Judges have the power to exercise discretion in court to ensure fairness and justice as they see fit, especially when the law is not totally clear on an issue ...

I believe this immigration judgement against these policemen takes premise from other established previous judgement linked with nigerian police corruption...e.g Dj.switch and many others who used the 2020 media exposed case of Nigerian police brutality (end sales) to apply for assylum....

Some pple has been granted asylum based on the same police brutality so it fell under the judges discretional umbrella to deny based on same previous judgement.....besides the guy entered Canada illegally, also showing his corruptness they are already linking him with as a policeman

There is no child maid or servant that looks or thinks kindly towards their oga....and the simple reason is that all these oga don't treat them equally as their own kids, some even treat them badly....which is usually the norm in most homes...From the food, to dressing, the school they attend, to work load, .etc

Doesn't get me wrong...I am not saying the oga must treat the maid equally as her own children or that the oga's children should also work with the maid.....
.but the truth is this imbalance is quickly noticed by these servants especially the young ones that doesn't understand the concept of employer or employee relationship because someone else is probably getting their salary in the village....

This is where these evil behavior comes from... Let's face it...they are human beings.....no child will see himself going to a different school, eating different food, wearing different clothes, from other kids under a roof, doing all the work, and will not feel a psychological hit....
