My advises to lagos state government is that, they need to be more transparent with government business, small and big business should have confidence in the system.

I say well done to Gov. Fashola of Lagos state, but come to think of it, Fashola is not doing anybody a favour by constructing roads or building bridges. All this things are the reasons why he was elected and moreover fashola himself will use this road too, as anybody bother to ask what Fashola is doing in-terms Agriculture, telecommunication, youth empowerment, power, housing and so on. We should not just focus on one aspect and neglect others, don't get me wrong am not saying Gov. Fashola is not performing but we need to develop other sectors too.

Lagos today set aside the N25 million
compensatory damages earlier
awarded Lagos comedian, Babatunde
Omidina " Baba Suwe " over a
prolonged detention by the National
Drug Law Enforcement Agency
(NDLEA) last year.
In the ruling, the Court of Appeal re-
affirmed the right of the NDLEA to
investigate, arrest, detain and
prosecute drug suspects as long as
the agency acts within the law.
The court said the NDLEA had not
violated Mr. Omidina's rights because
it sought and got court orders from
the federal high court to keep him in
custody after the arrested him on the
suspicion that he had ingested hard
drugs.
The Court of Appeal came down
heavily on the Lagos High court judge
that awarded the damages against
the NDLEA, describing the decision as
oppressive and burdensome to an
agency of government carrying out its
statutory duties.
Baba Suwe's attorneys led by civil
rights activist, Bamidele Aturu, has
vowed to take the matter before the
Supreme Court.

Am a Yoruba guy, from ekiti... My dad is from Ekiti while my mom is from Ogun state. My dad is a muslim and my mom is christian... Am a muslim while my other sibling are also shared btw the two religion, one thing we have learnt over time is that religion is a thing of the mind and it personal. Who ever posted this article only wants to attract popularity and to also test the waters, if truly Yoruba's are not so particular about religion. Well my dear u have fail, becos I will not join anybody to do any harm to my younger ones just because they choose what they want to believe in, neither will I do any harm to my friends becos of religion. It actually good you tried to establish that fact about the yoruba's.... In yoruba land we are thought to respect elders, friends and to tell the truth at all times. Oh les I forget the most supportive friends I have today are actually christians.

krendo: you can abuse me all you like but in 2015 the people of Lagos will question why only a certain religion produce the Governors in Lagos. It is a legitimate political question to ask. There is no need being abusive about it.

If Tinubu and Fashola are so open minded and Lagos is so United then they should have a process that allows all no matter there religion to have a chance. It is called equal opportunity.

Fashola was Attorney General to Tinubu, now Hamzat is Works commissioner to Fashola. There is nothing similar about these people in terms of career path. The reason for this pattern is nothing but their religion.
