Top up and redemption takes a maximum of 3 to 5 business days. So ur transaction might likely fall within the upgrade period. No need to panic

I try to top up my Stanbic MMF yesterday morning and till now am yet to see the reflection in my account... please how many hours does it takes for the money to reflect and beside what channel can I use to log in my complain.. please note a mail has been sent to acknowledge the transaction yet nothing is reflecting... any help will be appreciated thanks

Sir if I know what I know about batteries today then I wouldn't ve touched that battery. It was clear that the battery was bad from the beginning.
Kiekie as a dealer should know that battery was bad.
When I discovered the battery was bad I informed him ,the way he responded I couldn't believe it was the same guy I bought the battery from.

What have read about you are as follows:

1. Customers satisfaction is poor, you do transaction only for sake of quick cash

2. You created several nairaland accounts to defend your crook dealings each time it backfired. To be candid, I am convinced and that is the reason I stopped the transaction I intended to do with you.

3. The price of products that you advertised are inflated and on the high side. Such products can be purchased at a cheaper rate elsewhere.
