@vladimir2 yes i used d World Evaluation Service (WES).U start by applyin 4 ur transcripts 2 b mailed 2 WES and dis myt take a few days to a few weeks dependin on if u r using courier or registerd mail.then u go 2 d WES website and fill in ur particulars and list d schools meant 2 receive d evaluations.after fillin d schools u'll b given an ID number and ur costs wuld b calculated.u then print out ur payment voucher and mail it wit ur payment e.g money order or cheque AND a photocopy of ur university certificate(mail all 2 WES).2 make things faster u dont hav 2 wait untik WES gets ur transcripts b4 ur mail d other documents.
