Hello everyone. I'm awaiting PPR and I wish to live in Calgary once I get to Canada. I'm currently an HR professional specialised in Recruitment. I want to take up Project Management as a 2nd profession. I have a few questions:
1. How viable/lucrative is PM in Alberta? (Ease of entry, pay, jobs) 2. Are there certifications/professional bodies I can register with while in Nigeria that will be relevant in Canada? 3. Any general/other advice for me or what are the things I should take note of? |

WisemasterBizWd: As regard IELTS reading.
I have this misinterpretation between FALSE and NOT GIVEN answers. My answers for questions base on TRUE are usually correct but I still find it difficult for FALSE AND NOT GIVEN and this is really given me concern and poor grade while practicing.
Kindly help me out E-fams, my exam date is at d corner (Aug 1). False= contrary opinion is stated in the passage NG= nothing is said about it in the passage |

iaatmguy: lol WhatsApp is responsible for this. They ask their questions on different groups. If you read most landing gist, " move me to ....group " follows it True! Sometimes, I feel there is an admin somewhere who moves people |

Hearty congrats to all ITA clinchers. I wish you a smooth and speedy processing. May you not make mistakes. May every favour you seek come your way. To those awating ITA, I pray the scores go lower in subsequent draws. Much love from Ottawa!... Where my application is, there I am also. |

danieee: Thank you. I don't understand, what score do you mean? That score is very important. The immigration officer at the port of entry will request for it. Any one that scores less than 5 will be asked to pay some amount of money before he/she can be allowed to enter Canada. |

wasseynewest: Salute to every member in here that has been making the thread stand out as always. Una boy "wasseynewest" apologise for his absence all along guys.
Like we all know, Canada na "Pay as you go " so man has really been trying to integrate. But rest assured, in my own little way with my indefatigable co-tutors, we continuing with our IELTS gospel and thank God that for every IELTS results released, we do have sizeable numbers of our students crossing the greatest hurdle & making the cut.
If anyone is still in doubt whether this journey is worth fighting for, I bet you it's gonna be a decision you will never ever regret if you hang on till the end. In fact, your offspring will be 4ever indebted to you.
In the few months(just 3) wey man don enter here, my brain has be formatted so tey whenever I do video call with my people back home and see some things like Pure Water & Bad Roads, I'm always like, oh! So I've passed through this before . As funny as it sounds my people, that's the pure truth guys. It was a matter of Writing IELTS 123456789&10 btw myself and wifey but finally, here we are starting afresh and enjoying our new lives in Canada.
Our boys are first to integrate, we know how kids can be na while Wifey, a Chemistry grad. who was unable to get a #1 job in Naija is now gainfully employed. Me too ? Doing just fine with an establishment that pays way better (and less stressful) than what I used to earn back home.
So guys, no matter the challenge you facing right now, I tell you giving up on this dream should be your last option.
No Pain, No Gain...........#Bemotivatedguys
ILOVEUSALL this is so encouraging. thank you for these words. God bless you and yours. |
