Military sources have confirmed the arrest of eight French nationals, caught fighting under the terror group Boko Haram.
According to ThisDay Live, The Cameronian army had apprehended these fighters and are insisting on trying them, but France is against this idea.
A Nigerian military insider told reporters that the arrest of these Europeans have caused tensions between France and one of her Francophone allies in the sub-region following the shocking discovery that some French citizens are staunch members of the sect, a throwback to their membership of the terror group, Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

Findings suggest that France is angry at her former colony for not giving up on the idea of trying them in Africa and wants the French men handed over to the French authorities.

French Foreign Minister, Mr. Lauren Fabuci had ordered for the transfer of the suspects into French hands.

This has angered the Cameroonian authorities, who are dumbfounded by the manner in which France had demanded the release of its nationals.


A Cameroonian minister was quoted to have said: “Mr. Lauren Fabuci, the French Foreign Minister, has ordered Cameroon to release immediately eight Europeans captured by our security men, for being part of Boko Haram terrorists.

“Mr. Fabuci demanded their immediate handover to France so that they can prosecute the terrorists on French soil, ignoring our sovereignty and independence.

“The French are acting as if Cameroon is their errand boy that they can order around and ignore the fact that we have our own laws with which we can try the terrorists.”
The latest revelation has lent credence to strong suspicions in the Nigerian intelligence community that Boko Haram has strong foreign backing.

Nigeria has not revealed her position and it seems the West African giant is just going to back away from this one.

Director of Defence Information, Major-General Chris Olukolade, said that the matter was for France and her former colony to resolve and not ours.
“All I can tell you is that the matter is for Cameroonian and French authorities to settle,” Olukolade stated.
One top military source in Nigeria has however revealed that the military had known of boko haram’s foreign collaboration.
He said that foreign soldiers for the sect include, Chadians, Arabs, Malians and other Islamists who have joined the sect.

“Now we have seen evidence of French and European participation. This is one major indication that Boko Haram has very active and sophisticated foreign backing. I advise that the African Union should take this up.

“France is trying to silence the Cameroonians but Africa must rise to the occasion and take this findings seriously. They must not keep quiet,” the military source said.

Two former foreign secretaries, Jack Straw and Sir Malcolm Rifkind, have been caught in an undercover sting offering to help a fictitious Chinese company in return for payments.

Mr Straw, who ran the Foreign Office under Tony Blair, agreed to refer himself to the commissioner for parliamentary standards and suspended himself from the Parliamentary Labour party on Sunday night.

Sir Malcolm, a veteran Tory MP, struck a more defiant note, telling the BBC that he would have made the same comments in a public interview and that he was offering information that was publicly available.


Mr Straw, who met undercover reporters from the Daily Telegraph and Channel 4’s Dispatches at his Westminster offices, told them he had operated “under the radar” to use his influence to change EU rules to help a commodity firm paying him £60,000 a year.

He also claimed to have used “charm and menace” to convince the Ukrainian prime minister to change laws on behalf of the firm, ED&F Man.


The senior Tory MP said he would submit questions to ministers on behalf of a paying client, without revealing their identity.

Sir Malcolm also described himself as “self-employed”, saying he had to “earn my income” — despite his generous salary as an MP.
Sir Malcolm, chair of the intelligence and security committee, told undercover reporters — at fake offices in Mayfair — that he could sort out “useful access” to every British ambassador in the world.


Both politicians had been expected to be given peerages and a place in the House of Lords. John Mann, the Labour MP, said on Sunday night: “Looks clear that neither Jack Straw nor Malcolm Rifkind can now go to the House of Lords. Indeed it looks a lot worse than just that.”

Sir Alistair Graham, former chair of the parliamentary standards watchdog, said the behaviour was “shocking”.

The undercover reporters had approached 12 MPs, asking if they would be interested in joining the advisory board of a Chinese company. Six did not reply while one said his contacts were not “for sale”.

