Car Talk / Re: Audi A4 Vs 406 All Estate And 1999 Model. by abrahamolusoji: 10:32am On Nov 21, 2014
Ageing is normal occurrence. Even to humans. If u want d car to age gracefully, treat it well. Forget about all the tales of woes peddled around about peugs,it's because so many pple opened the hood of their pugs to halfbaked mechanics cum rewires.-u can imagine wat will happen when u give a carpenter ur cloth to sew; awful job!.
What u need to do is ensure u get a good one, scan it, maintain it regularly, don't allow novices wash ur engines, minimise incursion into flood, and I tell u u'll never regret it. In my opinion it's d ideal car for Nigerian roads.

A friend of mine who is a civil servant with a salary of 50k per month desire to acquire any of these cars but he is having challenges making a choice. All he desires is low fuel consumption, availability of spare and low cost of spare parts. to enable him pick any of these cars. please advice him on the right choice please..
Just as u said; low fuel consumption and availability of spareparts. Peug 406 should be his prime choice not audi or otherwise he'll drive a car a month in a year and save up for 11 months for repair bills cos German vehicles could be unpredictable at times in maintenance costs.

When will they stop this chase-me-I-chase-you approach? It's really not helping things. Before you know it, Boko Haram may capture another town and chase the outnumbered soldiers there. . . And then the Army will gather other soldiers and chase them back!
Seriously, this is mediocrity at the highest level.

Why is the Nigerian Army wasting the lives of poor civilians in the North east when they know too well that they need more hands? Why isn't the NA recruiting more? Imagine the video shared by Sahara reporters showing 1 Nigerian Soldier to about 50 Boko haram men and he still managed to survive. It's when Soldiers aren't enough that they flee the battle ground. They are outnumbered by Boko Haram! The Nigerian Military should stop pocketing security budgets and recruit young and able bodied men. Boko haram isn't better equipped than the army, they aren't even as well fed as the army, their strength is in their numbers!
well said bro but will d govt remain committed to sustained provision of logistics? Is the govt ready to cope with the maintenance and training of the men even when the offensive against BH is over? U must know that all armies in d world consumes funds because defence budgets worldwide is heavy. Can the Nigerian govt sustain it budget for the military considering the erratic and unreliable provision of logistics for the men in arms.

Hi every one. Can anyone tell me where to replace my MB 202 (C230K) a/c 'module'. Cos my technician just ran a direct connection of the Fan such that when I start the car, the fan starts spinning automatically contrary to the initial factory settings... when asked why and if any implication he said 'no problem' and that the 'module' is bad that's why whenever the A/C comes on,the fan doesn't spin which results in hi temp...and that the module is not usually available here in Kaduna.
The thing is I'm nt comfortable with this reconnection and wouldn't be happy if anything goes wrong later. Pls ur suggestions!

Toktee:
GOD! How on earth did she expect customers to look her way when majority of the m have slept with her?
I jam one of them in minna,i asked to take her out she said i should called her 7pm to know the location of her place, when i called she asked what i was coming with to take her out,i lagh,i told her that i had a bike, the lady told me that she can nt go out on the bike, even if it is a power bike,i thank her nd end the called.
The following morning while i was trying to drive out of the bank i saw her coming in inside kekenaped, she was the one that saw me first, she wave me,i wave back, but that was how i end the whole thing, frm that day,she called me daily, but i dnt have time for her.
Now tell me,can a cleaner ask me that?
she might not, because she has already seen and experience the dual (LOWLY and pleasant part of life) and as such she'll have a good view of life...in her humility, she'll take u for who u are because it takes a humble and committed person to be a cleaner in d bank... and I tell u don't under estimate them cos some of them are graduates who just don't wnt to compromise their standards to get rewarding jobs like banking especially if it's in d dishonorable way dia colleagues who are presently d 'feeling' bankers got theirs.

It's a pity. Why don't you wait till you're in his home before clamouring for usage/ownership of a car? I believe he doesn't want his case to be like the guy who got a high end phone on loan for a lady who happens to be in a 'committed relationship' with him. Only for the girl to abruptly end the relationship within 48hrs without returning the phone(a sign of dignity).

At the end of the day, we all want to be mature about certain things and move on when we get hurt by the ones we love........but there are exceptions

The mere fact that the OP still has 10 long months to complete the payment is more than a good reason to go get that phone back!! Think about what he'd feel each time he has to pay for a phone he gave a girl who jilted him angry
And she proudly displays pictures of other guys for him to see...such guts angry

As a matter of fact, you should be on ur way to that girl's house right now! If you don't come back here to tell us how you ended up getting your phone back, then don't complain any further. Don't even know why I'm so vexed about this
we're on standby should he need fierce looking soldiers to execute dat task we av dem at our disposal. Their appearance alone will make her submit d phone within 12 hours. What nonsense! Bitch

Nope. They're able to smuggle high grade weapns thru porous routes in Niger, Chad fm Libya. It might av just been kept secretly for use in an intended final push for their evil campaign... and as 4 dat pix, dat isnt a T-55 battle tank, cos it's got to tracks.

If you think we Christians will be fooled into supporting a useless man who parades himself as a man of God when we know that he is nothing but a street hustler in the sinful temple of crass partisaship having left his initial calling, then religious bigots like FFK who we all know is as duplicitious as anything should check their heads very well

Rather than assume that because he owns it,he must know what the renters did with it while they were renting it?
