This is a virtual community where anybody can post anything. Most ladies that tells u dey do not ask money from dia bf are either dating a guy that are less financially stable or they are lying or they do not have a boyfriend , also most guys that will come here and b braging that they dont take shit usually do it, it is all a make believe. If she asks u for money, especially when u guys are really close, hope u undertsand, she sees it as ur responsibility to meet her needs, even if her parents are wealthy, now she sees herself as a big lady who has a boyfriend and her ego will not want her to ask from her parents again.

How many people have u guys ever returned caution money too, wen someone is parking into a new house, the person repairs almost everything and yet u must have collected caution fee from the person. The best thing is for landlord to let out their houses and not give to agent that will first inflate the amount and also want to compete with the lanlord by collecting 10% on the total amount to be paid, I noticed that many agents are also tenannts, becos they make life unbearable for tenants and so dey do notav any savings on dia own to build houses, God will help us in this country. _{For every agent that makes life unbearable for people in this nation, may God also make life unbearable for them}, can u imagine, rent is #250K, 500K for 2 years and u will end up paying #620K, God help us sha

You are in no position to say an amount is good enough since u are not d one paying for d house, and for a 2 bedroom flat wic is not ensuite, I wonder what will be spectacular abt d house, some1 already called u and u told her u are busy, I wonder what kind of agent u are, an apartment u cant post d picture or even tell d price but just saying it is negotiable(as if it is meat dey sell in d market) is not worth it

I am not looking at design but functionalty, usability & content.

Site wide - There are a number of typos & gramatical errors on the pages.

Contact us - The google maps under the contact us tab does not work.

Contact us - You may also want to hyperlink those contact Email addresses

Careers - The Submit button does not work in the upload CV function

Contact us (Homepage) - The user enters their Email address & message but on clicking on "submit" the user is taken to their mail application, but the message they typed in the "message field" hasnt been carried accross

Homeapge - The bulk SMS link does not work

I beleive someone has looked at this site on other browsers, so I wont repeat that test.

All in all I think it is a good site, easy to navigate, simple to use and not too busy.
