Outright rubbish! Everything costs 5 times as much compared to a year ago, people frowning faces up and down, you can smell the poverty and despair kilometers away.....This is not an economic flex but people looking to relieve stress, many are already shocked at the fact that despite dollars exchanging for more Naira, it all goes so fast! |
RodgersAkpafu:I no dey argue too much online, if e never happen close to someone you know you won't undertsand the risk. No doubt there are people doing it but is it normal? Do they go for checkup? I fit bet anything person wey dey hustle like that no dey remmber wellness checks, you go just hear one day lagbaja don kick bucket, may God help us all! |
RodgersAkpafu:Even with extra shift, many cannot save that 500, you'll need to have a partner, both of you must be working in order to even dream of saving consistently with that low of a wage. Single guys rarely hustle that hard, time for clubbing and chasing girls would surely cut into the work hours and believe me 60+ hours per week, sooner or later engine go knock.......So many guys under 30 passed away in the UK recently from sheer exhaustion and heart issues........SUPERMAN only exists in comics ![]() |
casualobserver:Pray you reach my father's age in good health . FYI, as fate would have it we had to do DNA test as part of the immigration process to the USA 15 years ago.....So I'm very confident, can your father say the same about you? ![]() |
casualobserver:I think you've drank too much garri or perhaps your eagerness to clapback clouded your comprehension! Go back and read what I worte, wetin concern DNA with marriage? Married or not, men get women pregnant, I simply said right there and then before she puts to bed let her know DNA will be done.....What's so hard to understand about that? Una mumu too much for this app! |
casualobserver:So that negates the fact that baby switching can happen? Ogbeni face the fact that you're being sentimental and not logical. A man married with children has no bearing on the discussion. In fact, if distrust happens because of DNA for the newborn, he should be very suspicious of his other kids! |
justtoodark:Still cheaper than raising a kid that's not yours for 18 years ![]() |
justtoodark:Yes, it's a bit more costly but there are few methods such as Non-invasive prenatal paternity (NIPP) test or even Cell-free DNA testing. In the USA it costs around 400-600 dollars. |
casualobserver:Distrust? Una too like sentiments for this app! Nigerian men will suffer to be something and marry, yet una no wan behave like the head! Let her know right there and then before giving birth you'll do a DNA test to rule out baby switching at the hospital(We all klnow e dey happen). No need for long talk and going through corners, you don't owe her any further explanation. Any woman that distrusts after that should be sent back to her father's house for factory reset, logic should always prevail over sentiments......Shikena!

bukkani:20k no fit repair wetin I dey see here and besides what happened to your 1 million Naira?
|
erico2k2:Brother ewwwww.....At least type with some balance, what in the name of chaos did you just wrote? Goodluck bruh, I'm not going to waste my time and energy comparing preeq size ![]() |
erico2k2:You obviously don't know shit, I've been living in the USA for over 15 years now, so stick your condenscending tone up your you know what! I have a brother in the UK that collected student loan and the repayment is made directly from his paycheck, he set it up that way so don't waste my time with your jargon! I've worked in I.T and financial industry for over 10 years, no be everybody be your mate here! |
MatrixCircle:Do you live in the UK? Do you work in the UK? I know at least 50 people working and living in the UK and most of them are family members.....Abeg stop using theory and start being practical, reality differs from the picture you're painting! People earning £1400 per month are targeting saving £500, how dem wan do am? No rent, no food, no utility bills? Una funny o ![]() |
MatrixCircle:You're right tax in the UK is 20% for that bracket but you have to also consider other deduction such has health insurance and other fees. Many people have signed up for loan repayment directly from their checks and other misc. Even if we went by that 1,400, ain't no way such a person is saving 1 or 2k per month, wetin him go chop? Air and Insha Allah? ![]() |
MatrixCircle:Your math is funny.......11.5 times 37.5 is what? 1500? You dey joke abi? That's just 431 and even if you times it by 4 to get 1725, taxes would bring it back down to around 1k. Even the extra PT that you mentioned is laughable, you'll never make that much, NEVER! |
The U.S does not see tribe or ethnicity, all scammers are the same, whether you're Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa or other, if fraud na your superpower and your confidence high pass Colorado enough to commit on U.S. soil, las las them go catch and DIDDY you ![]()
|
ColonelMichael:Just say you have problem with comprehension which one be gaslight? Simple correction, regimes are not used for Democratic governments and presidents are not lawmakers.......Do you think this is incorrect? It is simple knowledge na, even Google can help you, abeg no be everything be fight COLONEL ![]() |
