What you said is very possible, but it is not 5 rounds, that's just 2 rounds the first time, then 1 round each there after. 5 rounds means you have to do 5 rounds straight, nonstop. You cum first round, then continue again after like 10 to 15mins then cum again and continue as early as 30 mins / 1 hour later. Do that for straight 5 times and see if you will not die.

Every government needs money to function. So, asking Nigerians in diaspora to pay only $50 for a new BVN isn't a big deal. They should have their own NIN too.

Foreigners should have their own BVN and NIN too. That way, we know the actual population both in Nigeria and outside Nigeria. In fact, government should start arresting people who don't have NIN!
