply let Alfa organize Dua for you (I don't mean you personally) instead of trying to acquire it. That's what we used to do. But it now cost money to even organize this Dua these days bcuz other people are involved that must get paid.
I hope it's possible to meet your sheikh in the future - If Allah wishes - because right now, ehn, I'mma broke-ass nigga.
