Chukskalidon: I couldn't find any tangible logic in the write and have been trying to figure out something passionate about it yet I couldn't. And as such, I haven't seen any logical post or comment here....must you joke with everything?Bros, I feel your pain. The truth is, there's hope for people like you. Earlier today I read in the dailes that they now sell fairly used brains in jankara and the surgical transplant will be absolutely free. I think you need to check it out. Bros, how old are you? 'Cus it seems you took that post so personal like it was you the OP was talking to. Once you aren't yet 90years, there's still hope for you of getting a wife. Take heart. |

How To Know When Never To Forgive Your Partner. * If you ever find your partner with diabolical or voodoo related objects and you are almost certain they are using such stuff to tie you or manipulate you in the relationship. * When after 3months of dating, your partner never deemed it fit to tell you they have a child(ren) or they are married (or once married), but only waited a fews weeks/months to your wedding or even after your wedding before telling you. * If you find out that your supposed partner conived with others to dupe you off you earnings or property. * If your partner doesn't find a way to hide their unfaithfulness to you but rather cheat on you with friends, relatives, neighbors, and colleagues. * When your partner hides from you their genotype and health history. Only to be too deep in the relationship before they start telling you their health history which they very well know isn't pleasant to have come as a surprise. * When a partner lies about their source of livelihood. I.e a love peddler telling you she is a nurse or an internet fraudstar telling you he is a programmer or architect. They choose those professions because they assumed it will be difficult for you to detect the truth. I.e a nurse do go on night duty weekly and a programmer or architect is usually on the system working. * When a partner refuses to tell you their real age from the onset for fear that you might call off the relationship. |
Signs To Know You Have Over Used Your Single Status. (This thread was never intended to make any gender, male/female fell bad about their single status. It is just for some of us to realize something we are too shy or scared to admit when we actually know the truth deep inside of us) * When as a bachelor as soon as you enter the market every market woman starts dragging you and calling you customer you no go buy Egusi, Palm Oil, Stock fish today? Some of them even know your first name while a few of their daughters know your house because they are willing to go drop the goods over for you. * Everyone starts asking the same question, not as a sign to mock you but mere out of pity and concern. The question never changes as it remains "When are you getting married?", "How is madam/Oga?", "When are we following you to her village to ask her hand in marriage?". * When you stop receiving wedding IV cards from your peers any longer, but rather the baton has been passed to your friend's and colleagues younger siblings and relatives. Most of the time you refuse to go to such events because deep down you know they are younger than you in age so why going to dance your body out when they call the friends of the bride / groom when in the real sense of it, you are their elder. * When you consider it shameful to step out to go and catch the bouquet at the venue the just wedded bride is about to throw. * As a single man you no longer feel comfortable bringing in different women to your home because all your neighbors are already 'happily married'. Gone are the days when you felt 'fly' bringing in different women every night. Dear people, you can also check out the following threads. ^^^ You are onpoint and absolutely correct. But Nigerian youths still don't know they have the power to call for the sack of the Labour Minister and removal of the Senate and House of Representative Committee chairmen on Labor and Productivity. Instead most of them are busy following the latest gist on Kanye and Kim, Tonto Dike, Whiz Kid and Manchester United and Chelsea. Sooner than later, so many youths will start to discover that they are likely to never ever get employed even though they are employable if they don't seat up and take a national stand on this issue. |
Can remember the poster's story like it was yesterday I read it. I really felt bad and irritated at the way so many people tackled him and told him to mind his business. Truth be told, I am really not surprised anymore at stories like this because it appears So many married couples of today don't even know the difference between them being single and being married. Aside the cohibation and ring on the fingers, most married people still think within them that they are single and live single once they don't get caught in their unholy act. What am I saying, for every sheating husband and wife today, the signs were extremely there before the marriage itself. One you caught your girfriend or boyfriend cheating on you while you were dating and they beg for forgiveness, don't even imagine that they will never do such again. If you are dating someone that is promiscious or that you do not trust, then it is better to totally avoid that person because your mind will never be at rest and you will always be suspecting their every move. Its so sad that the couple the OP talked about are newly wed. So how can a marriage of less than a year crash because one shameless woman had the guts to bring a 'common' caretaker into her matrimonial bed? It is really shameful and sad. Rather than people concentrating on the ethics of having a good marriage trivial issues like bed satisfaction and kitchen kills is what beclouds their minds. |

duality: Bros, I know you to be a great thinker. Some of the things you stated are true. But never forget that life is a riddle for many.I totally agree with you that the reasons are way too deeper and complicated than all those stated above but we can't rule out one fact that the above are just the very common causes of unemployment in today's Nigeria. People will give excuses like psychological, emotional, spiritual and even intellectual. But one thing we can't deny is that most umployees and employees to be are not thinking of growing their employers business but only want to build their own pocket. |
^^^ So sad but true |
