I love a lady soo much, though she is yet to accept my proposal, cos maybe I'm still serving and haven't secured job or for any other reasons known to her. in fact we normally rapport. but when ever I send her a mind blowing text about d feelings I have for her, she never replies or she pretends as if d message is not clear, which would even take her like a day if at all she would reply. sometimes this same message I text her, I send it to some other chiks . guess what?... they nearly go crazy over me... then I began to wonder what she is up to?.. I do not know where to continue with this or stop? |

[quote author=Vinshu post=43937244]In order to reduce the level of poverty amongst homes, in my opinion I think a man who has not enough money to buy a house of his own not rent at least a 3 bed room flat and a car to move him and his family around should not get married. When he gets married in his low credit, the family tends to suffer. The probability that he will get rich is actually 0.5 not up to 1 because Sundry expenses will now become expenses when married. Things he could ignore when single will now be important. When children arrive, the probability of getting rich falls to an all time low of 0.2. Have you observed that most men have a higher credit score when single? If you have $500 at the end of every week when single if your job/income doesn't change or upgrade when you get married your $500 falls to $200 because you no longer feed yourself but feed a woman and probably a child. When the child grows older school fees will set in. And other bad debts will be incured . Don't get me wrong, I ain't saying he will never make it but in the mean time, why bring a child to the world to suffer? Even if it's for 6 years before you make it? Why take a woman from her father's comfy house to hardship in the name of marriage? I advice ladies never to get married no matter how cool a guy is unless he is proven to be able to cater for your needs and that of your children financially in all ramifications both expenses and sundry expenses. It doesn't make any sense, what you enjoy when single as a lady why stop enjoying it because your husband has no money or your money now goes to supporting him? They say women ain't equal to men. Ok let the men be rich and rich enough to take care of their wives 101% before getting married. In fact, studies show most men marry for sex. the bottom line is that a lazy man should not get married unless he is become hard working. we must be aware that if time is on the side of both d guy ,neither its on d side of women. for instance if a guy and a girl are both promising, then dey should tie d knot. it all base on planning. even if a successful guy marries a lady without future planning they are bound to fail. therefore, I think every thing should be base on calculation and hard effort. cos, if u survived in taking care of ur children , then that will be a minus on ur list of what to accomplish. ?? |

but if one started building his own bizness , I think there is no need search for job again. instead, he should just focus and pay attention to business on ground without an attention divide |
majority have along the line discovered that despite all the rigorous times they passed through in school to became a successful person( secure a perfect job) after graduation, circumstances have disappointed them. but the big question is should they continue in search for job or quit and forge a way out by starting their own business? because majority are still under the spell of job searching that yields no positive result. |
and we have our national assembly spending billions on wardrobe allowance and cars |

AN OPEN LETTER TO LOCAL MARKET FOR REDUCTION IN PRICE OF COMMODITIES Dear Local market, As the embittered Naira struggles to Upgrade against dollar , You have little or no relationship with the naira -Dollar saga. I observed that there is rapid increment in prices of your items that are grown, harvested and packed in Nigeria, such as Garri, rice, Beans and among others. This is another phase of unjust and intolerable puzzling situation that needs serious attention before you(local market) form an ally with dollar (the external force) to collectively deal with or punish ordinary Nigerians for an offence they know nothing about. It is quite shocking and disheartening at this moment that the price of commodities are as twice the amount usually been purchased. What Surprised me most was earlier this afternoon when I asked for the price at which a bag of sachet pure water is been sold not knowing that the the price had jumped from 60 or 70 naira to #150 per bag. Then I began to imagine what exactly is happening? But at the end I arrived at a thought provoking conclusion that 'you' the local market is seizing the opportunity of Nigeria's Economic quagmire to infiltrate and hike the price of food items and other home made commodities. What an opportunistic coincidence!. Perhaps I stand to be corrected. But before you (local market) join hands with the evil economic force to pulverize the nation, let me call on the attention of the government and Nigerians to kick against the cut throat prize of local items as the masses are currently suffering from stomach infrastructural disease.
