Music/RadioRe: What Is Happening To Gospel Music In Nigeria? by Abbott(m): 10:08pm On Oct 08, 2013
It seems to be the case too that gospel writer do not put one-third of their heart in their lyrics. Those that actually put in their heart and wanted to do gospel for the right reasons got results. Remember Sinach's You make My Life So Beautiful, almost all of Frank Edward's, then there is also Eben's Imarama and some yoruba artistes too like Baba Suwe's daughter: Oluwa mo oun ti y'ose ti aye mi o fi dara.

However, it seems to be the case that most of gospel artistes, 85%, are in it for the money. You get to know the fake ones, they do not last, sort of.
Enjoy!

Well, gospel music is not always just to praise God but it can be used to edify and to exhort and especially and importantly too, to encourage. Then there is the consumption too. Would you actually listen to an album by Tope Alabi, say, Tire ni(It's yours) or you would listen to R Kelly@s I believe I can fly or any other song, not gospel to "encourage" yourself? Simply, how often do you consume gospel music? Truth is we need more of such music that points to Christ as the source of all good and perfect gifts in our life. My thoughts though.

4ller Buntu,

I quite agree with you. Everything you wrote up there is so true. I still believe things will turn around for Nokia. However, if this is it, it will go down in time that Nokia did strode the mobile phone world gallantly and truimphantly and he is gone and no more.

I will hold out a bit more though.

HealthRe: Doctor Claims Corpses Could Be Revived 24-hours After Death by Abbott(m): 8:22pm On Aug 26, 2013
Dr. Parnia is to a large extent correct in his assertion. There are 2 types of death, CLINICAL death where the obvious signs of life eg. Heart beat, pulse and respiratory activity are absent but the brain and central nervous system still viable.
The second, BIOLOGICAL death, is when the brain and other neurons regulating heartbeat and breathing are beyond revival. That is DEATH as we know it.

The technology simply tries to prolong the window of opportunity between clinical death and biological death.

It isn't sorcery or fantasy. It is quite practicable.
That is a very precise and accurate summary of the article. Brilliant!

I know this from the chanser reaserch Uk a non profit organisation they pay no tax but all the money went to 4 cancer reaserch institutes in Uk.......
Thanks Nora544, I got that. However, what is/should be Winners Chapel UK charity focus? Why can Winners Chapel Nigeria not access funds generated by WC Uk?

Yorubest: How dull can one get?

If a Major and a Major General mean the same thing, it means the position of a Manager and a General Manager are the same

You could at least ask questions before commenting
That was very uncalled for and rude. You should be civil in your online conversation with others.

Dbeliever: Iam not flagbagasted for this. It is not as if the woman didn't made it to school, but it could be as a result of panic for croud and high class presence. You know some people are always scared of croud especially when it of high profiled. That notwithstanding, I met a woman teacher who was teaching pupils that garden eggs are eggs layed by hens inside the garden!
Stop defending something that is indefensible! Your misspellings and poor construction should not also be defended either. Get it right.
