Health / Re: My Fiancee Can't Have Sex by Afam1103(m): 12:01pm On May 03, 2022
You will end up cheating on her if you marry her.

Sex is extremely important o and not just dry sex but the one you will actually enjoy and look forward to.

She is clearly not thinking about you in all this which is worse than you realise.

Let me explain, this sex thing is a concern so you have talked about it alot and tried to get her help but she refuses to coperate, instead she let's you waste money.

This isn't just about sex, its probably her nature. She isn't bothered by things that are a concern to you. If you doubt me, do a retrospect on your relationship over the years and tell me if she has ever carried any of your problems on her head. Has she?

Better leave now before you end up in a horrible marriage.

A word is enough for he who wan get sense!

Travel / Re: 1,292 Nigerians Have Been Killed In Road Accidents In The Last 3 Months’ – NBS by Afam1103(m): 1:46pm On May 24, 2018
AutoJoshNG:
These are very shocking statistics.

The National Bureau of Statistics recently release data which showed that 1,292 Nigerians have been killed in road accidents in the last three months across the nation.

According to the report, 1,292 Nigerians got killed in the road traffic crashes recorded in the first quarter of 2018, saying that 1,186 of the 1,292 Nigerians who got killed, representing 92% of the figure, were adults while the remaining 106 Nigerians, representing 8% of the figure, were children.

The report added that 1,008 male Nigerians, representing 78%, got killed in road crashes in the first quarter while 284 female Nigerians, representing 22% got killed.

“The first quarter of 2018 road transport data reflected that 2,482 road crashes occurred. Speed violation is reported as the major cause of road crashes in the first quarter and it accounted for 50.81% of the total road crashes reported. Tyre burst and dangerous driving followed closely as they both accounted for 8.26% and 8.42% of the total road crashes recorded,” it said.

According to the data, a total of 8,466 Nigerians got injured in the road traffic crashes recorded, while 7,773 of the 8,466 Nigerians who got injured, representing 92% of the figure, were adults and the remaining 693 Nigerians, representing 8% of the figure were children. It said 6,394 male Nigerians, representing 76%, got injured in road crashes in the first quarters while 2,072 female Nigerians, representing 24% got injured.

https://autojosh.com/1292-nigerians-killed-in-road-accidents-last-three-month/
and to think that I came up with a solution to this problem. Took six months to draw up a proposal, structure and action plan to drastically reduce the accident statistics, sent a letter to Fed Minister of Transport Amechi. Got called for a meeting. Travelled from PH to Abuja more than once. Was in his private waiting room... Waiting to see him but this man let politics get the better of him. Worst part is, my proposal could have generated billions in revenue for the government, employed thousands, etc... Yet he didn't give me a chance to present it to him. This government doesn't care about us. Only themselves and their politics.

Don't mind the idiot. How will this help small companies? If MTN charges 60k per KB and NCC requires small companies that don't hav the same reach as MTN to charge 60k per KB who will patronise them? When they know that MTN is in every state and the small company isnt?

The advantage the small companies had was competition. That they could charge less and attract more ppl. That's how spectranet stole most of smile's customers.

Amechi did all that and so much more. He built schools offering free education with uniforms, Internet, track and field, textbooks, etc. As well as Health centres offering free health care in every community. And he completed so many roads both state and federal. The problem the people of rivers have with him was that he didn't share money for them. He chose to do the work without any kola for the people.
He even built my office and I was there at the commissioning which he attended. NESREA Southsouth Zonal Office, at DLine. A federal government parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Environment.

Politics / A Possible End To Boko Haram, Militants And Fulani Herdsmen Violence. by Afam1103(m): 2:34pm On Mar 09, 2016
Nigeria is a country that has been greatly blessed with a wide variety of ethnic groups. However, these large number of ethnic groups has proven to be a cause of concern with the majority more in support of their ethnic group than their country, Nigeria.

This may be the root of our problem as a country but we are not the only country with such a diverse ethnicity. The problem I believe may be in the sharp contrast in the way of life in the Northern part of Nigeria and in the Southern part of Nigeria.

Religion, culture, fashion, architecture, food, even language both spoken and written are very different amongst these two parts of the country.

I once saw a picture here on nairaland of a northern state government document which was typed entirely in Hausa. Which isn't supposed to be so because English is our official language.

More so, the Northern part of Nigeria which is majorly dominated by Muslims have always yearned for Nigeria to be an Islamic State (a country ruled by the laws of the Islamic religion). Which is why, a lot of our laws backed by our constitution are not acknowledged and therefore broken.

I was never in support of Biafra because we all don't need a war but I think it is time we let the country be what it already is and what we all want it to be.

