Why does God reveal somebody's future to him? For eg in a dream or in a vision , like he did to Joseph. Why does HE want a man to know what he will be in future? What is HiS divine purpose in revealing one's future to Him. Also, Can God change what He has already revealed to a man? Could God have changed what Joseph was to become?

In the New Covenant, for all those who say they believe in God, you either belong to God - those who obey - or you belong to the Devil - there is no in-between. Those who refuse to obey belong to the devil and so cannot be said to be holding on to God's garment in any shape or form.

Also, Jesus Christ said we are in this world but we are not of this world. So, what is the sense in praying for a nation when we are instead here to do our own work and take the gospel to individuals in those nations? Of what real is, say, the economy or security of a nation to one who is truly a follower of Jesus Christ?

Recall that all power belongs to God, and that God is Sovereign, meaning there is nothing that happens that is beyond or outside of His very Control and Will. So, even your sango worshippers, Ogun worshippers, witches and wizards, all of them indirectly answer to God as well. And every answer they get is as given or sourced to them from God through their idol of choice.

But that does not mean the garment they are holding onto - Sango, Ogunquit, witchcraft - are God's garment. No, they are each holding onto their gods but those gods are controlled and handled by God.

There is an example of this very thing in the Bible where God caused the divination bones of an enemy nation- of Israel's- to provide the enemy intelligence that He, God, would use to punish Israel with.

God forgives sins but He said He is instead looking for those who will completely take off the garment of Sin instead - those free from slavery to sin. So, as long as people remain chained to sin, one remains useless to God - John 8 vs 31-44

1. Swimming in a river/sea and walking barefoot underneath the river/sea searching for something shows you have links with the water or you are dedicated to the river. Most times these dedications comes with a spirit spouse which is apparently being revealed with your missing footwear. Walking barefoot in the dream normally means your marriage is under attack. Break evil dedications and links/connections with marine spirits and any water or river.

2. If somebody is unhappy that something good is coming into your life, then that person is hateful and jealous of you. Such persons you should handle with caution. It seems you are stronger than him spiritually and the hatred could not harm you, that's why the thing/spirit ran mad in the dream. Buying bullets or stealing the ones you have means the person is about to do something bad or cruel. Those sending you message up and down is technically spiritual manipulation. There is no other way to show you these women are witches and dangerous ones at that. Deal with witchcraft and every agent of darkness that is attacking you and working against you.

It sounds quite scary so it's understandable your fear.

But since he's not the owner of the land, and you had an agreement with the owner to which you're keeping, so that it would not be that you're encroaching on his or someone else's property, you have nothing much to bother yourself about.

Just ensure that your spiritual angles were covered, and regardless of his mission was, even if bad, it shall not succeed.

One thing you should know is that NL here, especially in the religion section, is not a joke as some think. It's a spiritual battle field, so if someone active here is not prepared spiritually, he could be susceptible to attacks.

So do not be surprised that the man was actually reacting to the effect of your spirit endeavors here or elsewhere. It may be obstructing him, hence he came to intimidate you.
