Could he be next week's 'anointed' candidate?Since na every week new anointed candidate dey emerge. This week is for Ngige. Buhari's anointing oil wey no dey finish. ![]() |
Kai. Yoruba don suffer. Na Apostle Suleman from Edo make comment, but na Yoruba people Op and his gang of miscreants dey attack. |
That's what happens when you fall for audio lifestyle online. |
For as long as I've known this Op on this forum he's been anti-Lagos in 90% of his comments and it's evidently because of the Tinubu-affiliated APC that's in power in the state, yet he has refused to relocate to his home state in igboland or other non-APC states that he deems to be doing better than Lagos. Oga Op, Lagos is not for everyone. If Lagos is unbearable for you, Abuja is there, no traffic there, or better still you can look for a better PDP state and relocate to. Nobody will beat you. I'm saying this because your darling PDP won't rule Lagos anytime soon, so make you save yourself the tears. |
parkervero:Ogbeni vote for your choice and leave the delegates to vote theirs. For your mind now, you know better than all the delegates that would for Tinubu. I am sure you won't be saying this of he was backing your fav. He wasn't 'power drunk' when he was assisting others (including Osinbajo) and helping their political career, but all of a sudden he's not fit for the job. You go dey alright las las. |
'Yoruba Muslim Pastor' - signed: Ipob. ![]() |
It seems some aspirants only hope of going far is by getting endorsed or 'anointed' by the incumbent president. And apparently, atleast two candidates are in that category. If the party goes with indirect primaries, what happens to such aspirants? |
BloomingDale:Have you seen his medical report that certifies that he's sick? Can a 'sick' person be actively going all over the country to seek political support like he's been doing? Look, you don't have to vote for him (that's your right and prerogative) but you can't expect everyone to fall for your lies just because you see Tinubu as a threat to your fav's ambition. |
BloomingDale:Come off it. Some of you overrate yourselves. You can't expect every youth to hate him just coz you do. Everyone can't be a zombie or part of your cancel mob. |
Lol. So Op don finally admit say na Tinubi go clinch him party ticket. Anyway, the answer is that he'll win the same way Buhari won twice (2015 and 2019) without them. ![]() |
Is Tinubu the only candidate in the race, wey be say all of una jus dey hawk hin matter like Agege bread. Whatever he does or says is always a source of controversy to his detractors. He just can't ever do anything right by you lot. But what I like about him is his focus and resolve to carry on his political activities like y'all don't even exist. Nairalanders and paid social media influencers won't decide who the APC flagbearer would be. The designated party members would be the ones to do that. OBJ faced more than this much antagonism from his people and Igbo supporters of Ekwueme before he clinched his party ticket in 1999. The rest, as they say, is history. I think it's even a good thing that he's facing this much opposition from certain quarters because it's usually the 'messiah' candidates that end up underperforming because their supporters delude themselves into expecting them to preform miracles in office (e.g Buhari, Peter Obi fall under that category of candidates whose supporters have created a larger than life hype about their abilities). As for incoming President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu , he will be under pressure to perform beyond the expectations of his haters, and go on to become the best president Nigeria ever had. Don't worry eh. After he wins the ticket and the election proper, gbogbo yin ma simi edo, then all of una go mechionu. |
Sorry gburugburu, I admire your candour but you see, most of your kinsmen would rather see the PDP ticket go to the North than the South because they don't want to compete with other southern regions for it. |
You people have started this your foolish agenda again. Even after the real owners of most of the listed properties have come out to claim ownership of their properties. This sort of unwarranted instigation is what led misguided endsars youths to target these properties for arson thinking they belong to Tinubu. Mynd44 please do something about these sort of politically motivated fake news. |
How many times will you people repeat this lie? An igbo person wrote this crap and falsely attributed it to the late UI professor (whose family has come out to debunk the lie that he wrote anything of such). Why are Igbos liars like this for goodness sake ![]() |
He shouldn't be surprised. AIT owner is an Atiku promoter. You gotta pay to promote any other candidate on his platform, else you get cut off. It is what it is. ![]() |
His haters won't entertain the possibility. But if na some other aspirants dem go agree. ![]() |
Dp. |
E for run around naked. |
These ipobs and their Tinubu obsession. Y'all open multiple threads daily to dismiss Tinubu's ambition, telling us he's too old, won't get his party's ticket, yada, yada, yada. But you all know deep down that your rantings are rooted in your palpable fear of the guy. You know he towers above any other contender in the race, else you won't be spending so much time and effort to discredit him. Just brace yourself because your worst nightmare (a Tinubu presidency) will surely come to pass. You either learn to deal with that eventuality or start preparing to Japa. ![]() |
When UGM started their madness Igbos were applauding and cheering them, now the chicken has come home to roost. They've grown the kind wings that may prove extremely costly to clip. |

No source? Probably fake news (which is a usual modus operandi of some Igbos; they ascribe the names of important personalities to fake news to give them credence). I doubt that Fayose would say this considering his close friendship with Nyesom Wike. |
Most Igbos know that the author is saying the truth, that's why they prefer that the PDP ticket goes to a Northerner/Atiku, because they know there's no Igbo alive that can match the likes of Osinbajo not to talk of Tinubu. Peter Obi's popularity starts and ends on Twitter/social media. Dude couldn't even defeat Obiano and Soludo in his home state. |
Come off it. Even Peter Obi himself would vote for Atiku over himself. His declaration is a ruse and smokescreen. He's not contesting. |
No money to buy form so Peter Obi don settle for VP again. Unfortunately for him, Atiku no go dare give am the slot again this time around because he's a political liability. |
E be like say Op never go Dubai before for him to be making such a misleading comparison. Google Dubai skyline and then compare it to these pictures you posted. After that make you slap yourself three times for wasting people's time and data with your misleading headline. |
Pius na scammer. He knows he stands no chance so he's not gonna bother obtaining any form. |
billante:A real man would go after his conviction irrespective of who considers him desperate or not. The other contestants that have already declared their interests in the presidency don't care who sees them as desperate or not because that's irrelevant, anybody is free to say what they like, it's your conviction that matters. The naked truth is that Peter Obi is a coward that's not fit for the office of presidency. That office is reserved for bold men with hearts of a Lion because it requires courage and dexterity to manage a complex country like ours. These are attributes Obi he obviously lacks. |
cktheluckyman:Guy getat. No be your people dey shout 'it is our turn' upandan?? Why can't Obi show the courage to also lend his voice by throwing his hat in the ring? Is he so lilly-livered that he can't even demonstrate a spirit of competition? He should take a stand and identify with the agitation for Igbo presidency like some me of his fellow Igbo politicians have done, not unless you guys are just blowing hot air with your Igbo presidency agitation. Peter Obi is simply a coward. |
Smh. And he's supposed to be the one to take Nigeria out of the doldrums, according to some people?? Obi can't even exhibit the boldness to join the race like lesser known kinsmen of his have already done. That says a lot about his ability to take decisive decisions as president. He's all hype and no substance. |
2. A Muslim cannot rule Nigeria, after eight yearsOk. Eskis... But does this your number 2 reason also apply to Atiku Abubakar? Abi e don secretly convert to Christianity without public knowledge?? |
, bia... what do you have to say about your former ogam' madam's recent show of shame?? |
