emmanuelewumi: Safety of capital is the most important for starters, as you gain experience you can diversify into other investments.
So I will advise you to consider Treasury Bills or money market fund.
An elderly woman who has been doing Treasury Bills and money market fund for over 15 years after selling her house due to problematic tenants grew capital to over N200 million. The investment were staggered to mature every month of the year
The most important thing is consistence, continuous investment and reinvestment thanks A lot for this.... Any idea how to go about the treasury Bill's am just a starter kindly forgive my questions so far if it's too much thanks |

ahiboilandgas: Why would any body do a t.b of 2 or 3 percent for 90 days when a saving account gives 4.5 percent per month....rationality is key.....if u leave 10m in a saving accounts it generate 40k monthly (no lost bids ) while tb 23k per months so in 90 day u make 120k while tb 63k ...only if u are biding 1 year which of the banks |

Tyche: A silent follower of the thread here.
My TB was supposed to mature 28th December, but Zenith already credited me on the 27th since 28th is Saturday, kudos to them.
Well, all good things comes to an end, it was good while the rate was good and we are grateful.
The current rates are not attractive, it's time to move onto other "secure" ventures while still pushing it at our day jobs.
To God be the glory. Good day Boss, how do you go about this... can you share please... if yes please DM thanks |

freeman67: It depends on the channel used, the time it was and if it was done correctly. If you did it by mobile or internet transfer before 12 pm, it should reflect that yesterday except they is an oversight from them. However, if it is done from within the bank it will take longer. Also in your transfer narration/comment/reason you are to indicate your MMF. If you are sure all is well done then you can contact early today to fix it before they go on break. thanks boss |
