They think we are joking when we said 'Biafra or Death', and 'No lefelendum, no erection'. ![]() |
nairavsdollars:Wait and see his reaction. My gut feeling tells me say E go Loudddd. |
Smh. Wike in the mud. Wike must take his pound of flesh. This constant derision from Atiku is just too much. |
Wait a minute. So, after the initial gra-gra of dumping PDP for its unwillingness to let him fly their ticket (and rejecting a high possibility of getting the VP slot), Peteru Obi go still end up as VP under a mushroom party like NNPP? Peter Obi, see your life?? |
Thinkam:Na social media hype dey mislead am into thinking he stands a chance. His best bet would've been to be patiently remain in the PDP while lobbying to deputise Atiku again. But he got carried away by delusional social media noises. |
Only a fool would blame Peter Obi for refusing the live in Anambra. With the way UGM is indiscriminately killing Ibo people all over iboland, who can blame him? Besides, he's not the only Ibo billionaire that has refused the stay in Anambra. Even Obiano couldn't wait to leave the state after handing over to Soludo. And we are all witnesses to the hell that ipob/UGM are giving the current governor. So make Una cut Obi some slack. |
Na so. Until they tell us we can't fvuck awa wives without first showing pvc I no go take dem seriously. |
oilykid:I have personally never subscribed to that temptation to lump Eguns as part of the Yoruba ethnic family. So your comment should be directed towards some overzealous Yorubas that are fond of doing that. That's not to say that there aren't also Eguns that like to claim Yoruba. As far as I'm concerned, anyone should be free to claim whoever they chose to be. That's their personal business. |
Even in respect of HDI, Lagos outperforms every other state in the country, so Hundeyin should find something else to say. If Tinubu and his successors had allowed the state to continue to deteriorate after the capital was moved to Abuja over 25-yrs ago, nobody would want to live in the state today. They created the enabling environment that has made the state what it is today. That's why today it's the number 1 startup hub in Africa. Anyone who knows David Hundeyin well enough will not be surprised that he detests not just Tinubu but Yorubas in general, because he feels Yoruba language and culture is displacing the Egun culture he identifies with. Check his older Twitter posts and you will not miss his unhidden disdain towards Yorubas. Such a person can't be relied on to make objective judgements regarding anything Yoruba-related. |
Peter Obi is an igbo project that will primarily favour Igbos more than other Nigerians, that's why his promoters are majorly his fellow Igbos and latter-day ipob converts. Only misguided Yoruba youths that are doing follow-follow to chase clout and forming 'woke' are foolish enough to join the bandwagon. What has Peter Obi ever done for Yorubas before now? While he was governor he never appointed a single Yoruba person to any position. What are his antecedents when it comes to diversity? There's actually evidence that suggest his bigot tendencies while he was in office as a governor. Fact is that his ambition will not gain serious traction outside of his native SE region, simply because naturally he's not a bridge-builder. His promoters are the ones creating a larger than life image for him. |
He speaks like an Omo ale, and sad to say that so many of them are plenty in our midst. They'll be quick to sell themselves to the enemy. The fact that Democracy day was changed to June 12 is majorly thanks to the lobby and influence of Tinubu. Any Yoruba that tries to demarket Tinubu who has done more for the race and region than any other presidential contestant needs his brain checked. How many Yorubas has Atiku or Pete Obi uplifted compared to Tinubu? Nonsense talk. |
tegrianonigltd:How's the family? ![]() |
One thing is for sure. The current political realities do not favour the PDP. |
Omo, I wonder who Reno Omokri go campaign for between GEJ and Atiku Abubaker. ![]() |
Lol. All of you keep saying Tinubu should drop out and STILL 'support' whoever it is you prefer. Why can't your favs (be it Osinbajo or GEJ) go head-2-head with Tinubu at the primaries if e sure for them? Tinubu has made it clear that he's not stepping down for no bagga, win or lose. Your favs should be man enough to go to the primaries. No amount of blackmail will make Tinubu step down for anybody. |
For the first time since he returned to PDP, Atiku might actually lose the primary ticket. |
Peter Obi in the mud. lol Make hin twitter fans sha no cancel seyi ontop this matter. I know that deep down, Obi supporters know he won't get the ticket. Dem jus dey disguise. |