We may as well be living in to separate countries at the same time due to our differences and inability to find common ground after all these years.

So I say its time we make it official and make things easier on all of us and for our future generations. Boko Haram and these fulani herdsmen will stop their actions and all Muslims in the North will dance with joy if Nigeria was divided into two parts: The Islamic State of Northern Nigeria and The Republic of Southern Nigeria. While the rest of us in the south will be happy that we are no longer being ruled by the North and the Militants will have no reason to act out.

I have no intention of causing any upheaval with this post. I just have to say what I think is best for all of us.

Most of You all must rili have had horrible experience with people that would make you to say stuff like, "friends are overrated", "it's better to be a loner", etc.

A friend is someone who always has ur back. Helps u wen ur in need financially, emotionally or even physically. Helps u grow, helps ur character development, scolds u wen ur making d wrong choices, prays 4 ur well being and all round success, celebrates ur birthdays and bad days with u.

If he or she dat u call friend doesn't do any of these then they ain't ur friend. They just someone u knw.

THERE IS NOTHING LIKE A FAKE FRIEND. A FRIEND IS A FRIEND.

You are the reason you don't have great people in your life. I know I have lots of great friends that are always there for me and I will always be there for.

My dear, the heart wants what the heart wants. If you like him then go for him.

You: am sure you know by now that I really like you. And I feel you do too. How come you never asked me out?

Thats a simple way to know what's on his mind.
He may feel you would never go out with him cos you have a job and he is in school and worse still, he may be afraid to loose the friendship cos he thinks you may stop being friends with him if he asks you out.

Don't think back on this time in your life and wish you had tried to find out what could have become of a life of love with him.

Take a leap of faith and see where it takes you.

Best of luck dear. I like your courage.
Family / Re: My Wife Is More Sexually Responsive After I Beat Her Up by Afam1103(m): 11:00pm On Dec 30, 2015
This is some serious 50 shades of grey ish.

Some women do like BDSM style of sex. It's not restricted to only white women. What you need to do is sit your wife down one day when you are both relaxed and in a good mood probably when you have also presented her with a nice gift, then ask her if beating her turns her on for sex. She may be reluctant to give you an answer because it will be embarrassing to admit but convince her that you are ready to do anything to make her happy. If you admits that she likes it then you both should research online on safe ways to practice BDSM-style sex so that you never bruise your wife's body and she stops loosing her temper just to get you to beat her because one day you could be in a bad mood and end up causing critical damage to your beloved wife.
This is between you and your wife. There is no reason to be ashamed of it or think it's odd that she likes it. Because in the end, so long as you can make it work and lead a happy life with your wife then all will be well.
I hope this helps.
Best of luck.

