ARE YOU BEING REALISTIC? YOU finished your NYSC in 2010, GEJ did not give you employment from 2010 to 2015. YOU now displace your anger on PMB for a CHANGE you did not vote for. But mind you other graduates completed their NYSC in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. Were they all employed before GEJ and the PDP handed over a collapsed Nigeria to PMB and the APC? In 2014, GEJ and the PDP were looking for money for reelection. They decided to scam you, unemployed graduate, by deceiving you to apply with money to non-existing vacancies with the Nigerian Immigration Service. You all did as was instructed. But to your dismay, the process ended in a national disaster because there was really no sincere intention to offer you employment in the Nigerian Immigration Service. In 2015, after about 5 years of unemployment and your being lucky to have survived the fraudulent Nigerian Immigration recruitment exercise, you voted for the same GEJ and the PDP. Between 2010 and 2015, you never cared about what happened to the National Income of Nigeria. You never cared about how the treasury of Nigeria was safeguarded or looted by the administration of GEJ. Then in 2015, you came to realize that GEJ and the PDP had been defeated and dethroned from political office. You resorted to BLACKMAIL against PMB and the APC in the name OPPOSITION. You believed that PMB's administration and the APC caused the Nigerian land resources to stop producing food items like rice, maize, beans, yams, tomatoes, palm produce, cassava and so on, hence hunger descended on the people of Nigeria from May 29, 2015 to today. You believed that as at May 29, 2015, all the Nigerian graduates from 1999 to 2015 were gainfully employed. You believed that the backlog of unemployed youthful graduates in Nigeria was caused by the Presidency of Muhammadu Buhari. You don't want to believe that the corruption that prevailed in Nigeria between 1999 and 2015 crippled the economy of the country. You want instant or MIRACULOUS SOLUTIONS of all Nigeria's socio-economic problems from PMB and the APC on the areas of unemployment, security, infrastructural development and maintenance, roads and public transportation, food production, power generation, health, education and so on. #iStandWithBuhari Credit - Mamuda Ya'u Dan'sarki

This woman believe everything in this life we live will end here. He believes there's somewhere after here. A virtuous woman. Friend of the masses. Friend of the downtrodden, friend of the poorest of the poor. A woman who differentiated herself distinctively by her doings, attitude and composure. Despite several victimizations from her colleagues in the industry, this woman has always remain herself. It's not new. She has been known laidat for years. In response to a topic asking for for Atiku Educational qualification. Searching through Wikipedia revealed that Alhj. Atiku Abubakar has DIPLOMA Certificate Like many of his generation, Atiku's father was opposed to the idea of Western education, and tried to keep Atiku out of the traditional school system. When the government discovered that Atiku was not attending mandatory schooling his father spent a few days in jail until Aisha Kande's mother paid the fine.[1] At the age of eight Atiku enrolled in the Jada Primary School where he performed well. In 1960, he was admitted to the prestigious Adamawa Provincial Secondary School in Yola where he did well in English Language and Literature, struggled with Physics and Chemistry and Mathematics. He graduated with a Grade Three WASC/GCE Certificate in 1965. Following secondary school, Atiku studied a short while at the Nigeria Police College in Kaduna. He left the College when he was unable to present an O-Level Mathematics result.[2] He worked briefly as a Tax Officer in the regional Ministry of Finance, from where he gained admission to the School of Hygiene in Kano in 1966. He graduated with a Diploma in 1967, having served as Interim Student Union President at the School. In 1967 he enrolled for a Law Diploma at the Ahmadu Bello University Institute of Administration, on a scholarship from regional government. After graduation in 1969, during the Nigerian Civil War, he was employed by the Nigeria Customs Service. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atiku_Abubakar#Education |
By Soni Daniel, Northern Region Editor with agency report ABUJA—AFTER many years of legal fireworks, the United Kingdom has given the final clearance for Nigeria to draw down a whopping $85 million seized from entities embroiled in the controversial Malabu Oil scam. The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN, who confirmed the development to Vanguard last night in Abuja, said the money was not yet in the coffers of Nigeria but would soon be repatriated. Malami said: “Final judicial order for the remittance of the money to the Federal Government of Nigeria was granted by the UK’s court on Friday and the money is now due for remittance any moment from now.” It will be recalled that a British judge ruled on Friday that the amount, being part of the Malabu oil deal loot, should be returned to the federal government. The amount forms part of the $1.1 billion sales of the rich offshore oil block, OPL245, that has been enmeshed in corruption allegations and prolonged legal tussle between the federal government and local and external entities with vested interests in the oil block. The sale, which was brokered by the then government of Goodluck Jonathan in 2011, supposedly resolved a long-running contest for the block between oil giant, Shell, and shelf company Malabu, beneficially owned by former oil minister Dan Etete. Mr. Etete effectively awarded the oil block to himself when he was oil minister in 1998, but only walked away with the money for it 13 years later, after Shell and Italian oil company, ENI, paid the federal government for the block. The government paid $801.5 million to Malabu, but not before $215 million was restrained by the UK Commercial Court after an Etete associate brought a case claiming their share. The $85 million is what remains in the UK courts funds office after years of legal wrangling. Counsel for the Federal Government, Faisal Osman, argued alone before the judge, Justice Cockerill, on Friday after Malabu failed to attend the hearing. Osman told the court that Malabu had not responded to legal correspondence for more than a year after another British judge had dismissed Malabu’s earlier legal bid to unlock the $85 million. After the UK Crown Prosecution Service gave its consent to release the funds to the Federal Government last month, the judge agreed that she was “entirely satisfied” to grant the order. “The money in question is the money of the Nigerian people,” Mrs. Cockerill concluded. The Federal Government’s legal arguments were prepared by UK law firm, Verdant Solicitors, and Lagos law firm, Johnson and Johnson. Nigeria’s Solicitor-General, Dayo Apata, attended the court hearing, saying “we are very happy about this ruling. It has been a long road but there is light at the end of tunnel.” Read more at: https://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/12/uk-agrees-return-nigerias-85m-malabu-oil-loot/ |
