Buhary will soon shutdown Nigeria through his many misguided statements and wrong approach to leadership. embarassed

In the 21st Century, Nigeria does not need a ruler, we need a good leader.

Mohoomodu Buhary retrace your steps or resign NOW!
The man is doing what we voted him to do. We have to stop depending on oil and clamp down on the Niger Delta militants. There is no fake peace that lasts. Nigeria will not be extorted by a bunch of drunkard fishermen

Shettima is the best governor in AGRIC
I have been watching his strides for years. I rate him below average in Education and Security but in Agriculture he has formed some impressive partnerships with UK companies.

Listen oil price is not the reason we r buying dollars for 350 in the parallel market.

1, the time buhari spent in forming his cabinet.

2, lack of planning and foresight of his economic team.

3, His stubbornness, refusal to take the right steps at the right time.

Eg. if he has listened to sound economic reasoning from the beginning and allowed complete deregulation of petrol. Speculation would not have taken over the market.
He refuses to do the right thing and when it has caused a lot of damage he turns around to do it.

Same will be done to the currency soon.

He said there is nothing like subsidy and that subsidy is a fraud, how come he is paying more than Gej?

So the current reason for this is mismanagement and not solely oil price.
This is exactly why Buhari will win second term. You always after to worry about the masses if you are taking decisions as President. A President is actually a member of the rolling class that the lower classes have voted for in the majority. When a president is meeting with Dan gone and Otedola and they are talking, he is the one who pushes jobs, education, security et.c
A president cannot be too slow to take harmful decisions. More importantly DEVALUATION and SUBSIDY REMOVAL would not have worked if you did not tackle CORRUPTION first which is what he has been doing

Biafra is NONSENSE that should stop. It is now a magnet for malevolent Islamic radical groups who are just lying in wait for a young , failing state to swoop on.
How can a Biafra fight Nigeria and two of or three global terrorist groups looking for access to the sea? .
Nigeria as a unified entity is the only functioning bulwark against expansionist radical Islam

Everybody knows Buhari is the best. He confronts problems head on instead of hypocritically (Obj) or cluelessly (Jonathan). Maybe Yaradua would have been better if he had spent a longer time working in office.

It is very pathetic for you guys to keep posting comments like this. Apart from the fact that it is getting stale it is also self pitying and futile. EFCC welcomes all sorts of petitions and whistle blowing and you should report APC cases of corruption to that body.

Thot Buhari has 2 headshuh Common sense no dey....militancy in ND will be worst becos guyz of intellectual will join...there will be more boom from delta to bayelsa very soon who knows rivers...is spreading other guyz are js watching.....
So?. Nigeria does not mind if the entire ND production is shut. We will make the money offshore with the higher prices while we hunt and shoot and bomb all the creeks .
This can go onow for 5 years while Nigeria restructures it's economy to Agriculture and solid minerals. When you fight a war against Black Africa's largest army for 5 years you know what destruction and suffering is.
Yet you will never get what you want. Already Bayelsa is owing salaries.

Politics › Re: 4 Modular Refineries Will Soon Take Off — FG by Adminisher: 5:43pm On May 17, 2016
989900B:
The above is my grouse with Buhari. As a military person with oil and gas background, these are plans he should have concluded with companies even before the elections (win or loss . . . he can still chip in that bit as a patriotic Nigerian). I am not in government, but I know few companies that could set that up in 3-6 months.

If the president were pragmatic enough, knowing this refinery thing is the heartbeat of the nation, we should have had at the least, 2-4 modular refineries working in full throttle as we speak.
Many young people just pose rubbish. Buhari will compel a business man who has sense to invest millions of dollars on a refinery and be ready to ship it to Nigeria when he defeats an incumbent President on the continent of Africa.
We know Nairaland is for young people but not think8ng before posting just brings standards down .

Do you even know the operational strategy of most modular refineries?. The only ones that are profitable must be close to an existing big refinery or pipeline carrying crude oil, otherwise you have to move crude oil by barge or road tankers or rail. Very expensive unit costs for a low margin business. A lot of them don't use advanced catalytic crackers so the yield is low for such a high unit cost. So maybe profit is very very low.