ColonelMichael:Using regime for a democratic government, you're already on the losing side! Furthermore, executives do not pass laws, it is the Legislative branch and last I checked there are more non Yoruba lawmakers than Yorubas! |
Dem don swear for many of una in this country e no even funny again, to watch movie you need to be bribed, to vote for candidates dem must drop something, what's next? Soon una go dey demand payment before una shit or piss.......Very anyhow set of people ![]()
|
The problem is not her, the real problem is that she'll end up raising daughters and even sons with the same rubbish mindset. In the name of being liberal and carefree, females like her end up contradicting themselves. On one hand they want to be taken seriously, on the other hand they'll shout do not objectify us, we are not meat or sexual objects.......Well if it quacks and walks like a duck, IT'S A DUCK MY NIGGA ![]()
|
Even abroad pesticides are used for crop preservation. What matters is that you wash those beans and then wash it again before the beans gets soft. If una dey wait for crops that won't need pesticides una go wait tire! The best the government can do is to provide farmers and sellers with pesticides that are effective but less harmful! |
Go back to cloth diapers, the government no send you and quite frankly the cost will never come down! If simple things like diapers and wipes are too expensive for you then you need to go back to the natural way our grandmothers did it......There's no shame in that, reserve modern diapers for outings and use cloth diapers at home.....SHIKENA! |
Lifestone:I know you don't have the same(logical) view as me, it is clear for all to see na ![]() |
I laugh in Swahili, government wey dey on shaky shaky legs already, let's kuku finish it all by joining BRICS. Even the strong nations like China and Brazil are still struggling to work out the kinks in the proposed system but Nigerian government as usual is already licking its lips not knowing it is being led to the slaughter house ![]() |
Lifestone:The common denominator in intellectual arguments is none other than CONTEXT! If you wanrt to argue about economy and progress do so but don't lump justice especially social justice into it! You don't go to North Korea and shout freedom of speech but in the USA it is allowed, different system different expectations, I shouldn't have to EXPLAIN this to you! Furthermore, opinions are like ass holes, everybody's got one, still does not mean you should expose it for the whole world to see ![]() |
Lifestone:Is Dubai a democracy? Many of una just argue rubbish online without any iota of wisdom or knowledge! |
deolumike:Yea that's why you're shortsighted and live only for now. It took the Chinese over 100 years to move from abject poverty to sustainable economy, they went through drastic laws including mandatory birth control, seclusion from the outside world and food rationing. It is one thing to criticize the government, it is another to rubbish an entire country......You might not see the value of Nigeria right now based on your condition but when you eventually make it, you'll crave for that heritage, you would shiver at the fact that despite your billions, the whites still looks at you and treats you like a caveman ![]() |
The wild thing about people like her is that it is only synonymous with Nigerians. You'll never see a Chinese man in power say such a thing despite us knowing China has its problems. The immediate past UK PM has Indian roots, he never ONCE said anything bad about India despite its many issues. Obama has Kenyan roots, he didn't rant about the lack of development there. Why are Nigerians so damn bent on ridiculing their heritage once outside of the country and in a place of power? Dem swear for una ni? It's one thing to criticize the government but to disparage the land and its citizens, SHAME! |
Lazy professor, any professor worth his or her weight should be able to discern AI generated research from actual human research but as usual lazy Nigerian professors would rather blame the technology than to up their game and be more mindful when grading. |
Ningishzida:Spewing rubbish confidently has to be some kind of mental illness......Did you know that most Nigerians who enlist are actually enlisting as RESERVES? Meaning most of them won't even see active combat within their initial contract. Then you went ahead and added racism into this which is just pathetic, didn't you read that there were more Mexicans, Jamaicans enlisted? Why would Africans be treated differently? Abeg go warm eba chop, HUNGER BAD! |
MrPresidon:Legal action against what? Did they serve KIDS fufu and egusi or not? Was it part of the school's meal cirriculum? Who approved it? Were parents notified ahead of time? What if a student was allergic to cassava or melon seeds? Una too dey support rubbish for this country! Abroad you dare not serve kids food outside of the established menu or without parental consent......Na that be the real LAWSUIT! |
Bimpe29:There's none so let's leave moprality out of it, presidents can pardon whomever they want! |
