“Like the Soyo 1.8” Cigar HD20 Hard Drive,” I explained. “It gives you 20GB of storage capacity in a package small enough to fit in your shirt pocket. And since it’s fully USB 2.0-compatible, you can play it as soon as you plug it.”

Until today. Making their intergalactic debut right here on Woot: the Saitek A350 Wireless Headphones. They bring tangle-free sound to the highest-elevated, most active ears, restoring the dignity of our tallest citizens and staying out of your way when you’re shimmying around on the Nordic Track. Simply connect the wireless transmitter via a standard 3.5mm audio jack to your personal MP3 player, home stereo, PC or Mac. Then wrap these futuristic fones around your skull and run free, free as the wind blows (or up to 30 feet from the audio source, whichever is less).

Sort of hypothesizing there, africanboy. Your comments are just hypothetical, even though you made a relatively good suggestion.

ProgrammingRe: Java Has Failed! by africanboy(op): 8:47am On Mar 09, 2006
looking at the code, java seems easy to understand, a little bit (using my knowledge of C), but my problem is getting the jdk, is it just me or is the website scaring me with over 100mb download. I am on dial-up @ the office no connection at home. even with a download manager, other workers and my other jobs suffers the heavy processing. sbu who is d guy u sent d CD and let me burn a copy.

after i must have written a couple of codes, then i will give feedback. also, i will try an produce the same code in VB & VB.NET without using the IDE once I get this code running.

my arrangement is probably the best (dont mind me, everi1 has/have their arrangements), but i still strongly believe that there is nothing wrong in picking each other's calls. i will always do it. my girlfriend will always do it.

on the issue, can you use yur husband's phone credit to make calls without his permission?

WebmastersRe: Top Ten Nigerian Web Designers <caution> by africanboy(m): 4:59pm On Mar 08, 2006
top ten nigeria web designers - really what this topic needs is a contest, all the designers trying to show off their skills should be given a competition where some standards are set.

pick your category and submit your work, of course original, no client is asking you to copy here. each submission should be acocmpanied with reasons for technologies used - no server side - pure design. let nairalanders rate your work based on the rules given to you

reason? if a clients asks you to copy someone else's site, no matter how beautiful it may be it does not reflect your creativity, it only shows you can copy. comparng a CSS only site with a Flash site makes no sense. they are meant to give different opinions.

big up guys,

thanx otokx, its no big deal esp when you have a strong and solid (same words?) relationship.

of course, if i am there, she would give me my phone to answer, if i am not and cant make it before the call drops, she picks. no fears, no worries.

the only call i wouldn't pick is when its from her MUM and thats not because the Mum does not like me, but because I really like avoid talking for long

Music/RadioAfter The Storm: Remedies, What Happened To Eddy? by africanboy(op): 1:41pm On Mar 08, 2006
Read an interview with Eddy Remedy and the guy was really trying to raise hell about him being the original founder of remedies and best songwriter of the group. I think, in term of the comparing with the acheivements of the remedies of those days, the guy is a dismal failure.

Any opinions?

Eedris, is cool, considering the fact that I love Bone Thugs and Missy, he sounds a lot like them (talking about the fast pace rap) the only problem is he has "frigibigibidididdi" lyrics which make no sense.

Tetuila's problem is that he is on a label I do not like. QED

Split-up Aftermath: The Plantashun Boiz

Trying to follow up on one of the hottest sensations of 1998, 1999, 2000, Please rate the three members in order of preference.

My order - Faze, TuFace, Black Face

I feel Faze is the best, his album was tight and his remix of Miss U feat FreeStyle and Sasha is like "WOW"

TuFace is OK, @ least compared to BlackFace, but my number on is still Faze, anyday, anytime.

Fave Tracks: Miss U, Miss U Remix, Faze Alone, Play Game

PhonesRe: All About Nokia 6600 by africanboy(m): 1:27pm On Mar 08, 2006
@wad, my phoe is less than a year and I am ashmed of the casing. to use MP3 u must get a decoder, if u install a program like {OggPlay, Lonely Cat's MP3 player, , } u will be able to play MP3s and even use them as ringtne.

Visit gsmhacks.com, nokiapower.com, mastmobile.com just to mention a few. They fly all over the place. Oh, OggPlay is FREE.

Search for WMAPlus and you can also play WMA Files (Windows Media Audio) but cant use them as ringtone.

WMA Files are smallers than MP# at the same bitrate.

A program like SWITCH, (search for keywords Switch and Audio on Google) to convert existing files to lower bitrates and hence smaller file sizes, ultimately meaning more music.
PhonesRe: Reading Your Friend's Text Messages by africanboy(m): 1:22pm On Mar 08, 2006
@wadosky, i do not mean it is a bad habit as in it is a bad thing to do, its just that I may mistakenly check someone else's message absent mindedly.

My girlfriend and friend dont object to it, and I dont object to them. Sometimes, I call my friend's attention of recent messages I got. My girl trusts me, so she is not scared. Most times when she reads my messages, it is when we are discussing messages we send to ourselves, otertimes, she is just bored (because am not around!)

PhonesRe: Reading Your Friend's Text Messages by africanboy(m): 10:48am On Mar 08, 2006
I read my friend's and girlfriend's messages. I dont think its a bad thing. They both know I do it and they dont hide it.

Reading my GF's messages isnt an issue of trust or not, its just a "bad" habit of mine. She doesnt read mine regularly, once in a while, maybe, but not always. My friends, he "always". as many times in a day as possible, obviously looking for lyrics to send to his girlfriend.

RomanceRe: Boyfriend Won't Marry Me Because I Can't Be His Slave by africanboy(m): 12:58pm On Mar 07, 2006
Do yo want to be a slave? If yes, stay with him, if not "why would any guy want a lady to be his slave?" Unless of coure, she is disadvantaged somehow and feels her survival depends on the guy. If not, lady, you are not too old to start a fresh relationship.

like I said before, age is not maturity. Tell him to find his way, if he begs you again, it should be on your own conditions.