The big failure is the NNPC and Buhari is right. In the 1970s and 1980s the NNPC was so sophisticated they could tell you the demand for petrol in 2050 and show you the plans and contracts for expansion of existing refineries and the building of new ones that will satisfy that demand. Now with PDP everything just became buying and selling

God bless Jonathan wherever he is for launching this project cool cool.

http://www.nigerianbulletin.com/threads/jonathan-approves-establishment-of-modular-refineries.103090/

Kudos to Buhari for continuing the legacy. He doesn't seem to have a problem with Jonathan's policies/projects... Nice one.

See as Amaechi rush commission ABuja/Kaduna railways line. Fashola has already admitted Jonathan built more roads that previous governments. Buhari is coasting ahead with TSA, another brainchild of Jonathan.

Sad enough, the momentum is not replicated in the agricultural sector. All in all, government is a continuum.

Jonathan frustrated his own program because Dieziani kept putting obstacles in the way of these modular refineries so that importation can continue . Modular refineries are not even too good for the environment.
Politics › Re: Oil Blocks Owners; 88% Are Owned By Multinationals Not Northerners by Adminisher: 4:15pm On May 17, 2016
Every educated Nigerian knows this. Even those who base their info against the Danjumas and Mai Deribes on articles quote the text that imply that Shell, Chevron, Agip and now SEplat produce majority almostb90 perror cent of Nigerian oil.

However if you are a Wailer, young, stolen blind but still in love with your destiny destroyers the only thing you have been programmed to do is to think the North is responsible for all the problems in your life. Meanwhile Moni Pulo, Sahara Energy, Eroton, New Cross and Panasonic Ocean are dynamic oil producing companies owned and operated quietly by southerners and making big bucks.
The ignorance amongst a particular ethnic group in Nigeria is getting really serious

Politics › Re: Bayelsans Are So Lazy - Governor Dickson by Adminisher: 2:56pm On May 17, 2016
stagger:
As a Niger Delta man, I have to agree with the governor. Our youths are very lazy. They believe all they should do in this life is sit at home and collect their share of oil money.

As far back as 1991, Gen Godwin Abbé who was Rivers Governor forcefully seized shops in the markets from non-indigenes and allocated them to indigenes. When he went back in three months for monitoring and evaluation, he found the shops had been sold back to the Igbos by indigenes.

Yet they will cry out that Igbo people have come to steal their jobs and livelihood. Never seen a bunch of lazy fools like typical Niger Delta youths. That's how they raided one of my biz premises in 2006 at the height of militancy demanding for money until I had to show them that if they thought they had chicks, I had the mother hen.
My brother, I calculated 13 percent derivation for 16 years and looked at how much it takes to buy oil block.
Do you know Bayelsa, Rivers, Delta and Akwa Ibom could each have formed an E & P company like Danjuma's or Folawiyo 's in JV with NNPC. Do you know those companies could have been commanding 300, 000 barrels of production now. They would have been separate commercial.entities so the constitution does not forbid that. Do you know that the money they could have made from the profits of those companies would have kept the states afloat?.

The problem with life is always the people, their mentality and level of evolution
Politics › Re: Bayelsans Are So Lazy - Governor Dickson by Adminisher: 2:47pm On May 17, 2016
Na now you know?. They are the same tribe with Delta. They vandalise other people's property and expect to be called militants, invited to Aso Rock, given billions for doing nothing. All this is not even a problem.

Not knowing that it is a CURSE to blow up expensive investments and the sweat of thousands is bad (ota aje in Yoruba land) and not knowing that they are generating SECRET ANGER in other people instead of fear. That is lack of wisdom.

Ijaw people have to realise there is no free lunch. You can carry AK 47 and RPG from now to eternity it is just destruction that you are inviting.

Go and look for honest work to do.

We are talking of the NA not the US Army. The Nigerian Army is fully at home in the Niger Delta. The Nigerian Civil War was won in the Niger Delta. For the last 20 years the Nigerian Military has been operating in that terrain. As for militants being tough and diabolical ..that is the correct name of the Nigerian Army. Any Nigerian who joins the military is under the protection of God Almighty or other means. Nigeria decimated terrible Sierra Leonean militants with all their jungle juju when the NA did not even have half of the capabilities it has now