This boy dey really deal with Funke and her husband. Na lack of home-training cause am. |
mrrandomguy:E be like say you be new user on this site. Click on the following link and see for yourself how people were generating thousands of likes for Peter Obi and Osinbajo. https://www.nairaland.com/7122903/nairaland-online-polls-2023-presidential |
Have you seen the 'likes' that Osinbajo and Peter Obi have been receiving? I'm talking about 9000+ likes. Yet na the ordinary 500+ wey Tinubu receive dey worry you. It's obvious that some people are using bots to create thousands of accounts that they use to generate likes like pure water. This forum's script is very easy to manipulate so it's nothing out of the ordinary. |
Kyase:As in. Elon Musk should just step down for Peter Obi since he's winning all the elections there. No candidate can defeat PO on twitter. |
Reality3080:It's the same ipob supporters that are his core base of supporters. You can spot the same traits of promoting conspiracy theories, threatening of opposition, hero-worship, intolerance of contrary opinion, and fanaticism in their support for Peter Obi. That's because they're the same people. The moment Peter Obi loses the ticket, they'll port back to supporting ipob. |
Oga Jona wey no send Ibo people. |
MadamExcellency:Na Tinubu be your own headache in life, even though the matter no concern am, you still had to involve him in it just to have something to say. |
30-day limit for resignation cancels Malami’s governorship ambition in KebbiSeems Malami has shot himself in the foot now. He had a good chance of winning the Kebbi governorship, all he had to do was resign his position as attorney general and focus on the election. But greed no allow am. |
Na only you dem dey steal your songs everytime. Yet the ones dem no steal never make you blow up till now. Blackface, you get serious problem o. Maybe you should be selling your songs and make money from them when they blow instead of this constant accusations of theft. |
Op, you are mumu man. You are probably being set up, yet you're here gloating. Smh. I pity your life. |
He won't listen. Atiku is the most desperate Nigerian politician alive. He's been nursing his ambition to be president since the early 90s. Someone like that can't listen to such advice. How? |
obynzo:You mean besides Soludo and Ipob struggle for control? . Anyway, sincerely, I wish Soludo well because unlike you Igbos like you who are allergic to positive news out of Lagos and Yorubaland by extension, I have no special interest in any form of instability in your region, heck, we'll end up having to accommodate more Igbo refugees in such an event so why would I want that?Lagos is just being overhyped for nothing by you guys. The state is dying gradually if you do a stats of the number of igbos relocating to Lagos in the last 15 years the number is reducing what you have is the southwards migration of northerners and Nigeriens and Chadians to Lagos. In 2021 two south eastern states Ebonyi and Anambra outperformed Lagos in terms of fiscal management that alone should tell you that the era of igbos migrating to Lagos is long gone.No problem. We'll take our overhyped Lagos like that. I only wish you'd have the guts to relocate to either Anambra or Ebonyi since they're better off, abi? Since every positive news out of Lagos arouses anger and jealousy in you. When will you leave our overhyped Lagos for Ebonyi or Anambra, oga? You can't be sitting in our Lagos and typing your bile and shyt about it. That's the height of hypocrisy. |
obynzo:At the rate you guys (Igbos) exhibit your bitterness towards Lagos and its leadership eh, I doubt you will be able to appreciate any good thing in life. Sincerely speaking. In spite of your deep-seated envy and jealousy, you still refuse to relocate from the state back to your 'better-managed' homeland. No be JuJu be dat?? When it comes to the unprecedented progress that Lagos has and is still witnessing since '99, you and your ilk are quick to dismiss the contribution of its administrators simply because they're Yoruba and belong to a party that you Igbos hate with a passion. To you, all these would still have happened without the visionary leadership of its administrators. If this had happened in your Anambra home state (which you lot are gradually turning into a war-zone), you wouldn't let us hear word about how electing the current governor was responsible for attracting such an investment. But for Lagos, jealousy and envy kills your ability to be objective. Thank God that Yorubas do not need your validation to move forward in life. |
Some will tell you to mind your business, that maybe they're going there to do their homework. This life don spoil finish. |
