That is the problem i have with the way policing is done in this country!done with a lack of plan, order, or direction, without any tactics at all, no intelligence gathering, nothing! Somewhat encouraging news!but NOTHING to celebrate as we still have a painfully long way to go, A friend of mine had a complete Anterior cruciate ligament tear and there is no institution in this country that can treat him succesfully, he has just been referred to the US, UK or india to have a reconstructive surgery. he also found out that the NATIONAL ORTHOPEDIC HOSPITAL Igbobi does not have an MRI machine, it is just so so sad
