I guess this agency is FMC or Teaching hospitals..... the office will be the one to send your name for confirmation and as you abscond from duty, you won't be confirmed, because this Probationary stage is to test employee if they are Good conduct and you already fail.
You can still go and lie to them you have medical conditions and you are fine now to continue your work till that time and it from your office that will release to be seconded or transfer to another Agency.

Hi pls advice me
I was employed last year at this MDA different from my preferred location. I was asked to be on probation for 2yrs compulsory in which I've tried different ways aroundit but it wasn't working.
I stopped going to work and had currently been on suspension since September and not getting any salary till date.
Is it possible I get the confirmation letter after the two years probationary period?.I've done the neccesary verification for IPPIS but I can do away with the salary for the period of 2yrs.
I just want to know if at the end of the two years I can find my way back to get the confirmation letter and seek for transfer.
Note I'm not currently employed elsewhere I'm running my.owm business where I am located although it's very flexible that would have made it much more better to get the employment where I'm located.
Your opinion on this matter pls

Honestly we all need to set our priorities right, imagine you being the boss and you got to know your staff has neglected his/her duty for prayers… Doing the right thing at the wrong and inappropriate time cost you and many of us alot, I pray you get back to your feet soon. Good evening, I got my appointment letter for FMC yesterday. I'm a graduate of bachelor degree a 5yr degree program.
Unfortunately I'm placed on level 7 step 2 . Is there a way to get that corrected because I should be on level 8, altho I'm yet to go on with documentation.

Also please is it possible to do transfer before the recommended 2yrs I know anything is possible in Naija. I just want to know how feasible it is before I start making moves.

Well, I think it's advisable to submit your documents alongside statement of purpose this days. It can help you express those things you couldn't cover during the interview process

On my way today I met a rough looking young man, he's not looking that okay, not a madman also, as I passed by him he mentioned something I'm currently on, like what something personal that I'm currently on.
I didn't pay so much attention so I moved ahead thinking na all this beggers after I passed him I then looked back to see him still signalling to me that he isn't asking me for money and only needed to tell me something, I then signalled to him I will be back.
On my way back the young man approached me , we walked few mtrs together when he reiterated on what he had said earlier, then asked me to get 3 salt and 3 #10 notes , and do somethings with it and go give beggers
He never opened any verse of a Bible or any chapter of Qur'an. He only asked me to pray.

So are there people that truly see this things and does this things work?
Doesn't sound logical to me,tho aware of the spirituality of this world but the guy was right on point about it ,might be a lucky guess I don't know. But are there special beings with this ability?
