Please I got this loan offer from a bank and the interest rate is 3% monthly of the principal amount of 300,000 to be repaid in 12 months.

I'll be paying 30k per month for 12months

Is this a fair deal to take or my calculation is wrong?

Help me please. Thank you

Paying 30k per month means you are paying 10% of the principal amount monthly and not 3 % as u claimed

30,000 X 12 = 360,000....so, at the end of the lending tenure (12 months) you would have paid 20% !nterest on the 300,000 u borrowed

If all u are paying is the 30k for 12 months, Its honestly not a bad deal considering it's a long term l0an...

A mother can only sue for child support……...in Nigeria the Absentee father will only be placed on school fees payment and child support which is dependent on income and also has a maximum limit…

I understand the need for accountability from the poster, but if he isn't forthcoming with explanations then I think you should let him be.
I honestly think the man is trying, asides from the feeding and kids upkeep he gives to you, he is in charge of paying rent, paying school fees, taking care of the parents from both side, transportation or car fueling, occasional lunch for himself, and he still manages to have something saved up in just 3 years.

If anything, I think you should encourage him, and possibly ask him politely. And as for accountability, he who ask for equity must come with clean hands, have you been accountable to him on how you spend your salary?
If not, then I think you both need to sit down and have this discussion. Whatever is happening is not enough to leave the marriage.
In all of this, learn to count your blessings.

...some are operating with a IQ of well over 180, while some are at 170-160..... u don't have to be Einstein or newton to get double promotion in primary level..u are making double promotion sound like a big deal...not all children even get it..

We are thinking that these stuffs are artificial, but am thinking its being modified just to improve its efficiency/usefulness still in its natural form, just that it was biologically tweaked.

It's just taking a natural gene from a living organism and introducing it to another natural specie(plant) to improve specific traits such as shelf life, maturity, bacteria resistant, insect resistant, survive harsh environments, etc ..

If u remember ur highschool biology....Long before GMO tech came we've been doing grafting where we cut ans merge different plants together to produce desired crop products....

At the end of the day...all species of the planet have some similarities in their genome when compared,...so a little bit of tweaking isn't a bad idea.....but there are ethical concerns when it comes to doing so to humans that are more complex organisms...
