Chelsea haters!!any news not favourable to chelsea is good news to them!!We are still standing and have not lost despite the problems!

@Akolawole: our no 1 problem was allowing in Gallas and Huth leave without getting any good replacement for them!!Ricardo Carvalho is being overstreched now and if he gets injured, then we are in hot soup!!!We score goals but are unable to defend them!I put that blame on Jose/Kenyon!!!
No 2 is of course the injury problems, Cech, Cudicini,Terry, Joe cole, Arjen Robben, prior to the injury, we were doing fine!!!
The depth in squad is there but definitely overblown, the only area we didnt have covered was our defense due t the number 1 problem stated above, We have got a depth in every other department, but who then could have predicted joe cole/robben, Cech/cudicini, Terry/boularouz all getting injured at the same time
The next 3/4 weeks of action will be interesting to watch!!

Hello Ishaamed: Whatever you do, please dont go to a club that struggles against football minnow like Southend or Fc Copenhagen, exeter, e.t.c, look through the history books and you will find it!!!

@Kitaun: You better take it easy on poor Henry, he has had it good the past three years but maybe this is a year he needs to take a breather and get refreshed for the next season, i dont think he can do it this season again, even though it is not totally impossible.

As a matter of fact, Chelsea's inability to renew Zola's Contract had to do with Money too!He was told to accept a pay cut, i think up to 40% but he saw a better deal in the caliagri's offer, so he took that one and by the time Roman brough his millions, they were able to offer a better deal but like a gentleman that he was, he decided to honor the agreement with caliagri!There is no love lost between the club and the Player and that was why his number 25 was retired (?), He is a Chelsea legend till tomorrow!!! Roman even attemted to buy the whole club!! (Caliagri) because of Zola!!!
damien Duff had to leave because he wanted more playing time, same thing for Huth!
Chelsea do have a history of having old players in their fold, Vialli, Gullit, Poyet,,Petrescu, Di matteo, Desaily, Deshamps e.t.c

The guy over rotates his players, while he has a Knack for buying good players, he didnt win the Seria A or La Liga or premiership, his success as a coach is just limited to cup titles in Italy and spain, i am not saying that he is not a good coach, but statistics doent lie!!

@ Tosinadeda, i see your point and i agree to the extent that Mikel has more quality players to contend with in the midfield, but we also know JM for the kind of Manager he is, If mikel can step up his game, Mourinho will not hesitate to bench ballack for him, IF HE MERITs it. Joe Cole was in a similar situation during Murihno's 1st year at Chelsea, he was only being used as a substitute but he stepped up his game and promptly became an 'untouchable' in mourinho's eyes!Until this season Drogba always get to play more because of his team efforts than goals!!!being a succesful footballer is not just about having skills, you need to be disciplined and determined too and Mikel needs to step up in these areas!
Please It is a fact that Kalou puts in extra effort in games and of late it has been helping him pick the striking position ahead of £30 million Shevchenko!!!!

Exactly my point: Money alone doesnt guarantee success, further more : Money +good players alone too does not guarante success and even if you add a good Manager to the kitty, you are still not guaranteed success, so to attribute chelsea's premiership success entirely to Money as you have previously been doing is not justice! You could be right and you could also be wrong too!but So far this season, they have been the top dog, the league table also proves this - Most wins, most goals scored and least goal conceeded. but lots credits to Chelsea too staying up there too, just 4 points difference, the title is not won or lost yet, the second half of the season will be very interesting!!!

For blackburn their benefactor was still in charge when they got relegated!(their relegation was largely as a result of the title wining team splitting up- Shearer being the most notable depature). As for leeds united, they simple got lost in their credit!!!Please Chelsea UNLIKE Man U is not running on credit!! We are UNLIKE Man U being funded by Roman's cash and i can confidently tell you that we are in the healthier situation than Man U, M.Glazier borrrowed money to buy Man U and after he had succeded , he transfered the debt to Man U!the club is no longer listed on the stock exchange.Nobody knows what going on their!Nobody knows what the glaziers plans are!!Nobody knows what happens if Old Man Glazer doesnt survive his stroke, But we do know what will happen when the creditors come calling!!!So your worries about Chelsea are kinda misplaced, you should worry more about your club, or perhaps you can shed more light on how we are living on credit?
@Christino: I dont knw what you point is too: It has been said that yeah Romans money gave up more financial power to buy more quality players, but it is definitely not that alone that brought success to chelsea!(Ranieri had the cash too but he could not do it!). Maybe when you have more solid base for your no Roman, No premiership tile, we can discuss again,

All these noise just goes to show how far Chelsea have come as a team!Just three seasons ago, we could lose at home without anybody raising any eyebrows, now we play a draw at home and it is big news!!!We did not lose for christ sakesmoreover we are just 4 point below Man U and 10 points clear of the 3rd place team, so what is the problem here?

@ Tosinadeda - Yeah Lossing Carvalho in addition to terry will be disastrous, but that will just be the same as Man U lossing both Ria and Vidic at the same time!!
Bouhlarouz was not prefered to Galllas, Gallas was hell bent on leaving and Boularouz was just a late and hurried replacement.
Because i just one own goal- Ashelycole is now ordinary??
For me Geremi is better than Fereira though they have different qualities!!!
