Politics / Urgent Need To Register And Incorporate Artisanal Refiners In The Downstream by Adabestseason(m): 10:16am On Jul 20, 2023
Development to increase economic growth and improve the quality of life has been a major objective of countries around the globe according to United Nations human Development Index(HDI).In nigeria, there is an increasing conviction that the people in governance are in for selective rewarding systems due to prevailing culture of secrecy in government with cunning business smart politicians. The removal of fuel subsidy is a good omen.
With the amount of money in dollars bills that could have plausibly turned the moribund refineries to function at maximal capacities going into private pockets.Records have indicated and clearly shown that from 1999 to may 2023 about $117 billioon dollars had so far been expended on the TAM(total turnaround maintenance) of refineries in the country by by the management of NNPC now NNPCL without tangible results.
A calculatedly corrupted foundation has been laid by the same group at different levels so checking corruption in the sector had become cumbersome and lively likely difficult to uprooting same in subsequent stages due to the contributions of internal and external collaborators especially the multinationals companies operating in the Niger Delta region.Though the federal government has removed PMS subsidy, the speed lane taken by NNPCL in adjusting pump prices is uncalled for when oil spillages in the region are not accorded quicker remedial actions as seen with pump prices hike.Exchanged traded instruments are usually more transparent, easier to monitor, and more liquid than over the counter instruments, such as swaps and forwards strongly advocated by the few privilege individuals hereinafter referred to as CABAL.The choice of a country's stabilization or saving plans depends on the temporary and permanent factors that influence the random process that determine oil prices, prices fluctuate from time to time because of temporary changes in global economic and political conditions that affect the supply and demand for oil.
Hitherto the critical questions have been raised as to why the efforts being expended "upto 117 billion dollars" in resuscitating the moribund refineries in nigeria refuse to yield results comparable with those seen in other places. When a private refinery recently commissioned by former President in may 2023 is expected to cost about 20 billion dollars with about 650000 barrels per day refining capacity. The root of such grand larceny can only be pulled off with the registration and incorporation of artisanal refiners despite the crude technology and the environment issues there are rooms for improvement,so that niger delta region with crude oil(N650/per litre) can breathe.Key members of PANDEF have relocated from the region to Abuja you know what that means.
I believe that the root of misguided criticism about the artisanal refining lies first and foremost with the pockets of the cabals and in the failure to demarcate very clearly what should be regarded as technology or being technological and what not.Again in making up our minds concerning what should be regarded as advancement (Intangible TAM)and what not Moreover,it lies in our inability to set a unified criterion with regards to how technological advancement and its material should be understood.

Mentality of African leaders is so bad everytime they want to receive ,"but God loves a cheerful giver", if it is aid/grants,it will be vaccines or harmful policies from the west, the people producing the vaccines should use on their people first before bringing to Africa. We want them to repatriate stolen funds back to the continent not vaccines they have not tested on their people.

For all I know most of his wórth is from crypto and betting and we all see his won slips 100%.

If you know the betting community on Twitter, you'd know that you can't fake winnings for a little long if you do fake it at all.

There's a chance that over 100 people played same game you played, so you can't be winning when others ain't and it goes for little long, you must be called out especially when people are loosing money, then you must be dragged severely.

So a bulk of his worth came from betting most definitely, and I can recall when he made over 100million in a day from betting with slips to show which other people won too.
So that removing of organ is obviously B.S.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Monthly Net Salary Of Federal Government Ministries, departaments, Agencies And P by Adabestseason(m): 2:47am On Jul 16, 2023
Newcastle2023:

N8,000 for 12 million households for 6 months is a complete waste and misapplication of scarce resources. If that fund is used to aggressively convert commercial vehicles across Nigeria to CNG operated ones and subsidize the cost of the conversion for private vehicles, the impact would be better felt in the economy.

A litre of CNG currently is between N100 and N110 which is even cheaper than the former subsidized PMS pump price. And if you do the price comparison in Kg since their densities are different, you will have an average of N210 per Kg for CNG while PMS is about N705 per Kg.

This will ensure that the cost of transportation will reduce, thereby impacting positively on the cost of food and other commodities/services across board. CNG is not just a cheaper alternative to PMS, but also a cleaner energy that's locally sourced. This will provide a huge market for CNG producers, distributors and retailers in Nigeria that will further impact the economy positively. It will also help to create more than 100,000 jobs for the technicians that will carryout the conversion and provide over 10,000 businesses or streams of income as conversion outlets across the country.

CNG domestic utilization could take up to 80% of local PMS utilization within a short time. It's cheaper, locally sourced, readily available and a cleaner energy than both PMS and AGO.

CNG fuel storage tanks are stronger and safer than petrol or diesel tanks, decreasing the likelihood of accidental release. Moreover, CNG disperses quickly into the air instead of on ground, reducing the risk of fire or ground contamination.

Compressed Natural Gas also has a higher ignition temperature (628 degrees Celsius) than petrol (280 degrees Celsius) and diesel (210 degrees Celsius), significantly reducing the chance of accidental ignition.

The country can then focus on producing PMS mainly for export to the African market and beyond, as CNG utilization takes up the domestic market share of PMS utilization.

This will provide a win - win situation where all the stakeholders are satisfied. The FG should seriously look into this and act decisively.

This untold hardship is completely avoidable. The FG should please be more imaginative. After all, they have many very intelligent persons in their fold. Unfortunately, their proposed initiative is as dumb as the abrupt removal of subsidy without providing prior economic buffers.
A detailed piece but aged leaders in nigeria the god of this world had blinded their eye they donot think anything good about the people because of vested interests.

No amount of goodwill can change an unequal social structure unless the deprived challenge the structure and re-create it. From the look of things 90% of self -styled politicians don't have decent means of livelihood so any appointment whether from the pit of hell will always be placed under national unity and integration.
