Which to Gaddafi was pretty much inconceivable. He had somewhere between 120 and 140 tonnes (not tons) of gold that he had accumulated over years and years and this was Libya's gold that was going to launch the African Dinar. ]France and the UK and the US (also often known as "The West" - kind of ironic that ancient Egyptians referred to dying as "westing" or going to the west...) The West was knocking on the door and demanding he step down... to have them get their hands on the gold was absolutely unthinkable. So he sent it to the country in Africa that has the best Western press image, South Africa. No one should mess with them if you follow the logic of the time... at least the gold will not be dispersed among the big bad west. (and we have been that big bad west and we need to stop being that thing. that monster... anyway,) - Yes its Libya's, but not a Libya being made to eat itself from outside forces... I propose that 2 funds be created. One for Africa - and the other for a peace and stability reward for Libya. You show us peace and we can send you money...every year for 5 years and then you get the rest of it back - then the fund can be an ongoing legacy to the man that was not who you were told he was. anything but.

The 113th Congress is sprinting to a finish, and few besides Harry Reid will lament its passing. In its final budget splurge, however, Congress is at least showing hints of better governance and how a Republican majority might effectively use the power of the purse next year.

House and Senate appropriators late Tuesday unveiled a $1.01 trillion bill to fund the federal government through September. Its 1,600 pages contain thousands of spending and policy changes that deserve more time to assess. Yet the House plans to vote Thursday.

Blame for this rush job is bipartisan, starting with Mr. Reid, who six years ago shut down regular appropriations to shield Democrats and the White House from having to make spending choices. Government has lurched from one short-term funding bill to the next, and an important measure of the new GOP majority will be if it returns to regular budget order.

We’ll also be watching Speaker John Boehner to see if he honors his promises to give the House and the public 72 hours to review legislation. The Dec. 11 deadline for government funding has been known for months, yet Mr. Boehner is now presenting his Members with a choice of passing his bill or shutting down the government. He owes voters better.

This Gargantua is nonetheless giving Republicans a chance to press some of their priorities. The bill funds 11 of 12 parts of the government through September and generally stays within the spending caps laid out in last year’s budget agreement—providing $521 billion to defense and $429 billion for domestic discretionary programs. It funds the Department of Homeland Security only through February, when Republicans will tee up a debate over President Obama’s immigration decree.

Some on the right are calling the caps a sham, and that’s partly true, since the bill adds $64 billion to fight Islamic State and $5.4 billion for Ebola that are outside the caps. Then again, the war has to be funded and defeating Ebola should be a priority.

More encouraging is that Republicans are showing how they can use Congress’s spending power to steer policy. Most of government has been on autopilot since 2010. This week’s bill starts to set new spending priorities.

The bill cuts nearly $350 million from an Internal Revenue Service that targeted conservative nonprofits and is acting as tax collector for ObamaCare. It slices $60 million from the imperial Environmental Protection Agency, whose budget is 21% below 2010 levels and will soon have as many employees as it did in 1989. The bill even does the unheard of and eliminates funding for programs, including Mr. Obama’s Race to the Top initiative that has stopped pushing useful education reform.

There are also useful policy riders, notably on regulation. Republicans began to reform the Dodd-Frank financial law by amending a rule that threatened to raise costs on Main Street businesses. They are also banning the Fish and Wildlife Service from placing the sage grouse on the Endangered Species list, ending the threat of a government land grab in 11 states. They are sparing farmers from an EPA plan to apply the Clean Water Act to small ponds and irrigation ditches, and truckers from new rules that slash their work weeks.

School districts will soon have more flexibility in implementing Michelle Obama’s proscriptive school-lunch menus. Failing multi-employer pension plans will be able to reduce benefits to reduce the chances that the plans are dumped on taxpayers.
And Republicans are helping taxpayers and the cause of free speech by raising the contribution limits to political parties. The higher limit, which will increase by 10 times to $324,000, is designed to allow the parties to fund their conventions with private dollars, since Republicans have eliminated taxpayer funds for those political shindigs.

Republicans were forced to concede on some of their highest priorities, such as the Keystone XL pipeline and substantive changes to ObamaCare, and they also gave in to Democratic spending increases for financial regulators, college loans, mass transit and federal employees, among other things. But Democrats still control the Senate, and Mr. Obama has the veto pen.

