I have noticed this trend of guys having pornography in their phones. this act is so common that even the so called innocent, civil and godly ones indulge in it.

I wanted to transfer my radio programme recordings to my phone through a guys via flash share. and 'boom' i saw loads of porn saved in coded names.

I went to his videos and saw them, in different fibre. I sat down and played them while laughing when the guy came and saw me watching them he became embarrassed.

why do most guys have porn in their phones?
what is the essence?

Nb.
I don't have an ish with them indulging in porn (their wahala).
but why not make it discrete?
You recognized p*rn, you sat down, you watched, you hypocrite!

Did it in any way look like your radio programme? Or were you moaning on air?
PoliticsRe: Breaking!!! Saraki Gets 5 Billion Naira Blackmailing CBN On GEJ -SR!!! by ABEngine(m): 6:02pm On Dec 01, 2015
These guys didn't get a four year term to have committees with GEJ hanging on their lips and nothing more.

The pessimism in today's government is drowning investors courage in a pool of uncertainty, the political state of instability is neither helping us as a nation.

PMB should sit up, he now wails more than the bereaved. He hasn't been in any fuel queue of recent, his family members don't die of bomb attacks, he hasn't got businesses that are shut down on daily basis for one protest or the other, he doesn't also know that sending money to fund children's school fees have been hit badly by devaluation and critical inflation.

If it takes 6 months or more to complain of the errant and ousted government it might take a tenure to resolve on what policy direction must be plied to ensure appropriate restructuring.
PoliticsRe: Baifra Ipob Modus Operandi Have Changed They Won't Be Peaceful Again by ABEngine(m): 5:45pm On Dec 01, 2015
I have always maintained a neutral stand about this, if Biafra is so unpleasant to the rest of Nigeria, please in the interest of the so-claimed majority who stand anti-Brafia, grant them their desires and prepare your armies only if they ask for more territories than what is rightly apportioned unto them.

What is Nigeria so afraid to loose? A party to a marriage whom has approached the courts for a divorce must not be urged on to "suffer" continually as they claim.

The Northern agenda seems to be fully on course, the Easterners do not want to labour for this agenda and have chosen to be determined as a sovereign state, are they asking for so much?

We all are heads deep in the protection of the Nigerian sovereignty with a people who are rather in discomfort, same sovereignty that has been threatened in the past by ceding the Bakassi peninsular to Cameroon, Nigeria can't effectively lay claims on a fraction of the North East region thanks to Boko Haram and a lot more.

I believe Nigeria can not fight this war, they can't even pay salaries. I am only concerned about the lives that has been lost and those that will be lost in times to come on both fronts.

Ask yourselves, what has Nigeria got to loose??

The man is Maradona. He has insulted most Ibos but only 10% will even know. " If I find one means a lot". To be president you have to have staying power and your people some of whom are better than you have to be ready to cooperate . Finally the profit is not immediate.
I equally see that point.

Which of the 2015 sir?

I'm a northerner and I support the idea of compelling all political parties (or major parties) to zone 2019 presidential ticket to the south east... And if we so believe that a south easterner can not rule this country, I think then we should let them go.

The South East region has suffered a lot of marginalization and I know very well that the Northern part of this country ll not take half of what the Eastern region has endured to this moment.

An Igbo president for 2019 or Biafra I support
Igbo presidency is a trap!!! I repeat it's a trap!!!

I am not pro-Biafran today solely because our own people were not prepared for this move. South Eastern/Southern governors squandered our people's monies rather than improve upon our educational, health and industrial sectors.

I wonder who is to assume governance when Biafra succeeds and what the trend will become. Secession will come with the pulling down of existing institutions (policies & social infrastructure) in order to create a befitting one and this would take a long time to achieve but if we were ready we would have obviously made a smooth transit through strong dialogue.

Left with Igbo presidency and Biafra as an option come 2019, I would choose Biafra over that trap. People are looking forward to condemn the Igbo ethnicity forever, just the same way they condemned the Ebele administration.

Thanks for nominating us but I must ask to be left alone with some integrity to pass on to the coming generation.

As much as I agree with your point, there are lecturers that love students failing, they derive joy in students failing their exams and tests.
After putting in the extra work and someone says you wouldn't get a distinction because the "A" grade belongs to him??
I would take a "B" and the knowledge with me... gaskia

What a Comparison!!! Electives as against Compulsory courses?? Please do a survey again in the school, take the pulse of students most especially in the faculty of Sciences, maybe your line of thought would change.
My dear you should see the joy a lecturer has within him that students passed his course. My mother a retired secondary school principal, always had a bad day when we plotted statistics on the computer to etermine the gaussian distribution of the exams she just marked (her subject), especially when the modal scores where below par mumcy shed tears.

What am I saying? Lecturers give you the concept but teachers teach you all you need, a lecturer expects you to do additional research on his course work to buttress his concepts. Life is dynamic and so are the challenges of the real world, we often come to troubled ends if we solely rely only on what is said in class. Doing the extra work sets you apart.