THE LEGACY YOU LEFT US.
As I step out of my friend's house after a pleasant visit he, Ifeanyi told me to wait let him turn off his power generating set before escorting me out of the gate. As he did so, the light in his house instantly went off and from within his house, I heard his 5year old son, Edward say "NEPA" with sadness in his voice. Edward knew how to speak long after the power sector had been privatised and the name NEPA seized to function. But he knew the word and associated it with whenever there wasn't light. Ifeanyi met me in front of his house and escorted me to the gate. We shared a few extra pleasantries, he thanked me once again for the visit and bid me farewell.
Ifeanyi's house was not close to any major road so I had to trek a little distance before I could get a cab to my house. It must have rained the previous night because the un-tarred roads of his street were muddy and had several pot holes filled with water which had mixed with sand making it look light brown. The gutter on the side of the road wasn't covered so I could see inside it. It was almost full, with different types of waste, from pure water sachets, to empty plastic bottles, I even saw a used diaper inside the gutter. As I walked down, two boys and a girl who were probably not older than 15years passed me by. They were each carrying a bucket of water on their heads. I noticed one of the boys still had his school uniform shirt on. As they passed me by I heard a little of their conversation, the little I heard were all in pidgin english. But from their words, you would know that the pidgin english they spoke wasn't by choice but rather it was the only form of english they knew and yet they were, or at least one of them was being educated.
As I walked on, a man in a nice suit quickly walked passed me. His dark blue suit with a sky blue long sleeve shirt was really nice. He had a brown shoe that shone brighter than gold. I wondered to myself if his shoe-repairer(shoemaker) had a PhD in shoe-shining. As the man was about entering a compound just a few houses ahead of me, two very light-skinned children ran up to him from the other side of the road and raised their palms upwards thrusted at him with a look on their faces that only many long days of starvation could create on a child. These two children, girls, were not more than 8years old. They wore oversized tshirts and long skirts. One look at them and you knew they haven't had their baths in days. Their clothes were dirty and they were both barefooted. But even in sure tardiness, these little girls still had a beauty that could rival any other little girl in the world that was borne into privilege and wealth. The man in that really nice suit slowed down a bit, turned to look at the girls, frowned then shouted at them to get away from there. I was able to get a good look at his face. It looked a little familiar but I couldn't place it immediately. The little girls weren't fazed by his response, they just turn and ran back to where they came from. As I got to the compound the man entered, I saw that it was the compound of a pentecostal church and a signboard on the wall had a picture of the man. He was the general overseer of the church. That was when I finally remembered. I see his face on that signboard whenever I go to see Ifeanyi. I simply shook my head and continued walking.
The clouds which had started getting dark just before I left Ifeanyi's house began to rumble. Ran was coming. I walked faster until I got to a junction. Luckily, I found a cab. We haggled a little about price to the area I live before we agreed on a price. As I got in, I tried to put on the seat belt, but the belt was covered in dust and was stuck. I asked the cab driver what was wrong with the seat belt to which he laughed and said I should worry about seat belt that police doesn't check it. I responded by saying that police wasn't my problem but safety. He said I shouldn't worry about that too, that he drives well. He himself wasn't wearing a seat belt. I wanted to stop the cab and get down but it had started to drizzle. I needed to get home before it became a torrential downpour, I wasn't with an umbrella.
As we moved closer towards my house, we were flagged down by some policemen who had established a checkpoint on the road. One of the policemen bent down to look inside the car, the driver greeted him and the policeman responded by asking if the cab driver won't "do" weekend for him. The cab driver understood the coded question and dug his hand into a pocket on the side of his car door. He pulled out a hundred naira note and gave the policeman. The policeman said hundred naira was too small but the cab driver pleaded that he had just started work for the day to which the policeman said OK and let us pass.
Once again I simply just shook my head and let out a deep sigh. The cab driver slowed down to a stop at a traffic light and immediately a number of people descended on the cab and other cars that stopped at the traffic light. They were hawking different items, from gala to lacasera to bottled and sachet water to plantain chips and so on. The driver bought one gala sausage roll and one sachet of water which he opened and ate immediately. The traffic light turned green so the journey resumed. After a few minutes of munching, he finished the gala and nonchalantly threw the gala wrap out of the window on the road. He grabbed the sachet of water, put one edge of the sachet in his mouth and tore off the nylon which he spat out the window. He then squeezed the sachet of water into his mouth till it was finished and once again, he nonchalantly threw the sachet wrap out of the window and on the road.
At that point, I was tired of shaking my head so I just looked away out of my own window which didn't even help because I saw a woman run out from her house in the rain carrying a dustbin in her hand. She got to the gutter and dumped the contents of her dustbin into it. Seeing this, I decided it was best I close my eyes.
Eventually the cab stopped, I opened my eyes and notice we had gotten to the front of my house, so I paid the cab driver and getting out in the rain, I ran into my compound. I got to my flat and unlocked the door. I went to the bedroom, changed out of my wet clothes, spread them in the bathroom then went to put on the TV. Nothing interesting was showing, so I tuned to the news channel. It was a breaking news showing. The Islamic terrorist group, Boko Haram had bombed a mosque and the death toll was massive. As I began to lament the loss of lives, all who would not be able to see the new year, the power went out. And I too, like little Edward said in sadness, "NEPA".

As I began to lament the loss of lives, all who would not be able to see the new year, the power went out. And I too, like little Edward said in sadness, "NEPA".

In the Bible, the only justification for a divorce is adultery. Your wife has committed adultery. You need to divorce her. She is sleeping around with other men and isn't using protection. Are you waiting for her to give you HIV before you leave? Because I know a couple this same thing happened to. The man gave his wife HIV after sleeping around.
You need to leave and you need to carry your daughter with you. She cannot be left in the care of a runs-girl lest she becomes one too.
LEAVE!!!

Sorry about what you are going through. I know it must have taken alot of courage to share your plight on this forum.
Have faith though that things will get better. I dont have an exact formula for how that will be but I do know that for every woman, there is a man.
There is nothing wrong in wanting to love or showing your emotions. They are the things that make you who you are. Don't let any unpleasant circumstance make you want to change who you are and what makes you unique.
I believe the most you can do when you come across a guy that doesn't love you back is make the hard choice and move on. Because one day, you will find that one guy that will never get tired of that huge heart of yours that contains Limitless love and emotions.
I do have one advice though, when you start a new relationship, give the guy a chance to love you back. Because most people take things for granted if they are not given the chance to show appreciation. So when you show love, give him a chance to show the love back. Eg: if you call today, give him a chance to call back tomorrow, etc.
I wish you all the best dear. The Year is almost over. A miracle might come your way this Christmas but 2016 is most definitely going to be your year.
