Totally agree. But I think he can divide the money into two. Use a part to procure land, that will appreciate over time. Then use the other part to invest in other business. You can do venture capitalism, if that works for you. Don't mind those one asking you to pack out just for freedom sake, you will only be making your landlord richer. They will be excited to hear about your "how I made a wrong decision" story in future.

1. Open a dom account, covert your money to USD and keep it in there so inflation wont wipe our the value.
2. Get a job or learn a business.
3. Further grow your savings.

5. Get someone experienced to mentor you in whatever career path you choose.
6. Dont leave your parents house until you have grown your net worth to at least $50k.