Eddygourdo:
Students of these days are similar to egg heads, their heads are empty, they refuse to read anything or make an effort on their own, you expect to be spoon fed, if you check that entire result there will be people who scored very well and if you interviewed such students you would quickly understand why they stand out amongst the rest of the fools in that class, it's not a lecturers duty to ensure you pass or graduate, it's the students duty hardwork and dedication. Mtcheeeeew
I agree with you but i wouldnt not call them fools in a haste except they were here to speak for themsleves. Students today rely so much on what has been said in class, most dont even do any reading on their own whatsoever to understand the concepts, i need somebody from that department to tell me bo one got a "B".

In the professional cadre, precision saves time and money and uf he marks you down for errors you should thank him because some real life situations do not offer you a second chance.

Look on to the positive side of things, I was of your opinion several years back till i sat and objectively evaluated the scenario l. From the POV of these lecturers it is more fufilling for a student to understand his course and pass it effectively, this in turn means he hasnt wasted one semester trying to learn you all.

How many times have you been able to consult same lecturer with a reasonable math problem and he turned you down? Then you can make a case.

Our generation needs to sit up. We dont need to pass exams alone, we actually need to rake control off the hands of expatriates and amend the views of employers which hold true that most Nigerian graduates are unemployable.

CareerRe: Advice Needed:a Masters Degree To Aid My 2.2 Or A Life-changing Trip To Italy? by ABEngine(m):
I must advise any Nigerian youth who thinks the world out here is painted in riches to understand that every country is riddled with its unique challenge.

Unemployment is also an European problem, infact is a global issue with each state hosting a percentage of this scourge.

I only have a problem with the "life changing" clause as you have employed in your write up above.

There is no such thing as "make it big" here. People who board planes to go do menial jobs should actually consider net benefits before embarking on such trips except of course you have conclusively chosen to indulge in illegal activities. I bet you don't know how many nigerians are rotting in Italian jails and how many more are roaming the streets.

Lets come to fact with this, if you however choose to study, then there are likely chances of doing same at no damning cost. There are a host of scholarships that are available with accommodation inclusive, these could be coupled with part time jobs too if you so desire but trust me you must be able to break through the language barrier to work.

Furthermore, there are cases you may need to show rigorous commitment to the academic course in order to fully benefit from these kinds of scholarships. In a nutshell, prepare to study even harder this time.

You can get a masters here and less probably a job but you may not be getting as big as the picture you paint.

MadCow1:
You are wrong regarding renumerations of a Contract staff in IOC's bro.

As a Contract Staff, my basic salary was higher than some Permanent Staff. It's only when they start raking in their benefits that they trumped me sef. Infact the difference in the gross annual pay at some point was under 2 million naira.

You should also understand that your pay is dependent on your job description. I know Local lead Engineers who were taking home over 1.5million naira per month.

I also know Logistic Officers who were taking home 150'k - 250'k per month.

A Project manager (Nigerian Expart) was on a 1300 USD day rate. How many permanent staff make that kind of money per day?

It all depends on your job description hommie and the size of the project/department. Speaking strictly of IOC's and not servicing companies.
This evaluation should be done on equal job designations and levels, this you have duly pointed out.

I can say for sure that in terms of renumeration the daily rates of some contract staffs in certain organisations couldn't surpass same of their equally yoked permanent staff but here is the trick...

1. Health benefits 2. Crazy bonuses/allowances pegged on production benchmarks or something else worth renumeration 3. Training facilities in terms of frequency 4. International mobility and most importantly 5. PROMOTION (why have you all failed to acknowledge this?) These and more make the permanent staff position unique.

Someone else should kindly discuss "Start off grants"..

Kudos to Putin, no nation should feel they have the monopoly of military force.

The beauty of Nigeria as a nation is in her diversity and whoever is blind to this reality needs some education. People should be made to understand the consequences of daring the sovereignty of NIGERIA, when such protest by unscrupulous elements are not met with grieve consequences, it inspires smaller nations to stand up to Nigeria. Shoot at sight order must be given to our security forces to any misguided group or association whose aim is to question or threaten the sovereignty of NIGERIA! SportsRe: The Dominance Of The Igbo Tribe In Nigeria Football - Aderonke Bello by ABEngine(m): 9:37pm On Nov 09, 2015
Champs you mean, the Igbos are goal-oriented (however you perceive that), but I am knowledgeable enough to say every other person or tribe in Nigeria is equally gifted. Today lets shun sentiments and public outcry on who is being marginalized or not and think about our achievements as a Nation, you and I.

Perhaps you can also see the other dimensions in which we can explore to ensure we even live better off as citizens of a great nation. They wont let us be, they have exploited our weak links being tribal differences, religious differences etc for the sole purpose of making their economies richer while we spend time, and our fortunes to spite ourselves.

If you realize the gains of certain members of the international community in that a country as blessed as us has got bullet holes borne of hatred riddled against it, rivalry and greed amongst its great people and yet they succeed to lace certain individuals pockets to deepen our social divide.

I mean can we all sit and have a rethink?
