I am a 30yrs old married female with a child. I did my ielts in June and had a score of lrws-8.5,8,6.5,8. Right now my CRS stands at a mere 371 so I am looking at the pnp route.
Now I want to know if there is anyone who is a member of the Chatered Institute of Arbitrators and if you had your CIArb certificate evaluated? If yes does that mean I can claim points for 2 post secondary certificates?

But you may still have to rewrite ielts or go for reevaluation of that 6.5.

Visitor's visa. The issue now is that my husband and daughter weren't given. He promised to do it and ask my husband to come for another biometrics but He's requesting for 3.5 million for visitor's visa. I'm think in of going to canada first and if there's a way I can legally stay in the country and bring my husband and daughter legally. OR should I wait for him to do my hubby's own, then go together and claim asylum? Pls I really need a useful advice right now, I'm seriously in a dilemma

Goodness gracious!!!! That's how an agent got a friend banned from the UK for false information. See the only thing I can use an agent for is house.

Back to your case. Get the documents he used and read the information he entered if you want to start this PR process so that you don't have a misrepresentation issue. Get rid of his number you don't need it. Nairaland threads on all things canadian express entry and living in canada will do you alot of good. Start from the first page.

The thing with your Canadian visa I don't know if it will help if you use it before the PR process as there's a section for travel history or if it won't matter or raise a visa officer's eye brow as to why you haven't used it.

. You'll get guidance from here and Google..What baffles me is that those agents sef never cross boarder. Most of them don't even have passport so how do you entrust your application on someone who hasn't been there or isn't a frequent flier or a professional agency? For me when I hear travel agent I think ticket booking not visa application

Anyways remain calm, be patient (some hate reading terms n conditions) but you'll have to read this one so as to get it right.

Won't it be better to do the remaining POF as gift deed? Combine the money from your remaining family member and one person will sign it as a gift deed. In my opinion though, I think it's more straightforward than having to do LOE to explain the bulk transfers from 3 people.

I Was so heartbroken by the draw yesterday being that CRS is 440, while 441 was announced.

If PNP feels like this I wonder how PPR will feel, na to faint be that.

I tried to help you search, but couldn't find anything too.
But my personal opinion is that it should be the customer's referencing you and so should carry the customer letterhead and state that your company did so and so.

420 should up their score, hunt PNPs or do both. An Era 440 are boosting their rungs.

Of course they are on it. Awaiting ontario to start issuing NOI again, some pnp occupation in demand don't have their NOC, searching out job offer... All the works. But like we say here. It will end in praise.

Can anyone here help me with a sample letter for self employed. How is the format? Is it on your own company letter head or the customer referencing you letter head?

I've gone to the timelines of those who got PPR as self employed and no one stated the format or has answer to my above questions. I have also Google and found nothing. If anyone here has an idea please help out. I know and have every other necessary documentation for self employed. I just need the format of self employed reference letter. Thanks

The 25/07/18 draw should clear all profiles on 441, and possibly include very few profiles on 440. In summary, today's draw could be 440 optimistically, or 441 conservatively.

Ha!!! I need a miracle for my friends o they are in the 420 range. I pray that 413 cut off mark happens again. Some good people that age did not Favour at all.

This whole canadian express entry journey is so emotional not to talk of adding Australia. I can only imagine the roller-coaster ride of the entire process even after PPR!!! Jeez.
Anyways like I told myself too I will not tell one lie on this journey. We misrepresent ourselves then when we get rejected we say na so God want am. Where as he wants us to trust him. This is the ultimate trust and patience experience anyone can have o.

Retake ielts the requirement is LRWS 8777 and it is also advised that you (spouse) take ielts and evaluate certificates also to max out crs points. Be patient about creating EE profile it will end in praise

Are you sure you calculated this well including skills transferability? Age is on your side and you scored a clb 9 in 2 aspects and a clb 10(speaking) and 12 (reading)

And this link to manually calculate your score. The crs tool I don't think has the skills transferability mark and that's like a 100 extra. This is where the importance of having a good ielts score comes into play.
