somehow: In my line of business, you most times end up being a victim of fraud either by people selling stolen funds to you unknown to you, using your account details to perpetuate fraud or impersonating you.
You can contact any of the fellow victims in what you dug out to find out how the issues got resolved.
I obviously didn't get to know on time until months later. (More to do with being a novice in that line of business).
But as a responsible person I strive to be, and to protect my name, i reached out to all of them just to clear my name since my name was the only traceable contact left online by the perpetuators.
If you understand how being a digital currency merchant work, then you'd know why I became a target then. no need giving in to his destractions sir, i already posted the screenshot of the issue already been settled. lets settle this brabus issue because it pains me seeing a client go through this. its not fair at all and this is not even the first nor the 5th |

Kambols95: Structurally, this is strange. I don't think this bricklayer of yours knows how to read Architectural plan(because no designer will use sandcrete block to replace reinforced concrete). This block-made column will never be able to withstand the concrete fascia(parapet) load, the roof load etc that it would be subjected to.
Please desist from giving your works to quacks.
Ensure you build right always, engage professional Builders. My stake what u need is site experience. U haven't see alot of construction. |

You're bringing a disrepute to your name and your brand. yes true however not every architect can afford that, especially those without side hustles. |

InvertedHammer: / Interesting!
My major concern was patronizing such a low-budget Architect in the first place. The initial design lacked finesse like what I'd expect from an apprentice's first stab at house plan. I would have recommended tying him to a pole and giving him 24 lashes as if he took mkpurumiri. Of course, he could have been contracted to modify the design. But I bet he would have come up with something worse making it double wahala for dead body. / it happens like that most times, there's no perfect design or maybe the payment wasn't satisfactory to the architect hence he dished out that design like that or maybe coz of time factor. Some clients are impatient and good designs takes time and patience. |
Properties › Re: The Making Of The "Contemporary 6 Bedroom Duplex " In Anambra by Abudu2000(m): 12:33pm On Dec 24, 2021 |
Xtopher123: Here's the thing, you don't hand over another Architect's design to be modified by another Architect. That's simply fraud in the professional sense. You only do that when the original designer has signed off completely from the project. Trust me you and the client can be sued.
Hence you DEMAND the originator of the design make the modification and coordinate with other disciplines effecting all the changes in all their Models/Drawings.
If you're going to be a professional contractor, it's good you understand these things to avoid litigation in future. exactly my thoughts now making the second architect seem like the hero when most crucial and significant part of the planning was taken care off by the first. |

ThEGodFaThEr107: In business, whatever other tribes cannot see while standing, an igbo man sees it even sitting down. You see ehn...when it comes to igbo boys cashing out in business, E-money is still a boy. If you're in doubt, visit Onitsha and youll be amazed at how young boys are making billions in what most people call 2×2 shops. The igbo man and business is like a marriage ordained in heaven. Igbos are very creative, intelligent, and most importantly, industrious. You see ehn...try visiting the famous trade fair market and you'll be astonished at the level of trade and business taking place there and With various clusters of businesses. God created mankind specially, each tribe has a peculiar innate talent but there's something special about the gift Jehovah deposited in Igbos. The business mindset of an igbo man has come a long way, it can be traced biblically. Apprenticeship system of business is the only best form of education and total poverty reduction and transfer of wealth. It's practiced by the jews and and was ordained by God. stealing isn't business, it's stealing! |