But Sir Malcolm and Mr Straw both agreed to enter discussions with the fictitious Chinese group.


Last year Sir Malcolm registered outside earnings of £69,610, while Mr Straw earned £112,777 for his external business work. Both included payments for articles in the Telegraph.

A spokesman for Mr Straw said: “He has always conducted himself, in whatever capacity, in accordance with the appropriate rules.”

He said there was “nothing inappropriate” in him using the “knowledge and experience” he has acquired as an MP after he stands down in May.

The spokesman added that Mr Straw “has always been full and frank in any work carried out on behalf of ED&F Man” and had declared his role with the firm to Mykola Azarov, a former Ukrainian prime minister, and the European Commission.

Mr Straw said that when he mentioned the £5,000 fee he was giving it as an example and not as part of a negotiation. He told the reporters that his day job as an MP was his “first responsibility”.

Sir Malcolm said he believed the “firm” had sought his help as a former foreign secretary rather than as an MP. He said: “I have never undertaken, nor would I undertake, any lobbying as an MP on behalf of any private organisation from which I was receiving remuneration.”

He insisted that when he said he could write to ministers he was only offering to obtain information that was “already in the public domain”.

The Telegraph looked more widely at the legitimate outside interests of all MPs, totalling more than £7.4m a year. Of these, 30 members earned at least the equivalent of an MP’s annual salary — £67,000 — in outside work every year. They included 12 who were paid more in outside work than the prime minister’s £142,000 salary.

Gordon Brown, the former prime minister, declared additional income of close to £1m, followed by Geoffrey Cox, the Conservative MP and prominent QC, who admitted to earnings of £820,000.

The President of Sudan has warned that the fight against jihadist extremism must engage militants on an ideological level, and not solely concentrate on military action against them.

Omar al-Bashir was speaking exclusively to euronews in the week that ISIL released a video purporting to show the execution of 21 Egyptian citizens – an act that spurred Egypt into launching airstrikes against ISIL targets in neighbouring Libya.

Who is Omar al-Bashir?
Born in 1944 when Sudan was under Anglo-Egpytian control.
Pursued a military career and served in the Egyptian army in the Arab-Israeli war in 1973. He was also involved in the fighting against armed groups from southern Sudan in the early days of the civil war.
Took control of Sudan, then Africa’s largest country, in a military coup in 1989, later appointing himself president.
Became the first sitting head of state to be indicted by the International Criminal Court on charges of mass killing and rape in Darfur.
He warned that simply using violence against young radicals who fight with organisations like ISIL and al-Qaeda could lead to even more extremism.

“Our policy has been largely succesful, after we arrest these young people we bring a group of young scholars to engage in dialogue with them about their thoughts, and we succeed to bring a lot of them back from their radical ideas”.

Omar al-Bashir said that America’s CIA and Israel’s Mossad are behind group Boko Haram and ISIL.

“I said CIA and the Mossad stand behind these organisations. There is no Muslim who would carry out such acts.”

South Africa's parliament descended into chaos as leftist MPs scuffled with security during a key annual speech by President Jacob Zuma.

The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), led by Julius Malema, repeatedly interrupted Mr Zuma, demanding answers over a spending scandal.

The speaker of parliament then ordered their removal, prompting scuffles.

The largest opposition party, the Democratic Alliance, walked out in protest at their expulsion.

"You can't send police into parliament," said Democratic Alliance parliamentary leader Mmusi Maimane.

The EFF used President Zuma's annual State of the Nation speech to question him about a state-funded, multi-million dollar upgrade to his private residence.

They were evicted by large numbers of security guards. Among those thrown out was Mr Malema.

It began rather politely - an EFF MP standing up to interrupt President Zuma about one minute after he had launched into the substance of his State of the Nation address.

The speaker of parliament, Baleka Mbete, was expecting it, and urged the MP, and others who followed suit, to leave their questions for another occasion.

But when Julius Malema loudly demanded the president "pay back the money" from the upgrade to his home, the speaker ordered him to leave.

