All of these are from like 2012-2014 I can’t see the world trad centre and the millennium tower is very small.

Also I heard he has giving approval for itakpe-Ajaokuta rail.

He already approved the extension to Abuja and new Warri port, the contract includes the construction of a new port in Warri for 900 million dollars.

The plan is to start the rail from Port Harcourt-Maiduguri which will go through Enugu, Ana etc by 2023. So before he leaves he wants to start the project.

Which part, my projections. Because I factored in population growth between the two cities, and the fact that rail transport is much quicker, and is cheaper than buying a car, and more comfortable than using buses, so people would use it more. Especially with the new and faster trains coming in

Possibly, most people only hire them for a few hours every day, so they only pay them 18 thousand naira er month which is the minimum wage, but if the maid lives with you, which most middle class people don’t do yes you will be paying 1200 dollars, but only if they live with you, if they only do some simple house chores for East say 4-6 hours everyday, 18 thousand naira which is about 50 dollars per month.

Nigeria has started to record a monthly profit of 110 to 120 million naira from the Abuja-kaduna railway, which is about 230-250 thousand US dollars, it may sound petty but the profit made has been growing consistently by 5% since 2018, soon we will be seeing 1 billion naira profit. And once the full Lagos-Kano rail line is done, agriculture and textiles in Nigeria will experience a massive boom

How much do you pay for a maids services in naija.

Depends on who the maid, is there are very humble maids who will accept as low as 10 dollars. But there are others who will charge at least 30-40 dollars per day. Which still isn’t that much. But it is enough for them to buy food, clothes, fuel for the generator and help to oay the tax, whilst their husband is likely to pay for rent.

Cable TV is also offered for free in Kenya but when I was talking abt the middle class I was referring to the premium packages.

The middle class are definitely able to afford maids, I know someone personally who I would consider middle class. They had an apartment in yaba, they had a small car, a house help. Four laptops and two phones. A TV. But they didn’t have enough money to take their children to educate abroad that is how you can tell

Buhari has paid the counterpart funding for the 5.3 billion dollar Ibadan-Kano rail line. At the cost of 318 million dollars. They will start with the kaduna-Kano line before the end of the year. And they will potentially start on the Ibadan-Abuja section of the project by January 2021, meanwhile the Lagos-Ibadan section will be completed by September once the stations are finished.

They need to rename a lot of stuff especially in Nigeria. Lagos, Lekki, port harcourt, River Niger, all colonial names especially port harcourt. They should rename Victoria falls mosi oa tunya it’s original name
