Divorce isn't like land sale, tenancy agreement or business agreement where a lawyer prepare a document for the concern party to sign from anywhere.

Divorce is a lawsuit meaning: the concern parties have to appear in court before a judge with their respective attorneys.

There are terms and conditions a divorce should be based on and conditions to be fulfilled from either or both sides before a judge can grant a divorce.
