Thanks so much for your good thought, yes it is and everything is organic, I've turned down several seedling just because the called them improved seedlings but in real sense the are genetically modified.

It's fun waking up by the sound of birds, no neighbor, no noise while we look out for wild animals especially reptiles, all these also come with some risks.
