I am still very new in the website design world so to say but most of the times, I use templates or web professionals to design my practise website but what I have come to noticeis, it is somehow better to develop a site from scratch rather than using the predesigned one cos
predesigned are not really flexible
it doesnt give room for much creativitymost templates, u will need to edit a lot of things or else almost every webdesigner will know u used template

But I still use templates and predesigned ones though

Some oe told me he has 1/2 plot of land in iyana ipaja with an almost completed 3 bedroom flat building on it, the area is still one of the underdeveloped areas in iyana ipaja without power supply and he is talikng of selling it at the rate of 1.5 million naira, personally I think it is quite expensive, how much do u guys think he shud sell it, cos he said so many peeps showed interest but none has shown cash to pay.

Different strokes for different folks, mothers are different.
My fiance stays in the same flat with his mum and I spend most of my weekends in his place. Any weekend I decide to stay in my own house, the mother will be so worried, she will even be asking my fiance if he has offended me in any way or if we are fighting. My fiance is the first child of the family and hence, he is the bread winner, reason for his late marriage, his two younger siblings, a lady and a guy are already married. I am the first lady he has ever taken to his house
Before we met, the mother has always been pressurizing him on the issue of marriage and women but he told her that the fvery irst lady that comes into the house with him is his wife, he doesnt want to bring in any lady and later begin to tell stories. He will be moving to his own flat next month, point is, she can never walk me out of his flat even she comes visiting cos my fiance is matured enough and shows every sign of seriousness.

@poster, it's either your mum doesn't see you as someone that is ready to settle down or she doesn't really like the girl or she is just a disciplinary, either ways, you need to reassure your girlfriend and tell any of your older siblings to talk to mum, because no matter what, if you guys eventually ends up in marriage, your wife may not find it easy forgetting what happened that day,especially if she is the type that believe in forgive but not forget.

Since this is dia first child, the wife's mum or the husband's mum must be around for like at least a aperiod of 3 months to help the wife out, she is inexperienced in terms of taking care of a new born child, or is he already feeling uncomfortable with her presence in the house?
Persoannly, my mother and my husband's mother will have to stay with me for like 6 months, they will stay with me on a monthly basis interchangeably when I have my first baby until I am sure I can handle the baby alone

I am a typical yoruba lady to the core, one that appreciates her culture and traditions and always tell people that I can never marry someone from another tribe, but now I have a different view. I remember vividly when my brother introduced his fiancee(now they are married) to my family, lo and behold, she is from rivers state, my mum was like, what, what happens to all the beautiful yoruba babes in ur medical college, ur nysc location , ur work place, blah blah blah, I only told her to let them be cos what matters is the happiness they will both have in the marriage but deep down in me, I would have prefered him marrying a yoruba lady

But alas, I have a very different view now, am in love with a man from Edo state, say it in a more precise way, am engaged to him, we are already making plans for the formal introduction, now I understand what it means to be in LOVE. I have forgotten all my bragging and sweet mouths that I can never date someone from another tribe, now I see that LOVE has nothing to do with tribe, it has everything to do with the personality. Ones' tribe happens to be one of those things we can't choose, and so it has nothing to do with our personality.

I am just writing this to encourage as many people that has that archaic mentality of NO INTERTRIBAL RELATIONSHIP that it is because you are not in Love yet, when you find love, u forget every other trivial issues.

I can't agree with you less, my fiance is short, just a bit taller than me cos am also short, and I see that ego in him every now and then, doesnt bother me anyway, what matters most is that we are in love, the packaging doesnt matter all the time, what matters most is the content.
