The people of the south-south region who are fed up with Igbo people trying to claim things that don't belong to them fought back on Facebook today after Igbo Admin claimed Asaba city in Delta State belongs to Igbos. 

They caution the Igbo to stop taking their silence for weakness by claiming everything that belongs to them. It was once Port Harcourt; now it is Asaba, and very soon they will claim Edo State.

Meanwhile, some Igbo historians who are also in the group are explaining how the Igbo own the whole south-south, including Asaba.

They claim that the Fulani were the ones who brainwashed them and created the south-south to separate them from the Igbo, who are their real roots, because there is nothing like that in the geography of the world.

A woman identified as Perpetual Onyekachi allegedly stabbed her husband, Okoro Ndukwu Okoro, to death in Rivers State, IGBERETV reports.

The United Christian Youth Forum of Nigeria (UCYFN) has warned
Nigerians to beware of antics of the Labour Party’s presidential
candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, saying the former Anambra State
governor was not what he claimed to be.
At a press conference in Abuja on Friday, the group led by Bro.
Peterson A Daniels as President, accused Obi of using religion to
hoodwink his followers and other unsuspecting Nigerians.
“You have, like other Nigerians, been assaulted by images from the
visit of Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi to
Edo state as part of his campaign for the 2023 Presidential Election.
That visit was marked by Mr. Obi making a pit stop at a night vigil
and a Catholic Mass, where he was seen kneeling down to receive
prayers from the clergy in a series of photographs that have gone
viral.
“Prior to the start of the campaign, Mr. Obi has become prominent
feature of Christian worship centres across the country, through
deals brokered with the overseers of these participating
congregations by his agents. These visits to Pentecostal and
Protestant congregants were made to trend in the media and social
media, ostensibly to frame the LP candidate as a God-fearing
person.
“Sadly, we are compelled to make this intervention today to alert
Nigerians against being misled into endorsing the representative of
the devil as their next president. The charismatic and religious
fervor that that Mr. Obi has been displaying since emerging the LP
candidate is nothing but a facade to hide his true identity: an
irredeemable Catholic fanatic that perverted the faith in a manner
that should have earned him excommunication on account of
making Catholicism appear like a cult,” Daniels said.

They further accused Obi of hatred for non-Catholics and Nigerians
of other faiths, declaring that the LP presidential candidate was
unfit to be Nigeria’s next President in 2023.
“In conclusion, the United Christian Youth Forum of Nigeria hereby
warn Nigerians to beware of the Labour Party’s presidential
candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, who has assured his inner circuit that he
shall run a Catholic government if mistakenly elected as President.
“He will exclude Pentecostals, Protestants, Muslims, Animists,
Agnostics and Atheists from having access to the dividends of
democracy as if they are not humans. Yet, our Christian teaching is
not to maltreat anyone on account of these differences. The task
that Christ gave us is to witness to the world, which is the best way
bring them into our fold as opposed to Mr. Obi’s sectarian
fanaticism,” he added.
Meanwhile, LEADERSHIP’s attempts to get the LP presidential
candidate to react to the allegations against him, proved abortive
as multiple phone calls and text messages sent to Dr Yunusa
Tanko, Chief Spokesperson of LP Presidential Campaign Council
(PCC) by our correspondent, were unanswered as at press time.

South East Business Group Raises N1 Billion For Tinubu

Two thousand South eastern businessmen have contributed N1 billion to support the campaign of Asíwájú Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress.

Governor Hope Uzodimma made this known Thursday at the Town Hall meeting between Tinubu and business leaders in the region.

He said membership of the group was drawn from the five states of the region.

A spokesman for the group Emeka Mgbudem said the group believes in Nigeria and is committed to peace.

He said members contributed N500,000 each because they believe in Tinubu, after reading his Action Plan for Nigeria.

He said where an Ibo man puts his money, he puts his heart.

He however asked Tinubu to remove the numerous checkpoints on the roads in the region and also build the roads linking the state capitals in the region.

Responding, Tinubu pledged to introduce technology in the clearing of goods at the ports that will render unnecessary the checkpoints on the roads.

He also promised to run a government where all Nigerians are treated equally.

let me hurriedly do this.

I know people would say is it your money? But I think sometimes a person can be stupid without knowing he's stupid. Someone needs to tell him.

I work in a big hotel, a 5-star hotel that big and rich people come to patronize and it's sad to see how men allow sex to control them in such a sad way.

I'm privy to most important information around the hotel and I can tell you men pay girls as much as N1 million to sleep with them for just a night. I don't want to start citing instances but one because of a particular girl.

She was paid N700k for just a night by a politician. In addition, the man paid for extra 3 nights for her to stay in the hotel after which he left. The excitement made her to share the gist with us, brought out 50k and shared with us (some of the hotel staff)

There are so many other instances like that where girls collect another person's annual earning by just opening her legs for a man in one night.

This is money that could be put to good use - community project, scholarship, financial empowerment, helping the needy and so on. These men have poor neighbors surrounding them in their streets. They have young people who do not have something doing and need empowment. Poverty is not from their community and Nigeria at large. Sadly, these men prefer to lavish this money on girls that go round sleeping with different men each night.

As a woman working in such a hotel, the temptation is never easy for me seeing such money but thanks to God I never fell for it for once. I have had guests who came to me with 200k proposal if I can spend the night with them or even to allow them have sex with me just once but I declined, even with my meagre salary. I'm not bragging.

My point here is that, some men have allowed sex to control their minds such that they now "stupidly" spend on sex instead of channeling the money to helping their poor neighbours and the society at large. If I were to be rich (as a man or woman), I would definitely not spend money this way.

To me, I don't see much in sex that someone should be losing his senses over. Men please, you can do better. Don't prioritize sex.

It's pure stupidity spending 50k and above on a hookup/runsgirl/prostitute/sidechick for just a night. Rather, impact the life of those around you positively.