The omnibus nonetheless shows that Republicans can use the power of the purse if they pick the right fights and don’t insist on strategy of their-way-or-a-shutdown. Some breathless Beltway conservatives don’t seem to understand the difference.

Democrats like Henry Waxman used their majorities to build the entitlement and administrative state in increments year after year even with Republicans in the White House. Their method was to press small but notable liberal initiatives on so many fronts that the President’s men couldn’t stop them all. If the GOP brings along some Democrats in Congress, Mr. Obama find it even harder to veto. The mistake is portraying anything less than total victory as surrender.

The omnibus bill has plenty of barnacles, and its rush-to-a-vote is a disgrace, but Republicans are using it to make more policy progress than they have in four years. Next year they can make even more, if they understand that their spending power is formidable but not unlimited.

The organization hired Suzanne Weaver as interim director and made plans to open in December, coinciding with Art Basel Miami Beach. ICA Miami will open with two free exhibits Dec. 3, one featuring the art of Pedro Reyes in an installation called “Sanatorium” and the other, “As I Lay Drying,” featuring work from Andra Ursuta.

The city institution held its first exhibition under M’Bow‘s leadership in September. A panel of volunteers was named to serve as a steering committee until a new board of trustees is established. MOCA has announced its exhibition and event lineup for Art Week in December, which will feature work from Nigerian painter George Edozie in an exhibit called “Shifting the Paradigm.”

The show, Shifting the Paradigm is designed to tear down aging but still prevalent concepts surrounding the creation, consumption and interpretation of contemporary art. George Edoize (b. 1972, Nigeria) trained as a painter and has always worked as a painter, in his paintings on canvas he normally applies raw colours on the cloth and works them with the knife. The play between surface, colour and texture is central to his work.

For curator Pr. Nkiru Nzegwu, "through form, color, design consciousness, and containment, artistic endeavor unleashes the embodied powers of life to dissolve blockages and remake reality".

While George Edozie is not an expressionist, he shares a good number of the formal characteristics of the "fauvist" and "post-impressionist" painters at the turn of the 20th century: Cezanne, Matisse, Gauguin, Van Gogh.

In different ways, these artists went beyond the manner in which impressionism focused on reproducing the impression caused by the physical world.

Loss of Liberty - Israel attacks USS Liberty during Six Day War

On June 8, 1967, Israeli warplanes and torpedo boats launched a ferocious two-hour attack against the USS Liberty, an American intelligence ship operating in the eastern Mediterranean. Of the 294 men aboard the vessel, 34 were killed and 172 were wounded.

"The Loss of Liberty" includes interviews with high-ranking Israeli military officers. High-ranking American military and civilian officials, including Dean Rusk, former U.S. Secretary of State, and Admiral Thomas Moorer, former Chairman of the Joints Chiefs of Staff, provide authoritative analysis.

"I have never believed that the attack on the USS Liberty was a case of mistaken identity," Admiral Moorer has said. "What is so chilling and cold-blooded, of course, is that they [the Israelis] could kill as many Americans as they did in confidence that Washington would cooperate in quelling any public outcry. I have to conclude that it was Israel's intent to sink the Liberty and leave as few survivors as possible."

"Israel's premeditated, sneak attack, on the USS Liberty was a direct attack on America," says Phillip Tourney, a crewman wounded in the attack. Awarded the Bronze Star for his heroism under fire, he is president of the USS Liberty Veterans Association. "The disgraceful refusal of unpatriotic American governmental officials of dubious allegiance to defend America and come to the aid of brave Americans under attack can only be characterized as treasonous," he says.

"The Loss of Liberty" tells the shocking, long-suppressed truth about the treacherous assault, and tears to shreds the shameful official story that the attack was a case of mistaken identity.

One ally attacking another willfully is unheard of. Israel violated its special relationship.

What James Petras called "the first (instance) in modern history in which the imperial country cover(ed) up a deliberate major military assault by a supposed ally."

He referred to the 1967 USS Liberty attack. An intelligence-gathering ship. On June 8. In international waters. About 25.5 nautical miles northwest of Egypt's Sinai Peninsula.

During Israel's Six Day War. Killing 34 crew members. Wounding 171 others. Causing severe vessel damage.

Deployed to monitor belligerents' communications. After Israel's premeditated attack on Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Iraq.

