I am expecting a scholarship decision from school B in June, but I have an offer from school A with no scholarship.

My dilemma is this, can I use the CAS from school A to process visa and then change to school B if I got the scholarship from them? In other words, can I use school A to process visa and resume at School B?

School B is very expensive, and I definitely can't afford them without a scholarship.

The entitlement mentality of some ladies is very appalling..
At least every responsible human should be able to provide his or her basic needs.
A man will be willing to provide or gift a lady if he sees the lady is at least taking care of her basic needs.