* Employers Want A Job To Grow Them But Don't Want To Grow The Job : majority of employers are solely concerned with how much they will earn on a job at the end of the month and often time play deaf and blind on job description given on their exact portfolio on the job. So many people have lost out on great opportunities on taking up a job which would have built them over the years because in their own opinion "the pay wasn't encouraging" * Lack Of Skillful Knowledge : it is only in Nigeria as a nation you will still find out that graduates feel they are too big of sophisticated to learn to skill or take up a skill oriented kind of job. There's no nation that can ever grow without the skill and semi skilled professional in the economy. In most school across the world, it is compulsory for every undergraduate to take up a skill or a trade way before graduation so that they can also fall back on something when they job aren't forthcoming or they eventually lose out on a job. |
REASONS WHY MAJORITY OF NIGERIAN YOUTHS ARE UNEMPLOYED : I know a whole lot of people will see reasons why to criticize this write up but it is very okay as every good idea, opinion and policy must always have opposition. The truth is, it will be better to tackle to message instead of the messenger. Everyday, I see, hear and read people using the government as an excuse to their unemployment status. It really baffles me that some people who have even finished school over a decade ago and have never worked from dawn to dusk in their entire life also have the government to blame for their predicament. All over the world it is a known fact that the government of a country doesn't have the strength to emply more than 50% of its working force population, except in some few scenario where the population of its citizenry is less than 3,000,000. Such countries are very few on planet today. In America the populace rely on SME's (small and medium scale enterprises) to employ a whooping 65% of the countries entire workforce. The top notch companies (Fortune 500) employ 25% leaving the government to employ less than 20% of its citizens. This same ratio span across countries in Europe, Asia, South America and even Africa. In Nigeria, the ratio is far less as the government employs less than 10% of the working class population of its citizens. Now the main discussion is Why are majority of our youths still unemployed even with over 10,000,000 SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), 1,000,000 Fortune 500 companies and 100,000+ government parastatals. * Impatient : The average Nigerian youth is very impatient in nation. Most of them dream of starting a job this week and buying a car the following week and building a house by the end of the month, all these through their salary. The truth is such only happens in dreams so the earlier they wake up and realize success is built over time and with hardwork, perseverance, dedication and being focused over the years, manner doesn't just fall from heaven and land on anyone's laps. * Educated Illiterates : A Nigerian minister once announced that Nigerian youths are unemployable. The minister said this to defend the question posed against then then government that it wasn't doing anything to tackle unemployment. The truth remains that just going to school and having a certificate is not a guarantee of having getting a job. Every employer wants beyond just a certificate. Every employer is out to employ someone with reasoning and intellectual might. Someone who knows and wants to learn more than what they studied in school and on the job. Someone who can readily bring ideas to the table on how the company can forge forward. Also it is pathetic to know that a research was conducted by one of the Countries top research and job outsourcing companies and it was discovered that on a test run on over 17,000 job seekers, only less than 3,000 were employable as most others couldn't make up good constructive sentences, spelt poorly and others had very low reasoning capability as so many of them couldn't answer extremely trivial questions. |
I don't want to believe this is true until someone actually comes to bear witness to this story. If this is true I am definitely not surprised because 98% of religious leaders around the world are TOP rated fraudstars (swinddlers, scammers, crooks, whatever you choose to call them) |
Yoruba's call it "Elemi lo ma last" (it is the bravest that will last longer). The battle has surely just began. This is clearly evident that MOST of the serving governors don't like and will never like Jonathan. The few who are pretending to be his supporters are just doing so to avoid what Alamiegha Deprieye, Joshua Dariye and Ayo Fayose all went through during Obasanjo's erra. |
Nuzo':WRONG!!! |
Ngozi Okonjo 'Puff-Puff Cheek' Iweala is one of Nigerian's most Educated, Knowledgable, Hard working and Focused women that has ever come out of Nigeria. For those who don't follow the thinking of the crowd but rather rely on facts and History, it is known that this womanwas highly influential in helping Nigeria cut down on its debt from the Paris club. Even though there were obvious corruption involved in that process (I.e; her brother being the Consultant between Nigeria and Paris Club made a whooping $1million from the deal). At a point in Obasanjo's regime, the woman Okonjo Iweala was becoming more popular and appreciate than General Olusegun Obasanjo both Within Nigeria, Africa and the entire world. Heads Of State were demanding having meetings with Okonjo Iweala instead of the President (Obasanjo), and this infuriated him. As we all know Obasanjo is a man who loves and craves for attention at the slightest opportunity and this made him resguffle his Carbinet and that saw Okonjo Iweala being moved from the Finance minister to the Foreign ministry. Nzogi, being one who is stubborn and never bows down to pressure or wanting anyone counter her decision, got upset, irritated and frustrated with the cabinet reshuffle and resigned. Making her return to the World bank as the 2nd most powerful person there. Now GEJ being a political harl*ot and desperate to get the full support of the easterners and knowing he was totally clueless on financial issues, had to BEG Okonjo to come and join his cabinet, the woman haven first learned from the mistake she made under Obasanjo made her put pressure on Jonathan to agree totally with her terms. Amongst which include, being solely in charge of decisions made in financial and economic issues of