In August 1982, Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin admitted Israel had a choice, saying:

"The Egyptian Army concentrations in the Sinai approaches (did) not prove that (President Gamal Abdel) Nasser was really about to attack us."

"We must be honest with ourselves. We decided to attack him."

In February 1968, future Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin (1974 - 77 and 1992 - 95) told the French newspaper Le Monde:

"I do not believe Nasser wanted war. The two divisions which he sent into Sinai on May 14 would not have been enough to unleash an offensive against Israel. He knew it and we knew it."

In 1978, Israeli Air Force Commander General Mordechai Hod said:

"Sixteen years of planning had gone into those initial eighty minutes. We lived with the plan. We slept on the plan. We ate the plan. Constantly we perfected it."

In April 1972, IDF chief General Haim Barlev said:

"We were not threatened with genocide on the eve of the six-day war, and we had never thought of such a possibility."

Other Israeli leaders and generals voiced similar sentiments. Israel wasn't threatened. It attacked non-threatening Arab states. Willfully. Aggressively. Without just cause. Lawlessly.

Clear naked aggression. Including against America. Getting away with cold-blooded murder. Not for the first or last time.

Then Defense Secretary Robert McNamara lied. Calling it a case of "mistaken identity." Knowing precisely what happened and why.

Retired Joint Chiefs Chairman Admiral Thomas Moorer later called the incident "one of the classic all-American coverups." One of many times Washington disgracefully alibied for Israeli high crimes.

Israel knew Liberty's identity. It flew a clearly visible US flag. Good weather conditions made it easy to spot.

Israeli warplanes circled overhead before attacking. At times low enough for US sailors to wave to Israeli pilots. They waved back.

On June 5, Israel attacked Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Iraq. At the time, then IDF Chief of Staff Yitzhak Rabin told US naval attache Commander Ernest Carl Castle Israeli forces would sink unidentified ships.

He requested US vessels stay away from Israel's coastline. Or at least report their exact position.

US sources said no inquiry was made until after LIberty's attack ended. US Secretary of State Dean Rusk asked Washington's Israeli ambassador, Walworth Barbour, for "urgent confirmation" of Israel's statement.

He responded saying "(n)o request for info on US ships operating off Sinai was made until after Liberty incident."

"Had Israelis made such an inquiry it would have been forwarded immediately to the chief of naval operations and other high naval commands and repeated to" the State Department.

When war began, Liberty commander, Captain William McGonagle, asked US Sixth Fleet Vice Admiral William I. Martin to dispatch destroyer help.

An armed escort. For Liberty's protection. An auxiliary communications center. Martin replied:

"Liberty is a clearly marked United States ship in international waters, not a participant in the conflict and not a reasonable subject for attack by any nation. Request denied."

At the same time, he promised US warplanes would respond in 10 minutes in case of willful or inadvertent attack.

No response came. Liberty was on its own. Virtually defenseless against Israeli air and sea power.

Throughout the morning of June 8, official testimonies and Liberty's deck log confirmed Israeli warplanes close monitoring.

When attack began, it was following its signal-intercept mission course about 25.5 nautical miles off Sinai's coastline. At about five knots.

Israeli forces were ordered to fire on any unidentified vessels proceeding at over 20 knots. At the time, a speed only warships could attain.

At around 2:00PM local time, two Israeli warplanes arrived at Liberty's location. Formation leader, Captain Iftach Spector, communicated information of its position to nearby Israeli torpedo boats.

He and other Israeli pilots lied. Claiming no distinguishable ship markings or flag. At the same time, chief Israeli air controller Lt. Col Shmuel Kislev authorized IDF warplanes to attack.

Liberty commander Captain McGonagle requested urgent Sixth Fleet help, saying:

"Under attack by unidentified jet aircraft, require immediate assistance." None arrived.

At around 2:35PM, an Israeli torpedo struck Liberty. On its starboard side. Creating a 40-foot-wide hole in its hull.

Killing 25 servicemen. Wounding dozens of others. Marine staff sergeant Bryce Lockwood later said he'd "never deny that God kept Liberty afloat."

Four other Israeli torpedoes missed their target. Its gunships strafed Liberty at close range.

At about 4:00PM, Israel contacted Washington's Tel Aviv embassy. Claiming it mistakenly attacked Liberty.

Crew members somehow kept it afloat. Despite severe damage. Later met by US destroyers USS Davis and Massey as well as cruiser USS Little Rock.

