EducationRe: How Much Would You Pay To Attend A Finishing School? by abujabooks(f): 11:43am On May 14, 2008
@Sholeyb,

I will like my daughter to learn table manners, interior decorating, a little bit of cooking, how a lady carries herself, how to dance properly on the dance floor, communicating with people, how to dress like a lady and things like that.

1 week in-house will be ideal for the finishing school.

Advertise to the rich clients in Naija and it will sell.

BusinessRe: Etiquette,manners & Elocution Training by abujabooks(f): 11:32am On May 14, 2008
Yes I will pay for Etiquette,manners & Elocution Training for my children.

The price I will pay will depend on how long is the training for. Will it be a one week in house training? Will it be 3 days training? In house (staying in the hotel premises for the duration of the training) or coming from home.

It will also depend on what you are going to teach them. I will need to see your agenda for the training.

Give me more details and I will tell you.

BusinessRe: Frustrations Of A Business Owner In Nigeria by abujabooks(f): 11:24am On May 14, 2008
@IBKN,

Don't be discouraged.

Be of good cheer.

If you ask people like Richard Branson, he was bankrupt twice. That did not stop him from starting another business venture, he kept on trying until "VIRGIN ATLANTIC" came about.

You win some and you lose some in life.

Yes, people are dishonest but out of weeds, you will find beautiful roses. You just have to keep on looking.

Follow your dreams.

It is not how many times you fall that matters but how many times you rise up again.

You are more than a conqueror in Jesus's name.

BusinessRe: Child Day Care Centre - Port Harcourt by abujabooks(f): 10:55am On May 14, 2008
As a parent, when it comes to child care, a provider that can pick up children from home has a COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE over their competitors.

If you can get a driver who has a van, pay him per month, charge the parents for the extra service and VIOLA, you are doing something that, every parent wants.

Good luck.

BusinessRe: Opening A Spa In Lagos Or Abuja Will It Work? by abujabooks(f): 10:41am On May 14, 2008
I will go to a spa in Nigeria. Excellent customer service, clean and trendy. Probably a weekend retreat with some of my girlfriends or 1 hour treat on my own.

I will get a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure.

I believe in spending money to pamper myself. If my soul and body are replenished, I will be more focused, relaxed and make more money.

Open a spa and Advertise to the upper class and it will work. But, maintenance is key in that business. You have to maintain the high standard continuously.

Ajebota, cheers to your success.

InvestmentRe: Getting Loan To Buy Shares (advice Needed) by abujabooks(f): 3:52pm On May 08, 2008
@Funmmy,

In the current bear market, I would not advise it.

However, I heard that, First Bank offers a good rate and terms.

I will try 1million once the bulls are in town. (i.e share prices start increasing).

The ball is in your court.