Malema refused, and suddenly several dozen white-shirted security officials were pouring into the room. They crowded around the EFF and began to pull the MPs out of the chamber.

I saw one MP try to swing a punch, and another threw his red hard hat at the officials. There were more scuffles and loud shouts. Shirts were torn.

Within a few minutes all the EFF MPs had been removed from parliament and the ANC majority began cheering in their seats.


He defended his MPs actions, calling it a legitimate attempt to defend democracy, adding that seven of his party had been injured and would be pressing charges.

It is not clear whether the guards were police or parliamentary officials: an important distinction, according to one MP, who said the use of police would be a way of intimidating the opposition.

Mr Malema and Mr Zuma were once close allies but the pair fell out.

The EFF has shaken up South African politics with a series of populist proposals to redistribute wealth.

It is not the first time the EFF have interrupted a speech by President Zuma
EFF MPs accuse Mr Zuma of benefitting unduly from taxpayer-funded upgrades to his private residence in the village of Nkandla and they wanted Mr Zuma to answer questions about this before making his state of the nation speech.

Last year an independent inquiry found the president had "unduly benefited" from the expensive upgrades, which included a pool and a cattle enclosure and cost about $23m (£13.8m).

The president has denied any wrongdoing.

Despite criticism of the Nkandla upgrade and the country's stagnant economy, Mr Zuma's African National Congress was overwhelmingly re-elected last year.

The news was reported by Stuppid.com, a website notorious for its hoaxes and satirical news stories.

The latest report concerns Wallace Turnquist, a supposed wealthy American who went on a hunting safari to Africa with his son Skyler in 2014.

The story claims that during the safari tour Skyler found the local people "funny", and Wallace bought Ezekiel Akpu-nku from Nigeria as a human toy.

The defeat of the international Zionazi* crime cabal is now inevitable due to rapidly unfolding events around the world, most notably in the Middle East and the Ukraine. The arrest by Germany last week (as reported in this blog) of a US government official carrying billions of dollars in forged US $100 bills destined for the Ukraine has had enormous and ongoing repercussions. The Pentagon contacted this writer to say this was “actionable intelligence.” Hopefully this action will include arrests of all top Zionazis starting with the Bush crime family. We have all waited too long for this to happen already. Remember, Washington D.C. is not actually part of the Republic of the United States of America but is rather a foreign enclave. In any case, there are clear signs that this Zionazi cancer is being dealt with elsewhere already.

There is a G20 meeting going on in Turkey which, according to Russian sources, is part of a series of meetings aimed at being the equivalent of the 1945 Yalta conference held by Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin. It was the Yalta conference that created the post-World War 2 order we still live under. So, the implication is that a series of ongoing meetings will herald the biggest changes in international architecture since the end of World War 2.

These meetings are discussing a total transformation of the current international architecture including the IMF, the World Bank and the UN. Some national boundaries may also be redrawn, notably in the Middle East, the Ukraine and Korea. There is also a determination to permanently end Zionazi mischief.

The discovery that American State Department officials were supplying forged dollars to both sides of the battle in the Eastern Ukraine has already caused Germany and France to split with the Zionazi regime in Washington D.C. German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande already met Russia’s Vladimir Putin last week without US approval and are planning on another meeting Wednesday. There is very little leaking in public about the talks but, according to Russian sources, France and Germany are seriously thinking of leaving NATO and creating alternative security arrangements with Russia.