Providing medical help. Escorting Liberty to Malta. For interim repairs. Completed in July. After which Liberty returned to America.

Then decommissioned in June 1968. Struck from Naval Vessel Register listings. Part of Washington's coverup and denial.

Later transferred to the US Maritime Administration (MARAD). In December 1970. Then sold for scrap in 1973.

On June 10, 1967, Secretary of State Dean Rusk told Israel's ambassador:

"At the time of the attack, the USS Liberty was flying the American flag and its identification was clearly indicated in large white letters and numerals on its hull."

"Experience demonstrates that both the flag and the identification number of the vessel were readily visible from the air."

"Accordingly, there is every reason to believe that the USS Liberty was identified, or at least her nationality determined, by Israeli aircraft approximately one hour before the attack."

"The subsequent attack by the torpedo boats, substantially after the vessel was or should have been identified by Israeli military forces, manifests the same reckless disregard for human life."

According to Political Science Professor George Lenczowski:

"It was significant that, in contrast to his secretary of state, President Johnson fully accepted the Israeli version of the tragic incident."

Maintaining strong US/Israeli relations mattered more. So did protecting his own political interests. In case he chose to run for reelection in November 1968.

In later naval court of inquiry testimony, McGonagle said:

During "the latter moments of the air attack, it was noted that three high speed boats were approaching (Liberty) from the northeast on a relative bearing of approximately 135 (degrees) at a distance of about 15 (nautical) miles."

"The ship at the time was still on (westward) course 283 (degrees) true, speed unknown, but believed to be in excess of five knots."

McGonagle "believed that the time of initial sighting of the torpedo boats…was about (2:20PM).

Approaching "boats appeared to be in a wedge type formation with the center boat the lead point of the wedge."

"Estimated speed of the boats was about 27 to 30 knots (50 to 56 km/hour). It "appeared that they were approaching the ship in a torpedo launch attitude."

They flew Israeli flags. Liberty's identity was clear and unmistakable. McGonagle later received Medal of Honor recognition.

Virtually always presented by presidents ceremonially at the White House. This time breaking with tradition. Awarding it in privately. At Washington's Navy Yard. By the Secretary of the Navy.

Other Liberty survivors were decorated. Without mentioning willful Israeli aggression. Terry Halbardier got a Silver Star. For repairing a damaged antenna during intense Israeli strafing.

The US Naval Court of Inquiry claimed no responsibility "to rule on the culpability of the attackers, and no evidence was heard from the attacking nation."

It lied saying "available evidence combines to indicate a case of mistaken identity."

At the same time, it found "heroism displayed by the commanding officer, (as well as) officers and men of the Liberty was exceptional."

A Joint Chief of Staff's report contains evidence relating only to communication system failures. Nothing about clear Israeli culpability.

A June 21, 1967 CIA memorandum said "(t)he attack was not made in malice toward the US and was by mistake…"

"(B)ut the failure of the IDF Headquarters and the attacking aircraft to identify the Liberty and the subsequent attack by torpedo boats were both incongruous and indicative of gross negligence."

A CIA informant said Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Dayan personally ordered Liberty's attack. He wanted it sunk. All crew members killed. A redacted report said in part:

The unnamed source "said that Dayan personally ordered the attack on the ship and that one of his generals adamantly opposed the action and said, ‘This is pure murder.’ One of the admirals who was present also disapproved of the action, and it was he who ordered it stopped and not Dayan."

The report remains classified. According to an insider, "(s)o as not to embarrass Israel." Even 47 years later.

LBJ's Intelligence Advisory Board Chairman Clark Clifford issued a damning report. Containing "all information on the subject." Discussing "the question of Israeli culpability."

Calling what happened an "unprovoked attack." Constituting "a flagrant act of gross negligence for which the Israeli Government should be held completely responsible, and the Israeli military personnel involved should be punished."

He later fell from grace. Adopting the official line. About a tragic Israeli mistake.

Defense Secretary Robert McNamara lied to Congress. Claiming no "evidence of a conscious intent to attack a US vessel."

Two Israeli inquiry reports whitewashed what happened. Claiming Liberty was believed to be an Egyptian vessel. Because of failed US/Israeli communications.

Hours before attacking, IDF naval headquarters knew Liberty was "an electromagnetic audio-surveillance ship of the US Navy."

