Not really sha because no body has shown interest despite my outreach but I know the right person will still show but I thought it would be fast grab for boys. By the way, i can not imagine a young man between 18 and 30 not having a sizable particular job as a career and I see a lot of boys and majority I don't see them going to work but sure I wrong even though, to me I think anybody can be working and still do yahoo or working online at the same time. Tailor is in high demand in Nigeria now just as many other works. A tailor will charge minimum 4k to make a simple native dress for men or women. 20 customers per a week 80k
Now, for an average month a tailor can make over 300k as net income.

A bricklayer will charge 6k for a day job and by the average of 1 year a bricklayer can make over 3m as net income under all circumstances

A barber will charge #500 for a common adult hair cut, most of them work 20 persons per day and double by weekend, say he can easily make 200k per month as net and maybe balance the salon owner 80k and save from his 120k.

True. But also try to recruit people with no knowledge and build them up by training them for the roles you want them to fit into. This is how I've been hiring for years. Sadly. When they see how well they've developed, most times, they hurry to resign

For some time now, I have carefully noticed that there are no more workers in Nigeria. I personally don't really grasp the reality here.

Okay, I will share my experience about this from recent events, I opened a barbing salon this year and I actually have been looking for a manager for god knows how long now to no avail. In fact, I made posters and pasted in the neighbourhood and also been talking to god knows how many barbers etc. Just to say but few. Actually, I had to do all the setup works by my self because I got tired of begging for labourers or even the half professionals.

Let me some blunt or sincere, people in Nigeria today are no longer interested in working legitimately for money! And this has nothing to do with age.
