So in simple terms, Mombasa City is beautiful than Uyo city but Uyo beats Mambasa in these categories

Roads
Health facilities,
Airport
Stadium(sports facilities)
Entertainment facilities(I'm not sure) ETC

But Mombasa also beats Uyo in
Hospitality (tourism)
High class residential areas
Beach front
City planning ETC

Actually Mombasa is what is shiity...yes uyo is a town that is fast becoming a city with very standard ground infastructures...I give uyo just 5-8 years and it will be competing with Lagos and render nairobi useless...I mean it outing up all the necessary ingredients that would spark serious Economic boom which would inturn affect the real estate sector positively already we have started seeing the signs at the.
