Imagine this:
A young man has an affair with his own mother (yes, I know it sounds crazy, but it happens in some twisted families). She gets pregnant from it.

Now, instead of exposing what happened, the woman presents the child to her husband (the boy’s father) as his own child. Basically, the father starts raising his own grandchild as his child.

Here’s where my confusion comes in 👇

If later a DNA test is done, will the result show clearly that the father (the husband) is NOT the biological father?
Or will the DNA confuse things since both father and son share similar genes?

Because if you think about it, the child technically carries blood from both father and son in a roundabout way.

I’m not defending anything here o 😅. I just want to hear people’s thoughts because science, culture, and morality can clash in cases like this

Sometimes DNA testing is not even needed to expose Paternity fraud....the first time I saw paternity fraud ...it was ordinary genotype that exposed the woman.... the child was brought to hospital for frequent illness.....hospital ran genotype just to rule out sickle cell.....and the child came back as SS yet father and mother are AA and AS respectively