the country with the likes of the CBN governor having little or no power to over turn her decision...... On the issue of her part on the fuel subsidy, the western world "PROMISED" Okonjo Iweala their support to be the World Bank's next president if ONLY the fuel subsidy in Nigeria is totally CANCELlLED. This was a total success as Nigerian's opposed to the total removal of fuel subsidy. This then left Okonjo Ngozi loosing out on both sides as the western nations had no option that to withdraw their support from her. A bad and terrible as jonathan's government is, there are only 3 (THREE) Inner caucus members in that cabinet and they are Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, Lamido Sanusi Lamido and OTHERS. I need to stop here for now so not much is revealed further. But in my own opinion I think the woman Ngozi Okonjo Iweala deserves more than that 83rd position Forbe's put her on their list as the World's most influential women. Number 1 is so onpoint as she makes basically the decisions to the entire Euro zone countries on economic and social matters. But what's so influential about Michelle Obama to give her the number 4 position? Michelle has no say whatever on topical and critical world issues. She can only top the list when it comes to Entertainment and Fashion ratings. |
Fucking retard. I need to have a meeting with the NCC chairman to put pressure on all internet service providers to up their charges by 200%. ofominelson: Esterbreakthrough are not real, yet we see them publish vacancies in d dailies. Is it that the newspaper companies dont know they are scamers . Pls bewareWetin concern newspaper companies? There's is to make profitas well as run production and pay staff. According to our correspondentin Acidtalk 41.9fm across the counrty, 90% of the churches in Lagos visited, main pentecostal preached Giving of Offering and Tithes even before the due date so that the Pastor(s) and his(their) families can have enough to survive on. The other 5% churches visited were mainly "rock on Thunder",Celestial, Cerebum and sherabum, and similar churches preached how to overcome the demons in your family and why you need to pray for them to die! Die!! Die!!! Before you can achieve your destiny in life. The last 5% which were all women. Were all seeing going to the same direction, which our correspondent later discovered was pastor Firman's church to get husband and suitors before the end of this year. ^^^ But even though so many of us know the truth, we will try and brush it aside due to sentiments. |
True or False? |
Former Minister of Petroleum, Professor Tam David-West, has landed a hard knock on church leaders in Nigeria, saying they reek of corruption and other abominable practices that bring shame upon Christianity as a religion. He said this was the reason he stopped attending church services as he could not be part of a corruption-laden church as is the case in Nigeria. As documented in the Bible, prophets and those considered close to God were dreaded by kings and rulers. This is however not so in Nigeria, as according to Professor David-West, those who should be seen as men of God have soiled their hands using proceeds from corruption and unethical activities. The Professor of Virology spoke Thursday when he was honoured alongside other Nigerians such as the late Chief Gani Fawehinmi, former Governor of Lagos State, Lateef Jakande, a journalist, Alhaji Razaq Bamidele, and a police corporal, Azeez Arogundade, by the Coalition Against Corrupt Leaders , CACOL, in Lagos. “I don’t go to church again because I see a lot of corruption. Many of the things I was taught in church and in mission schools have been lost and I cannot practise their modern day teachings,” he said. Professor David-West recalled an incident some years back where a staff of Sheraton Hotel stole millions of naira from his employer and donated same to Christ Embassy church and the head of the church claimed the money was donated as tithe to the church and not to any individual. To further buttress his anger at the church leaders, he said they now shy away from telling corrupt leaders the truth, adding that these days, “when political leaders go to church, they go with a lot of camera men. “They kneel with pious faces while deep down, their hearts are as dark as the pot. They donate to the church thinking they can bribe God,” he said. The former minister who was honoured with the ‘Symbol of Integrity’ award also advocated for capital punishment for election riggers in the country, saying they are the real destroyers of the country’s economy. He noted that the Boko Haram sect was not the real problem facing the country. According to him, the problem is those who sponsor the group. “Our President said there are Boko Haram members in his government but he has not been able to bring them to book; maybe the book has not been printed,” David-West said. He maintained that the country had enough money to keep it going and lamented that corruption, which is now official in the country, has made a mockery of Nigeria among the comity of nations. He warned those who have continued to steal the country blind of a special place for them in hell, warning further that if they refuse to leave government, God would visit them in the way they least expect. “I have refused a national honour because some of those who would stand before us at the podium are thieves,” he said, adding that corruption had permeated the entire country. “If you are working with a head of state that is corrupt, you are in trouble, because they would do everything to frustrate you,” he added. He recalled how he was jailed for life for drinking tea and accepting a gold wrist-watch, adding that he once told the Oni of Ife that, “my sin is that I refused to sin.” He also recalled that as minister, he had about 90 per cent of the country’s wealth in his hands, but that he remained upright in the presence of serious temptation. Mrs. Ganiat Fawehinmi, who received the post humous award of ‘Legend of Integrity’ on behalf of her late husband, asked Nigerians not only to shun corrupt leaders, but also to publicly denounce and embarrass them. She also commended the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Mariam Aloma Mukhtar for her reform of the judiciary, urging her not to be discouraged. The beneficiaries commended CACOL for standing up to fight against corruption. http://saharareporters.com/news-page/nigerian-churches-stink-corruption-david-west |
