PoliticsRe: Jeff Koinange Sacked From CNN Over His Story On The Niger-delta Based Mend Group by abacus(m): 1:07pm On Jun 11, 2007
Afam and others, you dont need to wrong others for what they know , I believe Jeff, look at what happened to VP Goodluck family house, even these are what we see and hear daily. A warri boy will question Jeff 'why u dey tell us what we already know?', leave sentiment, Nweke can not tell the world that the world is wrong. Things must change, we hope Umoru will do something, or instead will call on to GOD!

Bless u all

NB: angry Afam dont tell me to use dictionary or spell checker, idea is need huh

ProgrammingRe: Urgent: Interview (programmer) by abacus(m): 12:58pm On May 22, 2007
It happened to me, i think with FirstInland bank (Flash Me Stuff). Now know the reason those people did not call me further, I tried to flex muscle, but I know in me i will never get anywhere, Ok for example I use Data Class Generators for my CRUD operations, it made things easy for me, that I have forgotten about DataReader, DataAdapter etc even ConnectionStrings, so what do you expect from such interview? .

Thanks, Nairalanders, I know what to do next time.

Thanks

Once again Fdeveloper well said.

For most of the commentators to this post that are outside d country, count yourself lucky for not witnessing a fraud call 'election' on saturday. We can only stop them now, cos allowing d dust to settle will make them think they have succeeded in cheating us. I saw on channels TV, Oyinlola of osun state, instructing the Police commissioner to declare 'Rauf Aregbesola wanted' , A joke abi? for if you dont know, Aregbesola(AC) contested and won d election, just like EDO state, counting and anouncement was put to hold for more than 72 hours, A Governor-elect instructing police to declare an opponent wanted , Nigeria JAGA JAGA ,

I think am the best person to talk to you about that, see if this can help u out,

You have to be friendly and like any thing islamic that'z d basic, Am a xtian and i have my moslem name sherrifdeen, i know moslem songs, those 'Awon afa wa ni ilorin, tin won ko wa ni kewu, ' songs, just impress her, dont need to be a 'I go die' b4 u can impress her, just let her see you like everything abt her religion, Have been a victim, but now i can handle things with a moslem chick (i wont use girl), know her moslem name, get it's meaning, discuss that and dont see religion as a barrier, finito!!!!

Oracle, you are very right, i think that works 100%

ProgrammingRe: PHP Editor: also supports other languages by abacus(m): 3:55pm On Nov 23, 2005
I dont know if it will be helpful, for Visual Studio programmers, they can develop php applications in visual studio environment. I like it and it's ok

VS.Php for Visual Studio .Net 2003 - develop php applications from within Visual Studio.Net 2002 & 2003. This product lets you build, edit and deploy php applications using the familiar interface of the most popular IDE in the market.

Contrary to other PHP IDE products, VS.Php leverages the familiar interface of Microsoft Visual Studio.Net allowing PHP developers leverage all the features Visual Studio.Net provides.

No need to learn a new IDE interface or tools.

Working with php projects has never been easier, VS.Php provides rich project management features similar to ASP.Net projects.

Because many developers deply their Php applications in non-Windows servers, VS.Php also provides deployment support for remote servers where you can deploy your Php application on a click of a button.

The php editor gives you the most productivity by giving you access to Php built in functions and modules as well as your functions and classes.

You can even include PEAR classes in your project and VS.Php will show the symbols in its intellisense feature. While typing parameters VS.Php will guide you through the process by giving you hints on the parameters of the function or method you are working on.

And at any given point, VS.Php will highlight any syntax error in your code. You don't have to run the script to find out if you have syntax errors. VS.Php will tell you in real time.

Timmy u know am saying the same thing, as for going to siemens.. I agree it is not feasible. Let us agree with Emmanuel. If only Emmanuel can talk more about the technology, so that guys like us can learn more on this board. I happened to do some assembly language back then in school. I mixed c + assembly language, and qbasic + assembly language, Actually interesting but time wasting. Emmanuel, can u please talk about the technology.

Thanks

Hope this one can help you, but it require some patience and bandwiths.

It will take upto two weeks, depend on how always your are connected.
Search for lynda.com php video torrent files in google or elsewhere.

Lynda.com___PHP_Essential_Training.torrent

Get any torrent downlader (bitcomet, bitspirit, azureus etc), it will do the downloading for you.

smiley

try mininova.org for torrent files (Books, application, videos, tutorials, songs etc)

Cheers

ProgrammingRe: Porting PHP/MYSQL Applications to Micro-Controller Based Devices by abacus(m): 10:46am On Nov 22, 2005
To my very understanding, it is very very easy. How?
Develop your application and you then patner with Siemens.
Siemens will then etch d code into the device, alas! It is as easy as that smiley
Unless there is open device, which can allow custom applications(programming), and the programming language will be base on the device (d Programming language will be machine specific), so you will need to learn the language from scratch. Other option may be available to make work easier..

But those devices you are talking of: the codes, OS, programs were etched into the device during production (manufacturing) ...

smiley hey, am trying to recount what my lecturer taught me in school.....
