Banks pay N158 to $1 to western union customers, but when u want to buy $, the banks will tell that they don't have $ to sell and ask u to go their buddy BDC to buy N170/$1 to fund your Dom account. This is the problem we have in Naija; folks with no practical experience running things.

helpee: actually, he is not a dreamer. For the cost of healthcare in USA, if hospitals can charge half of that amount and get paid in nigeria, we will be performing miracles. It is not an exaggeration. For the 70K the guy used in treating boil, many hospitals will use it to do two caesarian sections in nigeria and patient will still owe you.
