Have you ever bothered to ask yourself what a certified Guidance and Counselling graduate or a certified zoologist is doing in a bank as a staff?

What it means is that I can as well train my neighbour's son in SS3 to do the same job in the bank rather than sending him to spend four to five worthless years in the university just for him to become a certified zoologist.

At least, I know that with his knowledge and experience, he will function well as a banker with or with no certificate...
