Here is what you don't know - Armies are regulated by international laws. Their is a limit to which approach and weapons they use. Take for instance, they cannot us anti aircraft gun which is far superior. Because anti aircraft guns are to be used for airplanes. But boko harm can use it because no law is regulating them. And there is no way a person with anti aircraft gun will not have superior firepower because of its effects

Who told you that the national army
if a sovereign country cannot use antiaircraft
guns or rocket launchers, which are
considered basic, routine conventional armament.