It lied claiming information was lost. "(N)ever passed along to the ground controllers who directed the air attack nor to the crews of the three Israeli torpedo boats."

Israeli Judge Yerushalmi conducted his own fact-finding inquiry. He claimed no "deviation from the standard of reasonable conduct which would justify committal of anyone for trial."

In other words, naked Israeli aggression was OK. Case closed!

Unresolved questions remain. At the time of the attack. Secretary of State Dean Rusk said he "was never satisfied with the Israeli explanation."

"Their sustained attack to disable and sink Liberty precluded an assault by accident or some trigger-happy local commander," he maintained.

"Through diplomatic channels we refused to accept their explanations. I didn't believe them then, and I don't believe them to this day. The attack was outrageous."

Navy Captain Ward Boston was US Court of Inquiry senior counsel. In 2002, he said C of I's findings reflected coverup and denial.

Israel willfully attacked a clearly identified US ship, he stressed. He called denying it an "insidious attempt to whitewash the facts." He wrote in part, saying:

"The evidence was clear. Both Admiral Kidd and I believed with certainty that this attack, which killed 34 American sailors and injured 172 others, was a deliberate effort to sink an American ship and murder its entire crew."

"Each evening, after hearing testimony all day, we often spoke our private thoughts concerning what we had seen and heard."

"I recall Admiral Kidd repeatedly referring to the Israeli forces responsible for the attack as 'murderous bastards.' "

"It was our shared belief, based on the documentary evidence and testimony we received first hand, that the Israeli attack was planned and deliberate, and could not possibly have been an accident."

US intelligence agencies expert James Bamford believes Israel attacked Liberty to suppress its high crimes against peace. Including massacring hundreds of Egyptian prisoners.

NSA intercepts showed Israeli pilots clearly knew they attacked a US ship, said Bamford.

Israeli aggression continued for over an hour. Liberty was severely damaged. A smoking hulk. Listing at about 10 degrees.

Lucky to stay afloat. With two-thirds of its crew dead or injured. Two US destroyers took 16 hours to arrive. To provide help.

Coverup and denial began immediately. Survivors were ordered to remain silent about what happened.

Israel seized Syria's Golan Heights one day after attacking Liberty. Had it remained operable, it might have gotten clear evidence of willful Israeli aggression. Countering IDF lies.

Israel's Six Day War bonded Washington and Tel Aviv more closely together. Politically. Economically. Militarily.

The largest African fundraising since the start of the 2008 financial crisis shows the Ebola crisis has not deterred investor interest in the continent.

Nigeria-based IHS, the telecoms infrastructure group, has raised $2.6bn in equity and debt in one of the biggest private funding packages for an African business.


The company will raise $2bn in equity from a consortium of Asian, European and African investors alongside a loan facility of $600m. Money has also been raised from existing shareholders, which include funds managed by Goldman Sachs, Wendel of France and Emerging Capital Partners, the private equity group.

Issam Darwish, IHS chief executive, said the fundraising showed the depth of the financial market for businesses in Africa.

Asked about the impact of the Ebola crisis in his talks with investors, he said: “Africa has its own risks, but with the kind of returns that investors get [nowadays] from Europe and the US, Africa is a strong alternative on a risk-return basis.”

The African Development Bank (AfDB) estimates the continent will attract a record of nearly $85bn in foreign inflows this year, as investors pour money into local securities markets, infrastructure and factories.

Over the course of the year, big foreign investors such as state-owned Temasek of Singapore and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, the private equity firm, have announced a big push into Africa.



Barack Obama, US president, also hosted the first US-Africa summit in August, pushing American businessmen to invest into the region.

IHS said the money would be used to pursue deals to buy mobile cellular towers from telecoms groups such as Bharti Airtel of India and Etisalat of the United Arab Emirates. IHS owns the towers and then leases access back to the operators.

The company will also use the funds to pay for its $2bn acquisition of more than 9,000 towers from MTN of South Africa. The deal made IHS the largest towers group in Africa, with about 20,000 sites in Nigeria, Cameroon, Rwanda, the Ivory Coast and Zambia.

IHS plans to build new sites and improve existing towers with solar power systems and efficient generator units.

Mr Darwish said IHS would seek an initial public offering in the coming years on an international stock exchange.

Tower sites can be expensive to operate given the need to provide power to often remote areas, as well as the costs of upkeep and security in crime-prone countries such as Nigeria.