The US official arrested by Germany has spilled the beans on exactly how the Zionazis were orchestrating the civil war in the Ukraine. This event took place at a time when officially the United States was supporting rebels fighting against Neto’s “communist” regime. The G20 meeting ending today in Turkey comes on the heels of a major security conference that just ended in Germany. Pentagon sources say that already a secret deal has been reached with the Russians, Turks and Iranians that will allow them to take out the regime in Saudi Arabia and force them to pay heavy financial compensation for all the terrorist activities they have sponsored. The Pentagon will not defend the Saudis who they rightfully suspect were one of the main sponsors (together with US based Zionazis) of the 911 terror attacks. In any case, the plan to take down the Zionazis in the Middle East has already begun with regime change in Yemen. Now the Island nation of Cyprus, a member of the EU, has allowed Russia to open military bases there. These bases will be used by the Russians for their Middle Eastern operations. The Pentagon is doing their bit by supplying the Lebanese army with weapons they need to fight the Israeli-Saudi backed ISIS mercenary army. The Turks are also now cooperating with the Syrians, Russians and Iranians in a battle to take out not only Saudi Arabia but also Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. The Egyptians have also agreed to cooperate with this effort to remove these kleptocratic, trouble-making regimes, Russian sources say. Israel with eventually become, as mentioned before here, a Jewish autonomous zone within the now forming moderate (Sufi) Islamic federation.

The Zionazi regime in Washington D.C. is also in trouble as it has yet to find a source of financing to keep it going after February 17th. The same is true for the European financial system.

Despite the hyper-inflated stock markets and mindless cheer-leading by the corporate propaganda press, indicators of real economic activity show a major deep freeze. The Baltic Dry Index, which measures the price of shipping and is thus a good indicator of trade, is at even lower levels than it was after the 2008 Lehman shock. January foreign trade fell 10.8% compared to the same period a year ago.
This plunge is happening because neither the Europeans nor the Americans have money to buy stuff from the rest of the world. The regime in Washington D.C. continues to lie about its deflation, imploding economy and worse than depression level unemployment. The European banks will have a $100 trillion derivative hole in their accounts when the Greek government makes good on its promise to end debt slavery.

Another indicator of how surreal the situation has become is that, according to MI5, “the Danish banking association says that it has so much cash which was given to the banks in the European Central Bank QE debt creation exercise, that it no longer needs retail deposits and will start charging depositors. NAIROBI, Kenya Feb 7 – Kabete Member of Parliament George Muchai, his two bodyguards and a driver were shot dead by gunmen in Nairobi on Saturday morning.

According to police, the four were sprayed with bullets at about 4.30 am when their vehicle slowed down at the Nyayo House round about on Kenyatta Avenue.

“They were all shot at very close range,” a police officer of a lower rank who was among the first to arrive at the scene said of the four whose blood-soaked bodies were lumped up together in their vehicle.

Kenya’s top police chiefs including CID Director Ndegwa Muhoro were at the scene but did not provide more details, only saying the matter was under investigation.

A senior police officer told Capital FM News that they are not ruling out an execution, based on the nature and circumstances of the shooting.

“It is something we can’t rule out at all because we have been told the gunmen were masked,” the officer whom we cannot name because he has no authority to comment on active investigations said, “It seems to us like something that was well planned but we will get to the bottom of it.”

There were reports that the MPs vehicle was sprayed with bullets by men in a Probox vehicle whose number plates were concealed, but police said they will interrogate anyone who may have witnessed the incident, including a newspaper vendor who was at the roundabout, as part of their investigation.

The Probox is reported to have hit the vehicle from the right side before it stopped, only for masked gunmen to alight with their guns trained on the occupants of the MPs vehicle, a Toyota Fortuner.

The MPs family members, including his daughter were in a separate vehicle behind them–all coming from a family function in Westlands and were headed to their home on Kangundo Road.

“The rest of the family members were in a separate vehicle all going home,” he said, adding “They also stole a briefcase and two pistols from the bodyguards, but the MPs pistol was found intact.”

Capital FM News has established that there is already a team of detectives from various police units that has been tasked to track the MPs last movements and people he may have associated with prior to the shooting.

Police have said they will also rely on CCTV cameras mounted at the round about as part of the investigation to unravel the bizarre murders.

“We are interested to know how he spent the rest of his night until 4.30 am when the attack occurred, this can help in the investigation among other issues,” another detective involved in the investigation said, and referred us to higher authorities for more information.

