Don't mistake tolerance for docility, Nigerians are not mediocre; go to the United States, Britain and even India, to find Nigerians who are doing a great job, using their talents to benefit humanity.

A mechanical engineer isn't an Automobile engineer nor is he an electromechanical engineer. Automobiles are more complex then you think. For example, a ford automobile engineer cannot confidently diagnose or advise repair work on a Range Rover car with a specialized training and understanding the engine blueprint. Ameachi i am sorry was right. The Chinese technicians as you call them have years of experience building railway lines in China, Kenya and other African countries. The Nigerian engineer is only good at gathering titles and certificates. Mni, mnse, M.eng, b.eng etc

Oh goodness gracious .... I stopped reading your thesis when I saw you going back that far in time.
The last decade has seen Real & Barca take over La Liga. That is why in the last 11 years these two teams have won the league 10 times. There's a reason why the EPL is the number one followed the league in the world despite not having the best teams in the world ..... BALANCE! It's the reason why they have the highest TV ratings. When Atletico Madrid won the league in 2014 they made less TV money from La Liga than the EPL team that got relegated (Cardiff city)