“The contribution of our investors significantly strengthens our position and the ability to move into the next phase of growth and development with confidence,” he said. “We are clear in our ambition to play a leading role in the creation of the widest, most efficient and reliable mobile networks in Africa. The social and economic benefits to the local economies where we operate are significant.”

The debt component of $600m is split between US dollars and naira, with a seven-year tranche and eight-year tranche fully underwritten by banks.

Bogota (AFP) - Eleven Wiwa Indians killed by lightning during a tribal ceremony in Colombia's Sierra Nevada mountains will be left unburied where they died according to their traditions, an official said Sunday.

The community of about 60 families will abandon their remote village in the wake of Monday's tragedy, but it was not yet clear where they would go, said Jose Gregorio Rodriguez, an advisor on the Wiwas at the National Indigenous Organization of Colombia, which represents the country's 800,000 indigenous people.

"The bodies will stay in the 'uguma' (ceremonial hut) where they died and the community will leave the site, as their customs and traditions dictate," Rodriguez told AFP.

The 11 men were killed on Monday when lightning struck the hut during a ceremony, also injuring another 20 participants who suffered second and third degree burns.

The Wiwas, a tribe that retreated into the Sierra Nevada of northern Colombia after the Spanish conquest, revere all aspects of nature and believe they are called to keep the world in balance.

Some villagers saw the devastating lightning strike as a spiritual blow in response to "man's turning his back on nature," Lorenzo Gil, a survivor, told AFP this week.

After the tragedy, the villagers held a long funeral ritual, whose first part concluded on Friday. A 10-day healing ceremony will follow.

"This rite is a healing for the people but also for the affected territories," said Rodriguez.

A day after the lightning strike that killed the Wiwas, another indigenous community in the Sierra Nevada, the Arhuacas, were hit by a landslide that killed six people, including five children.

"When the indigenous die as a result of tragic acts of nature, the community abandons the place to avoid other dangerous natural phenomena," said Rodriguez.

The West will not pay a fair wage for the resources because the idea is to keep these people surviving on rice bags and foreign aid so that they remain a source of cheap slave labor forever. A reason was also needed to get troops on the ground in Sierra Leone to force an end to the diamond miners strikes. This is not the first time this has been done. When miners refuse to work troops are sent in and even if they have to kill and replace them all, the only desire is to get diamonds back flowing out of the country.
Of course to launch multiple campaigns to invade these countries separately would be way too fishy. But something like “Ebola” allows access to an entire area simultaneously…

Reason 3: In addition to stealing Nigerian oil, and forcing Sierra Leone back to mining, troops have also been sent in to FORCE vaccinations (Deadly “Ebola” Poison) onto those Africans who are not foolish enough to take them willingly.

3000 troops are being sent in to make sure that this “poison” continues to spread, because again it is only spread through vaccination. As more and more news articles are released as they have been in Liberia, informing the populous of the US lies and manipulation, more and more Africans are refusing to visit the Red Cross. Troops will force these vaccinations upon the people to ensure the visible appearance of an Ebola pandemic. In addition to this they will protect the Red Cross from the Liberians and Nigerians who have been rightfully ejecting them from their countries.

Reason 4: Last but not least, the APPEARANCE of this Ebola “pandemic” (should Americans not catch on) will be used to scare the countless millions into taking an “Ebola vaccine” which in reality is the pandemic. Already they have started with stories of how it has been brought to the U.S. and has appeared in Dallas, how white doctors were cured but black infected are not being allowed to be treated, etc.

ALL that will do is make blacks STRIVE to get the vaccine, because it appears that the “cure” is being held back from blacks. They will run out in droves to get it and then there will be serious problems. With all we have seen revealed about vaccines this year you would think we learned our lesson. All I can do is hope so, Because they rely on our ignorance to complete their agendas.

It's What You Do


That problem is your actions, the realities behind the masks. Your camouflage is sophisticated, complex and layered. But there are those among us that see through at least some of the layers.

They see the Royal Family members, attending polo matches and other high society affairs with the most meticulous of mannerisms suitable to the upper class, but they also see those same family members hiding child kidnapping, torture operations and eugenics plans in the shadows beyond the reach of the limelight.