Administration Policemen stationed at Nyayo House and guards at adjacent buildings who were among the first to arrive at the scene said they found all of them already dead, after the gunshots.

An ambulance which was dispatched there soon after the shooting did not find them alive either.

“Our medics who responded to the early morning cold-blooded murder found no signs of life in all the four,” Fred Majiwa, a Communications Manager at St John Ambulance said in a statement.

Following the shooting, a section of Kenyatta Avenue was blocked by police who were combing the scene before the four bodies could be taken to the mortuary.

CORD leader Raila Odinga described the MP’s killing as “bizarre and beastly, and a shock to the nation”

“On behalf of my family, the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) the ODM party and on my own behalf, I wish the families of the late Muchai and his aides, relatives and the people of Kabete God’s strength and courage during this trying moment,” he said in a statement, adding “Such horrendous executions should not be happening in today’s Kenya and more so the civilised society that we live in.”

Israel ranks as one of the world’s most unfavorably viewed countries among the UK public, second only to North Korea.

A new survey by the UK think-tank Chatham House finds that 35 percent of the UK public have an “especially unfavorable” view of Israel.

This is double the 17 percent who held such a view during the previous survey in June 2012.

Only North Korea was viewed more unfavorably, at 47 percent. Thirty-three percent had an “especially unfavorable” view of Iran, and 28 percent held such a view of Pakistan, the next most unfavorably viewed countries.

By contrast, just six percent of the public had an “especially favorable” view of Israel – barely changed from five percent in 2012, putting Israel behind Japan, India, Brazil and South Africa.

Forty-four percent of survey respondents expressed an “especially favorable” view of Australia, with a similar number holding such a view of Canada.

What these numbers indicate is that the vast sums Israel has spent on propaganda or hasbara have made no dent in its unpopularity, while its continued occupation and repeated massacres in Gaza continue to affect public perceptions.

The fieldwork for the survey of a representative sample of more than two thousand people was conducted between 6-12 August 2014, at the height of the Israeli attack on Gaza that left more than 2,200 Palestinians dead.

The UK saw some of the largest rallies in Europe in support of Palestinians during the attack on Gaza.

The results from the Chatham House survey confirm trends seen in other polls across the world, showing that Israel is consistently among the world’s most negatively viewed countries.

Kerry in Nigeria to Warn Against Post-election Violence

LAGOS, Nigeria — U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is trying to encourage the main candidates in Nigeria's upcoming presidential vote to accept the results without the threat of post-election violence.

Kerry met first with President Goodluck Jonathan and planned to talk with former military dictator Muhammadu Buhari, the loser in the 2011 race, during his brief visit Sunday to Africa's most populous country.

The Feb. 14 election comes amid reports of killings and kidnappings carried out by Boko Haram, an al-Qaida-linked group that has seized large portions of northeast Nigeria and attacked civilians.

Last week, Boko Haram claimed responsibility for a massacre of hundreds of people in the town of Baga on the shores of Lake Chad.

In fierce fighting Sunday, Nigerian troops battled Islamic extremists who attacked Maiduguri, the biggest city in the northeast. Dozens of combatants have been killed and wounded, soldiers and hospital workers said.

Lagos, the country's commercial capital, is nearly 1,000 southwest of Maiduguri, the birthplace of Boko Haram that has been attacked many times in the long-running Islamic insurgency that killed 10,000 people last year.

Kerry intended to appeal to Jonathan and Buhari to instruct their supporters to refrain from violence, State Department officials said ahead of Kerry's trip.

Jonathan's disputed 2011 election victory triggered riots in the north that killed an estimated 800 people.

American diplomats have expressed concern about what could be a prolonged election.

Under Nigeria's election laws, a candidate must win more than 50 percent of the vote, as well as more than 25 percent of the vote in two-thirds of the states to avoid a runoff.

If no candidate wins by those margins, a runoff election would take place Feb. 28. If those margins still are not achieved, a third runoff would be held in a week, winnable by a simple majority.

