For Football clubs what other way is there to measure 'greatness' if not for the number of trophies won? Both clubs are great but Man U definitely is greater! They are also richer (pre Glazers era) and have more supporters than Arsenal.

I beg to disagree here, you are actually saying that Ricardo is better than Terry?, Not a chance!!Cavalho is too careless for me, he comits himself to too many unsuccessful tackles, He has only become a shining star for the Chelsea defence because Gallas left!If Gallas was still around, Cavalho would still be be playing secnd fiddle to both Terry and Gallas.Also a defender cannot be judged by how many goals he has scored!!!How many goals all together have vidic, Rio, Cara (liverpool), Toure, campbell scored for their clubs?

I think Liverpool has got the best draw, on paper, i was actually wishing for any of the italian teams, we have always done well against italian oppositions but fared badly against spanish teams!All the math up looks really tough!!!

I can't even decide if it is a good draw or not, Aprt from PSV, it doesnt look as if there are any seemingly weak team left in the compeition!

@ Akola, i know for a fact that Abiola invested in football because of his love for the sport, so much that he was always referred to as the pillar of sport in Africa. It is a pity really that Arsenal are ending yet another season trophy-less again. They have now become a big club with a small heart. A +ve they can however draw out of the season is the fact that they have a lot of exciting youngsters who are going to do a lot of great things in seasons to come, If they are all kept together.

Fabregas has a whole lot of talent/experience for a player of his age, further more i think the future is also very bright for him.