They see heads of international pharmaceutical companies, backed up by prestigious medical organizations, announcing plans to cure disease with the latest miracle drug or vaccination, but they also see the numbers of deaths these miracle drugs and vaccines are designed to cause already calculated for each area of the world and each demographic group to whom they will be promoted.

And they see that the more drugs and vaccines and invasive "therapies" are used by the people, the sicker everyone gets, the more rampant is medical drug addiction, and the more income flows to the health care system as the population sinks farther into disease and an unnatural, torturous process of contrived "aging" which we are told is inevitable.

They see presidents and prime ministers take solemn oaths of office after long campaigns full of lofty promises and the promises and oaths are broken with disdain immediately after taking office.

They see the high level global banking representatives promising to save the world from economic downturns, followed by not only downturns but disasters and progressive loss of value as wealth is transferred step by step from those who earn it to those who play the game of the banking scam, manufacturing pretend wealth out of nothing.

They see the armies of your servants, scurrying about following you direction to craft laws with language so deceptive as to be unintelligible to the average person, yet full of more and more infringements of the rights all people are endowed with at birth, those rights which governments can at best recognize and affirm, but which come to all people from their Creator, not from any head of state.

Deception and Assault on Us From Multiple Directions


And these people see the skeletons in your closets, the dark side of your activities that show you may

pretend to be our friends but are really working as our enemies, and deadly ones at that, bereft of remorse or compassion, taking enjoyment from our pain. Growing numbers of us are waking up to what you are really doing to us and our world. Which you think belongs to you.

We see that you have been systematically destroying us economically and stealing all of our hard earned resources by way of financial tricks. One of the most prominent of these tricks is the scam of central banking.

You have used this maneuver to take over countries and wreck their economies, including the U.S. and many other nations around the world. It is a simple trick, yet your deception and skillful promotion are so subtle that the majority of people still don't understand how you do it, or that you are doing it at all.

Your modus operandi is to cone into a country, like you did in the U.S. in 1913 and make a deal with those in power, who are usually quite open to the usual bribes and threats, the carrots and sticks that you use. You set up your own company and give it the right to issue the country's money simply by printing it or entering numbers on a computer.

You get the legitimate government to give its sole right to this function to you in exchange for whatever payoffs are needed to but the votes. This takes the country into debt as the government borrows its money from this new exclusive money issuer called a "central bank".

Once the process starts, the economic fate and destruction of the country are assured, unless the central bank is abolished in time, which rarely happens. New taxes are instituted to pay your central bank for the borrowed currency and even then, when the inflow of new money and its associated debt outpaces the taxes and un-payable obligation is predictably created and you own the government which agreed to this scandalous deal.

Deceptively labeled "free trade" agreements at the same time guarantee the death of the very industries that keep any country strong and in the U.S. this has turned a once strong and independent nation of free people into a subservient land of slaves with no way to earn our own way as a nation or to reclaim even a piece of real national security, dependent as we have now become on industries outside our borders, giving the rulers and bankers of other nations the license to dictate our terms of life.

And since government uses force to control the people of the country, you own the general population too. If the U.S. government had been honest and not receptive to bribery or threats, you central bank here could never have gotten started.

If the people of the nation had been awake and aware of the incredible danger of allowing a central bank to exist, you would have been quickly thrown out of the country, perhaps indicted for your attempted financial coup which unfortunately has become reality.

But neither of those conditions existed so you and your scam got in and took root. The same scam in some variation is in play in every country with a central bank in your system is issuing the currency. Prosecutors 'failed' to prove case against Kenya's president: attorney

THE HAGUE (Reuters) - A defense attorney for President Uhuru Kenyatta called on judges at the International Criminal Court to throw out allegations of crimes against humanity, saying prosecutors had failed to prove their case after five years of investigations.

Prosecutors countered that Kenyatta's government obstructed the hunt for the evidence and requested an indefinite postponement of the trial. They said sanctions should be considered to force Nairobi to comply with its obligations to cooperate.

"The case has failed and it has failed in a way that means there is no prospect of it going further," defense lawyer Stephen Kay said, calling on the judges to find his client not guilty. If the prosecutor doesn't offer more evidence, "you act to terminate."

Kenyatta was summoned to the Hague-based tribunal to answer questions about his indictment on charges of orchestrating a wave of deadly post-election violence that swept Kenya in 2007.

He is the first sitting head of state to answer a summons to the court, established 11 years ago to prosecute individuals for serious crimes when domestic courts are unwilling or unable to do so.

