damoobaba: ☺º° boy you be MUMU,your government gets allocations from the Federal govt. just like any other state and Local government, what do they do with these money? Its better you redirect your anger and questions to your governors,LG chairmen, senators, reps etc who have been pocketing the momey meant to position your states for a brighter future.
for the nigerian federal govt. so loved igboland that it gave its precious allocation, that whichever state uses it widely shall not suffer but have a prosperous life.

Keep believing in fairy tales.

We igbos have alrady told nigeria, "we don't need your love. We don't need your money".

We want FREEDOM.

Sagewood: Nigerians, when will we learn?
When will we pull together and sanitise the entire country?
When will we see environmental degradation and pollution as a problem for all Nigerians to tackle?
When will we double-down on development and build the country from the ground up?
When will we see the collective good as the best way to make the country good?
When will we stop ethnic / tribal name- calling and stupid merry-go round and face the problems we have as a country?
When will we look inwards and lay lasting developmental foundations and infrastructure for the benefit of all?

We like to give examples of how the Americans, Europeans, Canadians, Asians, etc, are making their countries better places to live
and we don't want to do the right things as they have done and are still doing.

Wake up Nigeria, stop being stupid. The world is watching!
let them watch.
no be them send their arms and pilots to come and kill my people in our own country, Biafra?
Let them watch and see the fruit of their handiwork.

But Igbos do that all the time to yorubas and it's unacceptable!

ballabriggs: A wasted generation!!!

Forgetting that they are all in it together, young people who ought to discuss issues on why the roads have gone this bad take to bashing their ethnicity's.

I pity this country, these are youths with a very bleak future.

The world is moving, that England you want to meet by 2050, by 2026 they will complete phase 1 of their high-speed rail while you all are still on about, "Igbo, Yoruba, Ijaw, Hausa".

there is no future for any tribe in this lord luggard concotion with the sole purpose of exploiting all of us for the benefit of the western world.

cjrane: I have lost sympathy for such Igbos. One good thing yorrobbers try to teach us,but we don't get is that they consider every part of Nigeria unsafe for yoruba or their business except yorubaland! The irony is that yoruba have not suffered any pogroms in Nigeria, yet they have such native wisdom. But Igbo who have suffered and continue to suffer all these tragedies in the history of Nigeria, learn nothing and still boast about having 200 houses and businesses in Mubi, Katsina Ala or Ikare Ekiti, but don't have a hut in his home town or even state capital? Don't you see there is something wrong with such mentality in Nigeria? So let such men suffer the consequences of their incredible stupidity. I don't have sympathy for them any longer.
We are igbos. We are not Yoruba. We are not awusa.
We travel, we learn, we develop.
We can't all go back to our villages because aboki refuse to leave north.
Even the jews with their own country are still all over the world.
We need our own country.

I repeat. This is the fault of the federal repubublic of one nigeria.
Biafra would never have become like this.
This is what they wanted.
This is their agenda.
Igbos, open your eyes!
Say no to Nigeria. Fight for the Actualisation of Biafia.
Work towards the disintegration of nigeria. It is not benefitting us.

taniboo: No Nifiheim.God was not watching any match. God cannot look upon sin neither can he look on iniquity because He is pure. Habakkuk 1:13 says "Thou art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity"

When Jesus was nailed on the cross,He was carrying all the sin of humanity, he was carrying all the iniquities of men, all the wicked of the human race, He carried all of these upon Him. God had to remove His face from His only begotten son at that point because behold, God cannot look upon sin and wickedness and so Jesus cried out "My God,My God why has thou forsaken me in Matthew 27:46

I hope this sheds more light on why Jesus said those words.
so your own god is not omnipresent then? Rather a coward who sent his son to be tortured and murdered because he made mistakes in his factory, but cannot even look at the suffering he is allowing his son to endure.
Christianity Etc › Re: Religious Question by advocate666: 7:47pm On Oct 28, 2012
naijacenter: I am not here to criticize any religion but to be factual in whatever i want to say without partially tarnishing any one's image.

Sequel to what happened again in Kaduna today.. the bomb blast that took lives and injured many, is this the best way to serve God? If we are all trying to be Muslims, does this action encourage anyone to convert?

on the other hand, The christian religion though very quiet yet destructive. People swear in Jesus and in God's name and yet lying.
Both religion: The book written thousands of years ago is now used to correct the behaviour today. I do not want to use the right word to describe such book. Constitutions are being amended to go with the trend in every country but the book remain constant whereas the people applying the principle and the rules in the book change daily.

It's just a general question and this does not question my believe. It worries me as i am almost thinking that religion is a disaster. What do you think folks?
I became an atheist after reading the bible.

My advise to you is to do as jesus commamded: if a part of you should make you misbehave, cut it off. Religion causes misbehaviour so cut it off.

Please don't blame the artificial state. Blame the nigerian govt and their program of consistently keeping the igbos down. If we had our igbo country, this will not exist. Fight for your freedom because no one else would do it for you.

on the show and my mind was set that way.

Now, that it is different, I have no commenthuh

26,000,000 naira and Abiola I'm not sure now.
In short, I'm a bit confused now.
Initially I thought people were talking about 260 Billion Naira!

Can someone tell me why she cannot be on the other-sidehuh
Abeg my brother. See them defending her like she is doing something great when in reality she is going backwards.
Talk of people with low standards and even lower expectations.
Abiola's family should be investing in people. Not the other way round.

CrazyMan: I would have agreed with the write up the op posted, but what he wrote sounded more like a mockery than a fact.
Many a truth is told in jest.

There is no christian right not to be mocked.

Just remember that omnipresence puts god in and around the mockery against him.

I understand that some people may feel offended by the post but I assure you, the intent was not to offend but to buttress my point about the absurdity of the christian claim of their omnipresent deity.
When you think of god as just another unseen beign that is there by your side and sees everything that happens, that can be acceptable, but with the claim of being absolutely everywhere makes no sense at all.
Many people will not grasp the absurdity at first hence the need to point it out with examples.

Where are the children of Ojukwu and Achebe on NL? Nowhere to be found. They are all doing well all over the world and using children of inconsequential fathers such as you are and who have nothing to do to continue shouting Biafra like onye ara . Take am easy o.If dem admit you Yaba left now your family no even get money to pay.
Ewu. See Yoruba man reasoning. So I should live my life based on the decisions of the children of Achebe and Ojukwu? This is the reason you are backwards and can never understand the igbo man. You think we are yourselves that worship your kings and kabiyesis. We are individualistic republicans. We fought the war not because of Ojukwu nor Achebe but because it was the right thing to do at that time.
At least the children of igbo leaders are doing well. Where are the children of Yoruba jailbird leaders?