Boko Haram was expected to be a main topic of Kerry's discussions. In a report last week, the Virginia-based Center for Naval Analyses, a federally funded research corporation, called the group a locally focused insurgency largely fueled by bad government.

"The conflict is being sustained by masses of unemployed youth who are susceptible to Boko Haram recruitment, an alienated and frightened northern population that refuses to cooperate with state security forces, and a governance vacuum that has allowed the emergence of militant sanctuaries in the northeast," the report said.

"The conflict is also being perpetuated by the Nigerian government, which has employed a heavy-handed, overwhelmingly (military) approach to dealing with the group and has paid little attention to the underlying contextual realities and root causes of the conflict," the report said. That view comports with the assessment of the U.S. intelligence agencies.

In December, Nigeria canceled the last stage of U.S. training of a Nigerian army battalion, a reflection of strained counterterrorism relations between the two governments.

In April 2014, Boko Haram kidnapped 270 schoolgirls from the northern town of Chibok, prompting international condemnation and a campaign to "Bring Back Our Girls." Most of the girls, however, have not been rescued.

Boko Haram has denounced democracy and is fighting to impose its strict version of Shariah law across Nigeria, whose population of about 170 million is divided almost equally between Muslims in the north and Christians in the south.

According to revelations from a very credible Dutch Business magazine, Quote, on the 9th January, and confirmed by German Newspaper Neopresse on 19th January, Charlie Hebdo was sold to the Rothschild family in December 2014.

It appears that this acquisition was the subject of heated discussions among family members according to the Baron Philippe de Rothschild, who recently gave an interview to Quote magazine published in January.

“There was a discussion concerning the acquisition that was completed by my uncle Baron Edouard de Rothschild” Philippe said. “Certain family members wanted to prevent the purchase, because they felt the purchase of this daily publication would be seen as giving us political influence. We wanted to avoid that at all costs. We do not want to be seen to be involved in politics, at least not in such a transparent way! In the end the family reticence was overcome”

Baron Philippe Rothschild informed Quote that the acquisition of Charlie Hebdo was finalised in December 2014.

It is clear that it was not met with approval by the whole family in the `underworld’, but it is also clear that the problem lay with the high profile nature of this purchase. As Philippe explained, the Rothschild family does not wish to meddle in politics “at least not overtly”!

The problem it appears, was that purchase of Charlie Hebdo would bring the Rothschild’s subversive involvement to the surface.

It does not need much imagination to create a link between this purchase only weeks before the attack on the daily satirical media outlet that was already a known Zionist platform for hate speech.

Let us not forget that since the attack, the magazine is rumoured to have received 20 million euros from the Government and its sales have boomed exponentially.

It is maybe the same way of thinking that would lead us to question the sale of the Twin Towers of the World Trade Centre to Larry Silverstein in the summer of 2001, followed by their destruction in an alleged “terrorist” attack in September of the same year. Particularly as it is known now that Silverstein changed the terms of his insurance to cover unexpected terrorist attacks only six weeks before the attack.

This information cannot be presented as categorical proof of Zionist involvement in the Charlie Hebdo attacks but it must make us think and consider all possibilities. It must most certainly make us question the mainstream media narrative that is already so full of anomalies.

Kerry: US, Britain May Set up Scheme to Deal With Boko Haram

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry says he and his British counterpart are discussing a special initiative to deal with the Boko Haram (BOH'-koh hah-RAHM') extremist group in Nigeria and its neighbors.

Speaking in the Bulgarian capital on Thursday, Kerry said Boko Haram is "without question one of the most evil and threatening terrorist entities on the planet." He says their recent slaughter of hundreds of villagers in Nigeria's north is a "crime against humanity" and must be addressed.

Kerry said that during breakfast in Sofia with British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond, they had talked about setting up a new initiative to address Boko Haram and the situation in Nigeria. He did not elaborate on the idea.