Judges adjourned the hearings and are expected to make a decision about the trial's future before the end of the year.

Kenyatta, dressed in a dark blue suit, did not speak in court, but was defiant in comments to journalists as he left the court to catch a flight back home.

"We as Kenyans, we know where we came from, we know where we are going, and nobody will tell us what to do," he said.

Kenyatta denies charges that he acted as an "indirect co-perpetrator" in crimes, including murder, deportation or forcible transfer, rape, persecution and other inhumane acts.

The legal impasse is unprecedented in international law. Previous high officials from conflicts in the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda were under arrest when they appeared in court, and were no longer in power at the time of their appearance.

Like his deputy and former rival William Ruto, who faces similar but separate charges, Kenyatta is attending voluntarily.

Prosecutors have accused Kenyan authorities of refusing to hand over bank and phone records, obstructing the case which has faced a series of delays since it was launched five years ago.

"If the Kenyan government was genuinely using its best efforts to comply, it would find and disclose those records and it would ensure that the telephone companies conduct appropriate searches," prosecutor Benjamin Gumpert said.

Allowing the charges to be dropped in the face of such obstruction would set a dangerous precedent, encouraging politically powerful suspects to defy the court, he said.

"It would be wholly inappropriate for the case to be withdrawn where there has been obstruction of the proper inquiries," Gumpert told the tribunal.

Gumpert said there was no evidence that Kenyatta himself had intentionally interfered in the investigation, but said Kenya was not handing over the evidence it needed.

PRAYING FOR KENYATTA

At the heart of where the violence started in the lush Rift Valley town of Eldoret, 300 km (190 miles) northwest of the capital Nairobi, locals crowded around radios and television sets at restaurants and hotels to watch the proceedings.

Kenyatta, from Kenya's biggest Kikuyu ethnic group, and Ruto, a Kalenjin, were in rival camps in the 2007 election race. They were accused of inciting gangs who butchered people from opposing groups, using machetes and bows and arrows

In the town of Naivasha, where the worst revenge attacks by suspected members of a Kikuyu militia took place, more than one hundred people at a displacement camp got on their knees and prayed for Kenyatta before the court proceeding started.

"The prosecution has openly said that they do not have evidence against the president and this is a clear indication that the investigations were flawed," said Christine Ndida, a mother of three who fled Kericho at the height of the fighting.

"We have said in the past that Uhuru was not among those who planned the attacks and this will be exposed very soon when this bad cloud passes away," she said.

Supporters wept as they prayed, before turning to watch the proceedings on television.

The mood was sullen in another part of Naivasha, where a majority of the victims of the electoral violence live, but faith in proceedings has waned due to the weak prosecution case.

"Our only hope of getting justice lay in the ICC, but we are disappointed by the manner the case against Uhuru has proceeded with the prosecution failing to offer enough evidence," said 28-year-old flower worker David Omulo, who lost a brother.

For some, however, Wednesday's court proceedings marked an important precedent for accountability.

"All along we questioned if Uhuru would really go to The Hague, but it is a warning to those planning chaos that no one is above the law," said Alice Achieng, a 28-year-old trader and mother of one, who lost all her belongings in Naivasha.

"MOST POWERFUL INDIVIDUAL"

Judges were considering a request from prosecutors to adjourn the trial and refer Kenya's alleged non-cooperation to the court's member states, who could then decide on sanctions.

Prosecutors told the court they had nine witnesses ready to testify that Kenyatta and his allies had paid and directed perpetrators of the post-election violence, in which 1,200 people died, and corroborating telephone records.

"The defense have suggested that the prosecution has no case, that all the evidence it once relied upon has exploded. But this is not the case," said chief prosecutor Fatou Bensouda.

Kenyatta had it in his power to ensure his country cooperated with the court, said Fergal Gaynor, a lawyer representing the interests of victims of the violence.

"The accused is without question the most powerful and influential individual in Kenya," he said. Kenyatta "is the one person who can remove the obstruction to this case."

Kenyatta and allies have warned that the trial risks destabilizing a region that faces a threat from resurgent militant Islam in Somalia.

"This is no time to weaken a country and a region by removing its president for trial," said Mahboub Maalim, head of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development regional organization, who was in The Hague for the hearing.

The case is seen as a major test of the ICC which has secured only two convictions since it was set up.
